We went to brunch here with the children and ordered a few full English breakfasts, burgers, masala chips and the best cookie dough I've ever tasted. As well as the food being nice, the service was excellent! I'm very impressed with the level of service we received. Thank you for taking such good care of us! 🤩

Served by Laila. Excellent customer service, food was served in a timely manner. The place had a good vibe to it, the atomsphere was very welcoming, the staff were very friendly. The dish I ordered was the full English Breakfast. Every thing was cooked to perfection, the sausages had a good meaty taste and were bursting with flavour. Personally I'd have liked the tomatoes seasoned with salt and cooked a bit more and I also found the mushrooms lacking seasoning also. The poached eggs were just perfect. The yolk was smooth and silky. Overall this was one of the better English breakfasts I've had and alongside the welcoming staff and atmosphere I'll be sure to be coming back again.

Excellent place. We attended at a busy time and there was no immediate tables available. The staff allowed us to dine in the other side of the building so we could still order. The food was nothing short of perfect. Staff were hospitable and friendly and the quality of the service and food was excellent. Whenever I am in the area I will surely be revisiting.

Lovely Halal place. The Owner is nice and often chats to the customers. Breakfast and food is delicious. Seems like this will be our go to place for Breakfast. The desserts are also pretty good - you HAVE to try the French Toast (picture attached) 😋

An intricate and classy cafe serving halal brunch✨. The full English breakfast was very filling and refreshing. A perfect savoury start to the day. The meat was juicy and crispy. The scrambled eggs and baked beans were also quite delicious. The French toast was an overall winner and hands down my favourite. The brioche toast was soft and buttery, with the right amount of sweetness added. The hazelnut sauce was rich and tasted lush, accompanied by the fruits and ice cream. As soon as you take a bite, it melts in your mouth and you’ll honestly want more. If you have a sweet tooth, fear not as you will definitely be satisfied. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place as their breakfast cannot be faulted. Their pricing is quite reasonable and the proof is in the pudding. The staff are lovely and it is quite a relaxed place to go and chill with family and friends. They also have a lunch and desserts menu which is worth a try.

Decided to pop into La Maison this morning. Thought it'd be a nice place to catch-up with a friend. We both had a lovely experience. Great food, lovely friendly staff who came to ask us if we needed anything whilst dining, great atmosphere. Everything served was fresh. They even put a screen up for us for extra privacy (we both wear the veil). Parking is a stone throw away (NCP), and if you present your parking ticket to staff they take it away to scan so your parking costs £1!! Will definitely pop down here again. Went around lunch time for brunch. The decor is really nice, good relaxed environment and the staff were friendly and chill. Ordered the Vegetarian breakfast with an Iced Mocha, and I myself had the Egg Benedict with an Iced Latte (as pictured). Can't fault the food. I'm not from Leicester but personally i found it better than &Kith if I had to compare. Only thing I can fault was the Latte was quite powdery and tasted too much like grounded coffee - but wasn't worth complaining about and it did the job for a hot day tbf. Would defo recommend though

Looking at all the great reviews and Instagram hype about this place, myself and 5 friends decided to try it out. Lovely cosy atmosphere and they even offered a screen for my friend who wears a niqab. The staff were cheerful and friendly. But the breakfast was a total disappointment. The mushrooms tasted stale and dry. The bread hardly toasted, except for the sausages, the full English breakfast for £8.90 was a total rip off! My friends desi breakfast had the supermarkets Instant frozen paratha that looked like it was microwaved in a rush, so soggy and half cooked. The beans were just out of the tin! We wouldn’t be visiting again and I decided to leave a review so unlike us, we wouldn’t go home disappointed and for the price we pay we do expect freshly made food to standard!

Arrived fairly early. Not many other customers about. Waited an hour to be served cool pancakes and possibly undercooked lamb bacon and French toast. Coffee was fantastic however, didn't have to wait longer than ten minutes for that which was nice. I'm sure we just picked the short straw but this time the experience wasn't great. Interior is nice and clean and the heat lamps are great. Seating also comfortable which is appreciated. Maybe I'll revisit this place another time and see how that goes. But for now, my experience was much like my pancakes and Macon. Lukewarm. Edit: Just a disclaimer, the Google star rating describes three stars as 'I liked it' which shouldn't put you off coming to this place.

