What you pay is what you get. The coffee is good but expensive. The places usually have nice music but most of the best tables are taken up with people with computers who buy a cup of coffee and use the place as their office. I would rate it 5/10

They make great coffee! Hazelnut latte was creamy and sweet. Food is delicious - had a cheese toastie and blueberry muffin for breakfast and both were so good I wanted it all again. The young man who served me was friendly, greeted me with a smile and was helpful guiding me through using the app for the first time. Great to see servers reminding everyone about track and trace and they've clearly gone to a lot of effort to make it COVID safe with hand sanitizer next to the door and on the counter, tables spaced apart etc. Keep it up!!!

I popped in while shopping in town so I could check my list and see how much more I needed to do. I like to spread my custom round different cafes but enjoyed this one I have been 3 times in a row. The atmosphere is nice and altho they have regular familiar customers it's not one of those places where you feel out of place as a new customer. Coffee is lovely, cakes are fab. I will be back soon

Not much to say other than a franchise coffee shop with plenty of attractive seats in the windows. The whole place was clean as were the ground floor wheelchair accessible toilets. Dropped a couple of stars as when I was the only person waiting to be served, the two staff behind the counter continued to clean and work as if I was invisible and probably waited about 5 minutes before they bothered to take my order. However the coffee was not dissapointing.

Nice place! The people are friendly, although it always seems to turn hostile between customers regarding the seating arrangements! 😂 They have a few sandwiches, cakes and snacks. Personally Costa does have more veriety but Nero is still a good place! I do recommend this place for residents and visitors alike! Stay safe everyone!

Nice place if you like a stronger blend of coffee. Get a nice full cup and the froth on the top is thick enough to balance a spoon in. I said a little tonguetwister when my coffee arrived. I hope it makes you smile and you try to say it as quick as you can..... It was a frothy cup of coffee in a proper coffee cup 😛😛😛 The salted caramel chocolate brownie very dense and gooey, lots of calories in a small cake (257) but it was a delicious treat 😋😋

Went on the day of Lincoln market. It was the only place that had a table free. Probably no different to shy other Caffe Nero. Food was ok, little expensive for what you get. Coffee is quite rich and bitter compared to say Costa. The one major downside to this specific Nero is that there is one singular ladies toilet. For the whole shop!

I am giving 4 stars for the coffee as it was good quality and strong . They also serve in mugs which I love . The place itself could do with a clean up. There were only two staff and one was a trainee barista. She coped very well with the queue of customers. The other member of staff was clearing tables. It was more spacious than other high street coffee shops I have visited and a selection comfy seating as well as the upright chairs with tables. Some seating outside to. I would visit Lincoln cafe Nero again.

For a High Street coffee shop, reasonably decent flat-white although slightly bitter and lacking somewhat in aesthetic quality. Compensated for by moorish salted caramel cheesecake and comfortable surroundings. Staff friendly and welcoming which was another added plus.

It's a caffe Nero so you know what you're going to get. Personally I like their coffee. I was there only an hour before closing time for a meeting but the staff were very good. Service still top drawer and absolutely no problem about us running over time slightly. It felt like they cared.

One of the nicest on the go coffee shops in Lincoln centre. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, a cut above the rest for me personally. Service never takes long and quality of product there is fantastic. Also little touches like knitted cosies for your cup from the staff for charity always go a long way to feeling a personal connection with an individual venue. Go there! Do it! You wont be dissapointed 😊

This is the closest quality coffee shop to my house, and I abuse the hell out of my Nero loyalty cards here. Good furniture and design to bring your work there for an hour, whether you like open or closed spaces. Good outside setup, the rain never gets to you. Even though the outside is basically a busy street and trashy shopping centres, you don't really feel invested into that due to the window gloss and the atmosphere which is created by quality music. The volume is always right, and that's somewhat rare in a Nero chain.

Not really worth the money, I could go to wetherspoons and get a breakfast and a refill coffee for the same price as a large cappuccino and a almond croissant, you usually pay for the premium coffee but it tastes like average filter coffee. It's not the worst place ever but there are better places.

After climbing the hill and walking around Lincoln Castle this was a welcome stop before the train station. Beautiful food, a decent cup of coffee, Italian style and perfectly made. Great range of sandwiches and the lemon meringue cake was delicious. The lady who served us is friendly and so hard working, in between customers she was not standing around, but was finding other things to do, including checking with customers to ensure everything was ok - a real asset to the company.

Always great service at this Caffe Nero. Friendly, warm and welcoming and always quick to serve people, often taking 2-3 orders in advance. Credit to the staff as this is an excellent place to go for a coffee.

Good Points: Service is really excellent, staff very friendly, and efficient - don't be put off by long queues at lunchtime they work really fast! Nice atmosphere, books, boardgames and newspapers available. Choice of chairs, benches and sofas for seating. Not So Good Points: Not a huge amount of room so it can get cosy. One toilet, may have to wait a bit! Sun through the big windows can get hot late morning / lunchtime. Steam thingy on coffee can get so noisy it drowns out conversation (may just be me, my hearing is not great...) Laptops etc: WIFI by The Cloud, fast and reliable, never had a problem. Only one customer accessible power socket, on the wall with the photo-mural at the left as you go in. Overall: Highly Recommended. I have enjoyed many hours there.
