C. B.A very welcome break on a very warm day. We were cycling from Market Harborough to Derby on one of the hottest days of the year. We cyclists have learnt that where's there's a garden centre, there's a tea room. Sure enough, a very nice tea room with a very warm welcome, despite being told we were obviously raving mad. A nice coffee and tasty sausage roll soon put some energy back into us and off we went. Recommended.
M. T.Delighted to see that there was gluten free options. Even though the server wasn’t too sure, there was somebody else who understood and carefully guided them. I hate to see brownies as a choice, but I couldn’t resist their cappuccino version, it was so scrummy, my other half stole half of it from me! The brie and red onion gluten free toastie was delicious! I’ll be visiting again 👍🏼
L. T.Discovered Daisy's and Brooklea last year and have been a regular ever since. Lovely staff, food n drinks and the terrace, overlooking the garden centre is gorgeous. There's even fleecy blankets for chillier alfresco days. Brooklea's plants are super healthy and very reasonably priced, so between the 2, it's a lovely way to spend a few hours. Little pocket of paradise ❤️

M. L.Very friendly staff, a charming little tea room. Just had a coffee but the food we saw others having looked really good and the prices were reasonable. Nice gift shop and garden centre too. Makes a nice change after Dobbies!

L.Great little cafe in the garden centre, the food we had was delicious, we got there early on a Sunday just as they were opening, the lady was on her own on the counter but she still have great service, telling us her help had phoned to say they weren't coming in but she still had the biggest smile.
E. w.The food has always been lovely at daisy's. The staff work hard and are super friendly. My one disappointment is the time I visited last year, and again today, tables aren't being disinfected between uses, or even wiped down in most cases. I appreciate staff are busy but this should be done when plates are cleared, rather than left until customers are forced to seat themselves at dirty tables. Mid pandemic or not, this should be standard practice.
A. C.Cracking little garden centre with a nice little tea room/ cafe. Loads of plants for any requirement, and we found the prices to be pretty reasonable. Gardeners, worth a visit for sure ! Very nice place!

A. B.I love this place. The food is spot on and I like that most of the time they do non dairy options for drinks. My only bug bear is their outside furniture is not comfortable especially for those of us with larger bottoms and thighs - please have some chair options without arms for next season.

S. H.When I ordered a large coffee, I was not advised that a large was not available and only a small was delivered I was a little disappointed. Cannot decide if the bored looking lady who served me was not listening, what I ordered was not an option or I was charged for a large and only delivered a small.