As always amazing food and such a baby friendly place. It was our daughters 1st birthday and we have always come for the amazing breakfast. Despite a few women being so rude to the waitress when we were there. The service never fails us! So accommodating… even remade our daughters babycino because was too sweet for her. We had been looking for a place for breakfast earlier today and came across La Maison. We had been a little concerned with the continuous road works in Leicester we would struggle. The restaurant has an arrangement with NCP nearby that allows customers to park for £1. When arriving at the venue it is extremely well split with the Shisha side totally segregated to the main restaurant. We had been welcomed by Laila who was extremely helpful and assisted with seating and the menu. We went for 2 English Breakfasts with a few hot drinks. The venue shows the Football and is very well lit and great heating. The place has a vibe that allows you to take family and small kids and were very impressed. When the food arrived it was a great portion size and the meal its self was of great quality. The sausages were very tasty and the meal its self was an excellent portion size. The Hashbrowns were also extremely tasty. I have been to many places in Leicester for breakfast and alot taste just fried elements that can be prepared at home, this was very tasty and really enjoyed it. If i had to find something then it would be the eggs could have been more runny for me they were a little hard, but, this is being extremely picky and unfair on the overall experience. We also ordered some Hot Drinks that included a Chai Tea Latte and Red Velvet Drink. Both were of great quality and really enjoyed it. The team go out of there way to ensure you are comfortable and enjoyed the food and if anything else is needed. This being even when the place is virtually at full capacity. We appreciated the light touches of the steam element and overall ambience. The restaurant fit out is to the highest quality with the lighting, mirrors on the ceiling as well as the heaters and TVs are of excellent standard. We had breakfast and watched the football and if i had any feedback to the restaurant it would be: They only accepted cash today and whilst not an issue i hardly carry cash around these days. Laila was great in assisting us, i believe the team did have trainee individual that tried to sort the dirnks out but struggled a bit. He was guided by his colleagues and sure he will be at the pace that is needed soon. It was a really nice touch to see a young lad, Hamza, collecting the plates towards the end. He was very young and assisting his father. Great to see such entrepreneurial spirit still exists. I believe giving kids such experience of this really helps them develop skills as they mature and grow up. Thank you to the team for a great meal and hospitality and look forward to visiting again very soon. I hope this place is able to keep up the high standards as it increases popularity as the service and food was the best i have seen in Leicester for a while.

Today we visited La Maison for Brunch. The person who greeted us (Faz) was exceptionally kind and helpful, Very lovely and friendly throughout the whole time we were there. He looked after us and made the experience pleasant. Brilliant customer service! The food was amazing and warm. The quality of the food was perfect. Best halal breakfast/brunch place in leicester. Quite frankly it was delicious! I added the scrambled eggs to my breakfast however this place has sourced its products very thoughtfully and the chef definitely knows their flavours! The customer service was great! The technology involved in ordering too shows how modern and contemporary this dining experience is. Double doors and ground level entrance so pushchairs and wheelchairs can have access too!

Lovely experience for the first time visiting for a belated birthday celebration. The food was delish, nicely catered for vegetarians, but the service was exceptional! Staff were attentive and always on hand, with no waiting around aimlessly. Faz was amazing, happily hosting and making jokes which kept us entertained. That is a full star service with great food, service and atmosphere. Will definitely be back soon and have already told friends/family who have loved seeing the photos and videos from the day! The food was amazing! Went for a girls brunch a week ago and all I can do is think about the amazing brunch we had! definitely worth a visit, the avacado poached eggs i got were great and the ice coffee was lovely too. Can’t wait to come down again.

Me and my friend have been coming here for three weeks straight everyday and the customer service by the staff “zeeshan” has been fantastic with a nice polite talkative attitude and Adam h knows exactly what I need every time I press the buzzer being quick and assertive and the best at the till so far I’ve seen. And I can’t forget the new staff “abdullah” has made a good shisha even though he just started. And I’m impressed as my time has been fantastic, everyday.

