Independent cosy coffee and lunchroom next to the Lincoln Bus Station and the train station. With a nice coffee and a friendly, almost home like atmosphere. With your friendly neighbour family staff, comfortable chairs and lounge sofa. Good sandwiches and the best place to take some time off, waiting for your train or bus.

The ambience and friendly welcome were a fantastic start to my visit but things went downhill quickly. I was charged GBP 2.50 for a "medium " Americano, but look at the photo! Medium? Really? No toilet except the bus station one next door where 20p is required to spend a penny. Coffee was pretty bland and tasteless. With so many other coffee shops around, I won't be returning.

Was going to send my friend home at the bus station, when I thought of this cafe. The decoration looked lovely with the falling fairy lights (definitely good for photos!) We ordered smoothies, nice but definitely could do with improvement on the consistency and it was quite sour, but I personally like sour taste. The cakes were good too. They have a large variety on their menu! :)

Only just walked in, was greeted very warmly by the barista. Ordered an Irish coffee for £5.50 and it was bought to me in less than two minutes. Very friendly staff, warm and cosy environment. Will definitely visit again!

Such a relaxing place to go, absolutely love the cosy and styling feel to the place. The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful while the food was absolutely delicious, my partner and I had the breakfast bap and bagel and can’t wait to return. My partner absolutely loved their smoothies and at one point said they wanted a bucket of it due to how good it was. A very good variety of food alongside this and all with excellent prices. We can’t wait to return and wish we’d visited sooner!

Amazing cake and coffee really really lovely lady in the cafe the Victorian cake was fabulous if in lincoln again I would come back here it's a amazing amazing cafe. Great value food and drink. Room was spacious not crowded covid safe and wow the coffee was just lovely plenty of milk given and sugar. Definitely 5 stars and would recommend too

I've always had great friendly service here, really lovely people. They serve Stokes coffee which is yummy. The food is always fresh and good value for money. Also lovely decor and a great ambience and always immaculate. I just wish whoever built the bus station gave the Grand coffee house their own toilet facilities so we don't have to pay to use the bus stations! Obviously not their fault, but it puts me off staying too long which is a shame both for my coffee addiction and the owners pockets!

A truly lovely establishment, staff are welcoming and friendly and happy to accommodate. I had a raspberry milkshake which was very welcome in this hot weather, very well presented and tasted lovely and fresh. I also had a hot beef baguette, meat tasted tender and bread was soft and fresh! Lovely place to sit chill before or after catching a train, great location, good atmosphere and a very reasonably priced menu! Definitely worth a visit!

Not a bad place to go, just find the coffee a little expensive. £2.75 for a flavoured latte when I can get it cheaper in Costa? Maybe it’s just me. My boyfriend once had the big burger here and it was stone cold. I like the decor, always have, just find the prices a bit much. Mind you, beats a ramshackle bus station café that a lot of places have. Will come back if in the mood.

Very nice staff had jacket potato with cheese it arrived with salad it looked amazing but I request the salad to be removed she was so helpful in taking my plate away and bringing it back to the table. You can get a drink or a snack in between your transport journey. A nice atmosphere with classical music running in the background. They do have other music to if you prefer it to be changed.all staff are friendly and helpful.
