Absolutely love this place for Coffee, cakes and sandwiches. Their Rainbow sandwich is the best. They have a good selection of vegan and vegetarian options but always the 1st to sell out of them too. So go early. Staff are exceptional with service, very polite and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

A lovely coffee shop downstairs in the Highcross Shopping Centre. Polite attentive staff. Good range of beverages, cake and sweet treats. Their limited hot food range is just right. Quality ingredients making up delicious meals. Just one thing - For something do simple, why are the prices so high. The mark up must be massive!

A wonderful atmosphere inside the cafe and their jacket potato variety is delicious. The waitresses who work there are so welcoming and polite. I can't wait to go there again to try another jacket potato combo.

LOVE this place and love the coffee and snacks. Definitely a favourite and absolutely my go-to whenever I'm in the area. I don't live locally to Leicester City (about an hours drive) but I have to travel there a lot, and I always look forward to being able to have a coffee in SOHO, especially as there isn't one nearer to me. The staff are really lovely and a credit to the company!

Avocado and Tomatos on Toast with extra bacon - really lovely breakfast but I wasn't expecting an extra piece of bacon to cost £1.45! Service is slow here but I'm not in a rush today so watching the world go by with my machhiato.

They were out of about half the menu when I went, and I'm not sure if my vegan milkshake didn't have dairy cream on top... (can't say for certain but if it's an allergy rather than a preference I'd watch this one). Seemed like the menu would have had a nice range of options but so many things were off or unavailable I just couldn't be bothered to go down the list until I found something in stock. Staff were friendly though

Toasties are nice. But so overpriced overall for what it is. The naan bread breakfast thing they do is terrible however - 1 star - looked nothing like the photo at all.

I liked the Coffee & Cacao Cooler which is an unusual drink of cacao, espresso, banana & coconut milk. Very tasty with all the natural sugars of coconut milk and banana.

Been coming to soho for coffee for around two years. Always greeted with a smile. The whole team are really friendly. And give great service. The coffee here is much better than Starbucks, Costa or cafe Nero but the thing that stands out is the customer service. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Very comfortable place to have a coffee. The aspect allows for several quiet corners to relax or study. I use this place for the latter and am able to concentrate a lot easier than sitting in a Starbucks. The coffee is comparable to most and the food is fine. Price is about the same as the bigger brands too. Staff were polite and welcoming. What's really noticeable about this place compared to the Starbucks opposite is how it is kept clean. Tables are refreshed regularly, making this place even more comfortable.

Student friendly!! A little expensive but a nice treat for the week. Soho do really good breakfast a little on the small side for £5.50 and a coffee it’s the best half of £10. But the place is aesthetically pleasing and has a good vibe and is always cosy and warm. Genuinely expect this place to be in London as it is priced that way and looks like a quaint little London cafè. The music is old blues and jazz style which is relaxing and really lovely to listen to when having a nice coffee! I honestly recommend but if you’re looking for somewhere cheap and filling (food wise) this is NOT the place as portions are small and quite expensive! But I love it! And they have loads of different syrups to go in coffee which is a bonus also. Also to add to what others have been saying... —> some of the staff a lovely like a guy who works there usually a Friday morning is super friendly and warm towards you including a woman with black hair who will cook your food freshly. Some of the staff are rude unfriendly and abrupt. But I try not to let the small negatives of those people ruin my experience. The cafè is great just some staff need training in people skills

Firstly they serve Good Coffee, a must for any coffee shop, obviously but it's surprising how many serve up wishy washy stuff. Secondly, they have a good range of tasty food at reasonable prices. Thirdly, the staff are pleasant and efficient. Why 4 stars? Well, it was nearly 5 but my wife's blueberry muffin, although delicious, was just too suggary.

It's ok. I go mainly for a jacket potatoe with cheese and beans and a coffee with my granddaughter as she likes the jacket potatoes. The staff are friendly. The service is a bit slow and it is a bit overpriced but it is ok. I pay on the Soho Coffee app for which I earn reward points. The place is chilled and comfy. Shame no toilet.

Just called in for a coffee while out working . Staff very friendly, happy to refill water bottle, ice too. Acknowledged I was at work and not wanting to spend too much. Spoke to the young person I was with, making us very welcome. Didn't rush him making him more confident. Well done everyone.

Inside highcross and in coffee corner surrounded by other coffee shops. But this one is spacious and has nice decor which visually sets it apart. The coffee is tasty and the cakes look good also with prices being typical. It was clean and tidy and fairly busy on this visit so service was a little slow. I do like the fact that they use fair trade and organic ingredients which sits well with me. But why do they insist still on dishing out plastic straws. Stop it and you will get another star from me.

Visited Soho Coffee with a friend to do some studying and Soho didn't disappoint! I ordered a Iced Mocha with Caramel which was a lovely treat to go with revising. The environment is very relaxed and chill would definitely come again!