Absolutely amazing. Food, hospitality was on point. Ayesha, Yasmin and the rest of the team were brilliant. They made scrambled eggs for our 7 month old perfectly and triple checked our order before processing it. I cannot fault anything with the service. Food was exactly what we asked and beautifully presented. I have never seen an owner of the place take such pride in training his staff. Was so calm, collected and in all honesty gave the new staff member the full support. I was so impressed with this level of training. Best Halal Brunch in Leicester! My friends were looking for a halal brunch place last weekend so we came here and we were not disappointed! I've been to many lounges but La Maison hits you differently. I've been going to this lounge now for a year and never thought about going elsewhere. Staff is super friendly and always treats you with respect. There hasn't been a time when I was disappointed. Highly recommended and I guarantee you, once you hit this place you won't go anywhere else. Huge respect to the main man Jamal, guy who seriously knows how to run a business. His staff selection from Aaliyah one of the managers, Saf, Zahid, Aarif, Adam L and Adam H, Hussain and the list goes on is on point. If the lounge checks this review out I'd like to say thank you for looking after us. Big up La Maison.

At last a decent halal place to have breakfast (and other things) tried it at the weekend and couldn’t ask for better. Generous portions, loads of toast, service spot on. Tea selection not fantastic but easily rectified. Be prepared to wait for a bit as this place is popular especially at the weekend. They do a full English (no black pudding) vegetarian breakfast, and vegan breakfast as well, so everybody is catered for. If your feeling adventurous they also do a Desi breakfast (next breakfast for me). It’s well spaced out, so conversions are private and generally a jolly atmosphere. Check it out

Absolutely amazing ! The food is top quality, lovely and elegant place. The owner and the staff have made us feel incredibly welcome, checked on us several times and even told us the story of the cafe. The owner is a very kind person and his wife is the in house baker - the quality of all the bread is really good. We didn’t have to wait for long before our food arrived. The place is very family friendly. Definitely do check out their breakfasts - I had a Middle Eastern breakfast and it was so yummy !

Very modern and sleek vibe to the place with a really relaxed atmosphere, making it an ideal place to go with the family. They have an extensive halal brunch menu ranging from lighter healthier options to full English, Desi or Middle Eastern breakfasts: you will be spoilt for choice. We had the french toast, Benedict Royale and the french toast rolls. My wife and I were both impressed with the quality and taste of the food. We can't wait to go back again and try out other items on the menu. Highly recommend this place for a halal brunch!

Best vibes here! I've been coming here for a few years now and it's literally perfect to bring family or friends. Very professional and promt staff. Jamal served us and does a great job. I had my best friends surprise birthday here and the staff were great and so was the food! Been here with my cousin's down from London and they were surprised how great the food and service is. Me and my family really enjoyed our experience! I ordered the full desi halal breakfast and it was very filling, and very tasty. The shakshuka was also amazing. Afterwards we ordered the French toast which was so light and tasty. The only reason I would not give five stars (yet) is because it was obvious the servers are a little underexperienced. They were all lovely, but did spill some of our drinks - not a massive issue, but that's why we can't give the full 5 stars. Would definitely recommend this place though, especially for families! The owner/manager is a great guy and always makes sure we enjoy our food and experience.

Been visiting la Maison weekly recently whether it’s for the breakfast , deserts , with family or friends . We’ve noticed consistency within the service the staff members provide . Always available and just a buzzer away to attend . The quality of the food and service combined together is really pleasing. A must visit place to pay for the quality that does not let you down . Amazing environment to have quality food and service and is a great hotspot to conduct meetings, business conversations etc. The staff are super professional and are always ready to help and make the experience perfect. The bosses and manager are really humble and down to earth guys and it’s not often you go to a brunch environment and really start building good rapport with the owners and staff. We came all the way from London to watch the Euro final. The venue is very nicely laid out and there are loads of big screens so a seat anywhere is a good seat. I was speaking with Jamal beforehand who was very helpful and cooperative and ensured a good experience for us. Came here for the breakfast after all the hype & I can honestly say, hands down La Maison lived up to the expectation & more. The decor is divine & very modern, rather befitting. Staff are professional & attentive. Most of all La Maison has clearly got everyone's safety at the top of their agenda, as they have a one way system, with ample hand sanitisers available. The added touch of a paper free QR code menu & buttons at each table for staff attention, which may I add staff respond to almost instantly. The food that La Maison has on offer is quite frankly beaut (to put it in a word). I tried the Full English & the French Toast. Full of flavour with rather generous portions, and they are very fairly priced compared to other establishments I have visited. My partner tried the pancakes with hazelnut chocolate & strawberries & she was not disappointed. She went as far as saying that these were the best pancakes that she has had in a while. The coffee they serve is quality coffee, unlike the majority of the places in Leicester whom struggle to serve anything close to a cup of coffee. Oh did I forget to mention that they have secure parking opposite at the NCP, £1 for four hours. You just validate your ticket with the staff once you finish dining & the rest is history. All in all it was a lovely meal with excellent customer service & quality well priced food. You can see these guys have made a real thoughtful effort. Keep up the good work. Needless to say I will be returning in the very near future.

