The spot of this Starbucks restaurant is great, and the coffee quality is not bad. I had an "Iced salted maple and caramel latte." The customer service was a little down, they were not welcoming and it was confusing to know whether your order was ready or not.

Located on the ground floor within an indoor shopping complex. This cafe is accessible by wheelchair, not far from a main entrance. Staff were friendly and professional and our drinks didn't take too long to arrive. These, along with our toasted sandwiches tasted good although a knife to cut the hot sandwich would be good. I didn't see tables being cleaned between customers but as some customers cleared their own, perhaps staff weren't always aware

Lovely ambience and the smell of freshly roasted coffee just awakens you. Despite the additional calories, you simply can't resist a Frappe when the opportunity arises!

As a coffee place, it does good coffee. Its a good location and serves nice drinks and snacks. I away get the same drink which is a white chocolate mocha and i'm never disappointed by it. Love Love Love it. The staff I've had, have always been lovely as well. I always get a smiley face or love heart drawn next to my name, which they always ask to spell as i'm awkward but its a nice touch. I'd sadly still have my first ever Starbucks cup as I took it home and washed it out to save as the lady drew a heart on it. I'm so sad. Anyway 10/10 coffee.

I have been going to Starbucks regularly for the past few weeks. Yesterday the service I received was disappointing, they could’ve been a lot friendlier. Also, my Frappuccino was blended too thick to fit through the straw provided and it didn’t contain the extras that I had paid for. Even with that I still decided to visit the store again today evening and noticed a huge difference. I was served by two extremely nice baristas, Kat and Teddy (forgive me if I spelt it wrong), who made my Caramel Frappuccino amazingly. Kat even offered me a bag for the two drinks that I ordered as she saw I had quite a few bags already. I really appreciate small gestures like that. Thank you so much!!!

Me and my best mate came here at the end of our shopping day trip, and we order our usual white chocolate mocha frappuccino which are just divine! If you haven't tried one yet, what are you waiting for?! Also, the service was quick and very friendly but we had to order takeout as it was very busy and the seating was about full.

Basic Starbucks, can be busy at times, great if you are looking for your regular cup of coffee Assuming that you have been to a Starbucks before. For those totally new to this chain coffee shop, atmosphere is very mellow, usually has stylish furniture and interior design. Kept nice and Clean, staff are respectful and do their best to meet customer requirements. Serves mostly coffee and lunch food but also serves snacks, tea, and decaffeinated drinks, along with soft drinks and ice tea.

The staff here are so friendly and the service is always 10/10. Never had a problem with an order and staff always cater to every need. Great place to stop if you're in Highcross or Town, plus you can order ahead so your drinks waiting when you get there. Something to note is there are no toilets in Starbucks, only located in Highcross, about a 2 minute walk inside.
