Lovely gluten free lemon drizzle cake and other yummy goodies from deli counter. Great to have outside sitting area too. Staff always super friendly. Glad to see that this shop survived lockdown.

Location, decor and atmosphere was great. Service disappointed me. Tried the Italian Sausage roll and it was quite nice but probably wouldn't get it again.

It's a overall lovely laid out shop with beautiful food. Quite enjoyed the meal and dessert. Customer service could do with some improvement. Being served then went over the fridge to grab a drink, only to find that the next customers was being served. Either the staff member was inpatient or don't know how to treat customers properly? A bit of politeness would of gone along way, the staff also seems to treat their customers differently. If you not a regular then it would seem you get zero conversation. The cafe wasn't busy and quite frank a little bit more of conversation would of gone along way. Might seem nit picking but it's how I've been taught to serving customers.

Fantastic place. Beautiful produce. Friendly staff. From coffee, meats, cheeses to oils and fresh pizza. So pleased I found this. Will be back!

Lovely italian delicacies and a good range of coffees, but sadly we had two flat whites last week and they were not good at all. They were way too creamy and I couldn’t taste the coffee, so in the end we only could drink a quarter of the coffee, which was a shame as we’d heard good things about it. Nevertheless, I will return as the produce is excellent!

We stopped in here on our way back to London after being at the football. Absolutely delicious vegetarian piadina and my friend enjoyed her Italian sausage roll. Lovely hot chocolate and biscuits. If the delightful young man serving was on a commission he would be well on his way to his first million!

I had a decaff caramel cappuccino with oat milk, was really glad to see they had the option of oat milk but it didn't taste like a very good quality one (I would highly recommend oatly barista) but overall it was a nice coffee. They sadly don't have any vegan options but they made up a vegan toasted sandwich for me which consisted of charred veg preserved in oil and some salad in toast focacia, the focacia was absolutely delicious and it was actually a really nice sandwich but would've been nice if there was more choice. Also there was no music playing which gave the place a very odd atmosphere, especially seen as it wasn't very busy so it felt awkward to have a conversation as it felt like everyone would be able to hear every word of your conversation, but overall a fairly nice experience.

First time I have been here & it won't be the last, a lovely cozy café with happy & helpful staff that really helped us with what we ordered. Food was really nice & presented well. The only down side is that there wasn't much choice of cold drinks but that's just a personal thing.

The only place in Leicester where people know how to make authentic coffee properly. Moreover, their offer makes you feel like in Italy. The staff is also very knowledgable - the first place in Leicester where barista was able to describe the difference between cortado and macchiato. Great job!
