The staff were very friendly and the store itself was clean. The food was tasty and the drinks were very refreshing, I would recommend visiting this cafe and I would be going back when I do visit Lincoln again.

Great place to sit and have a tea or coffee. They do other drinks and food as well. I think more on the sweet side for food but I might be wrong as I only glanced at the menu and what was on display. You can sit inside or out. It is next to a road and annoyingly cars do go quite fast around that area. But the Coffee by the Arch is a great place to relax and meet people. Recommend trying this place out! Thanks everyone!

Nice place. Called in today and had lovely bacon rolls and tasty coffees. sat in the outside area, overlooking the Roman arch on a mild autumn day. Very pleasant staff, too. Premises, including toilet, were clean. Recommended, will return next time we are in the area.

What can I say other than the best coffee in Lincoln. First found this place while working during the first lockdown. Enjoyed it so kept coming back with wife and kids . My eldest now brings her friends to have one. Just great coffee and great staff.

Arguably the best coffee around lincoln, the staff are so friendly and thier outdoor seating is so nice and comfy, they also have probably the best home made bakery, cakes and tray bakes! Absolutely incredible, thier bannana and blueberry tray back was incredible!!

We had our first visit to Coffee by the Arch this weekend and it was lovely. It’s such a cute coffee shop, worth a visit if you are in Lincoln’s historical quarter. One of the people in our group said that the tea she had was “a really, really lovely cup of tea”! I had an oat milk hot chocolate but I wasn’t overly keen on the oat milk used, however, I will definitely be back to try a different milk alternative. It’s nice to be offered a choice of alternative milk when visiting a coffee shop, so I really appreciated that. The staff were super friendly and lovely, so a huge thank you to them for making our visit a great one.

Lovely little coffee shop / cafe at the top of the hill in Lincoln. Really good cup of coffee and some cracking cakes on offer. Really nice outdoor seating area with a good view of the historic arch ( hence the name !)

Probably one of the best coffees in Lincoln. Had an on trend flat white with a very well presented and very tasty piece of cake. Compact with small outdoor seating area, all facilities very clean. Two very friendly members of staff. Well worth a visit.