Visited this place based on a recommendation of their French toast - I must admit, it was the nicest French toast I've ever had! This led to trying their food and it is lovely. I've visited 4 times now and have enjoyed every visit - the food is lovely, the staff are great and the seating is comfortable and cosy. The quality of the beef is great and it is seasoned just right. I'd recommend trying Smokey the Bandit burger - the lamb macon is nice and crispy, the hollandaise sauce is creamy and flavourful, and the bun is super soft and delicious. Full English is nice and filling too - the sausages have great flavour. The potato tots and hash browns are probably the best you can find in Leicester! Highly recommended - the owner is a lovely, down to earth person who is great to have a chat with.

Visited on a weekend morning, busy but enough seats to be seated straight away. Unfortunately, there aren’t many tables/chairs so we ended up on a sofa (which has coffee table with it). This was comfy but not ideal for eating. Staff are very attentive and I like the buzzer system - rather than trying to constantly make eye contact, you buzz them, and they came very quickly. Unfortunately, very few staff wore masks which is disconcerting in a restaurant. The doors were open for ventilation but plenty of ceiling heaters made the place toasty. Breakfasts were enjoyed by all (we tried full English, benedict royale, French toast and another egg breakfast). Karak chai is nice, flat white was a fail - more like a latte (even on 2nd attempt). Tip: if you order French toast with choc, ask for the choc on the side, otherwise they smother it and it’s a bit sickly sweet. Overall, I’d say the price point is moderate/high, but the food is tasty and service good, so worth a visit.

Went to La Maison for sehri for some delicious French toast... Hands down the best FT I've ever had!! The customer service was amazing, we were seated straight away and food came out on point! The staff are wonderful and the owner is so nice - everyone showed a genuine interest to see if we were OK even though it was so busy all the staff including the owner were so attentive and unphased by the rush!!!

For our first time going out in Leicester. We decided to have coffee, desert and sheesha after eating at the restaurant upstairs. This was actually the highlight of the evening. What was supposed to be half an hour turned in to two! We were looked after by aaliyah, who was amazing. Went over and above to ensure we had a nice evening. Wish her all the best for her future and studies with an attitude like that no doubt Aaliyah will reach her goals.

Good ambience and lovely food. very good variety for breakfast and good burgers for lunch. covid friendly - hand sanitisers everywhere, online menu, all staff wearing masks, one way system. very well organised. we had breakfast this time but would definitely go back and try the burgers for lunch. manager very friendly and gives that extra attention to customers. The location is in town centre so parking can be an issue but you can park in the ncp carpark next door whixh is £1 for 4 hours, you just give the waiter the carpark ticket and they will sort it out. Definitely coming back. 5 stars

We had a wonderful girly breakfast for my sister's 40th which we missed last year because of lockdown. A Covid secure and clean place with a most versatile menu. It catered for my milk free and gluten-free diet too! So for my Shatshuka I had avocado instead of egg and the lamb sausages were just perfect! Everyone's eggs were exactly how they wanted them, runny or well done and my Shatshuka had the right balance of spice. My favourite are the potatoe croquets Tater Tots . And the drinks mocktail were refreshing. I enjoyed my Luna Latte made with Oatmilk. Perfect celebration with ample opportunity to take pictures and relax

Absolutely incredible if you want a halal full English this is in my opinion the best spot in leicester for that . Coffee was delicious and the chocolate hazelnut pancake was so rich and chocolaty and the pancake where soo fluffy and hot .Also prices where decent they provide you with parking discount at the ncp and you can have tap water which is good because most places these days like to charge you for water .if you want a nice breakfast this is the perfect way to start your day .
