Decor is classy 2022 🥂 Lots of places to take pics for socials 🤳📸 💕 Staff were so friendly and helpful. Table service was fab! Huge choice of Shisha on the menu. Food is always amazing 👏 Mocktails & Milkshakes are amazing!! Definitely one of my fave places to visit in Leicester 💥

I have only recently started going here and i must say great service all the time i have attended. Staff attitude is spot on and always ensure we get good service. Since last 3 visits we get greeted and served by a member called abzz. Great individual always greets with a smile and looks after us well. Overall great place and great atmosphere i would recommend. As soon as we entered the building we was given a warm welcome and seated to our seats straight away. Once we ordered our food had arrived quickly. Our server - Bilaal, was extremely professional and well mannered - he ensured that our desserts were up to the standard your restaurant aims to serve. We only had a slight issue in which the waiter (Bilaal) sorted straight away very well. Overall the atmosphere was amazing as well as the food and drinks. Staff were kind and professional especially our waiter - would definitely recommend to friends and family

A highly recommended place to chill out , an unreal atmosphere there. Quality shisha but what made my experience there even better was the customer service me and my friends received. Hard to get everything great in one place. Have to give credit to one of the staff there, Zidan, an excellent worker, great at his job and makes you feel really welcome and attended to.

Friendly staff. Great offers mon and tuesday. Original in leicester they where the first to bring us great shisha and offers. There smoke is always on point no complaints lasts long and no need to even have a coal change for a good 30 mins compared to other cafes this is amazing. Pipe was spot on. I noticed they have a VIP section in the back how do I get in there as looks lit!!! Thanks maj

Great place to unwind and relax after a hard days work or if you want to see the best local live talent from the Midlands playing music and awesome dj's. Plenty of great Shisha flavours, wide choice of drinks, attentive staff and great service all round. Not to mention the great deals on lunch time food all week and the most amazing biriyani on the weekend. Dont miss the place highly reccomend!

Came from out of town to visit Leicester and was greeted by such great customer service, especially from Zidan. His attention to detail and care for customers was just spot on. You don't get that in many places anymore so will definitely be coming back with my friends.

I attended the recent event that Majlis held on Friday 25th October, where i was greeted very professionally by Abz. He provided great service from start to finish of helping with recommendations of Shisha flavours, drinks, and even the food & not to mention the service provided when the coal needed changing. At one point my shisha was knocked over by another customer, and he politely and helpfully cleared the mess created and re-set up my shisha. It were also the first time my brother & his friends had been to a shisha bar and they left very happy and also mentioned the help that he provided them as first time Shisha smokers. Definately recommend this shisha spot, and if you ever feel stuck on what to get ask for Abz he has never failed at getting shisha flavours on point!! :)

I’ve been looking for a lounge that has good quality shisha and I’m so glad I came across this! I’m not from Leicester but my friend mentioned this place and honestly it’s my new favourite. The service and staff were also amazing, especially Zidan who made sure we were comfortable and everything was okay, regularly checking up on us! Never got this treatment in any other lounge. Was also super impressed with the variety of food that was available to us. Deffo will recommend to all of my friends to go there now!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place definately deserves one. And the food is amazing aswell. Chef Abid makes mouth watering fresh food and snacks. And Hassan the owner is a marvellous host, and has made Majlis the epitome of the perfect place to go for a night out.

Great cafe. Been open years. Shishas are always good. Cafe also does food desserts and coffee. Shows all major sporting events service is the centre peace abz always looks after myself and my group. That's why we don't go anywhere else.

Always receive the best service, this is our usual cafe which me and my friends come to, the food is A1, drinks and you name it 🔥, ey let's not forget the shisha, they are absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is great and the staff always polite, friendly and respectful.

Food - 4 star Shisha - 2 star, ordered Apple mint. Waited for atleast 20 mins. Was way too much minty, got it changed. Ambience- nice Staff - one team member was way too friendly to one group that he continuously used foul language, cursing ones mother, sister. Whilst he being too loud, we left.
