Located at High Street in the shopping precint. I stopped there to have seasonal coffee - pumpkin latte. Friendly baristas. Needs a bit of TLC to refresh the interior.

Went around midday and it looked busy but the staff were lovely and the person who served me was called Jack, Jack was really lovely and made me feel welcome also offered me a new syrup shot to try in my drink that I got and it made it 10x better. Thank you for a lovely visit, I was rather anxious this day going into Starbucks but the service made the visit nice and I felt at ease.

Always great at the Lincoln high Street branch. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their quick actions today warned me of a possible mix up with my drink and saved me from a potential migraine. They could very easily have shrugged it off, so their efforts really are appreciated.

Clean and lovely Starbucks shop with more than enough pleasant staff to go round. Not one dirty table insight. A pleasant change these days. Menu is priced accordingly and is roughly the same price as other coffee houses. I wont say i will go back .... i SHALL go back. Nice place to rest the legs.

Good coffee, staff professional/polite when being served, BUT upon entering and not seeing any instructions, I socially distanced inside, only to be told by a counter staff member that if there wasn't a dot to stand on, I needed to queue along the side of the building. What he could of just said was "outside". Not all customers are regular and this was my first time at Starbuck's. Maybe an A4 laminated sign telling customers what your covid procedure and rules are would be useful and easy to put in place. With every business operating differently with their system, signs are a must to make things clear Perhaps your staff would save time not having to repeat themselves every few minutes if signage existed outside the shop before entering. Myself and two other customers then queued outside the door only to be told to move way back from the door as we were breaching fire regulations. Again, open both doors to allow easier access and flow! Once inside we were bottlenecked at one end of the counter waiting for drinks anyway, so social distancing went out the window. Add some more dots outside and signs please. Help your customers to help you! Simple.. .

This was a nice clean Starbucks. I didn't have to wait too long in the queue either. The mint tea I had was nice and the tea cake with jam was probably the best I had tasted. They have a good amount of seating available too. Staff are nice and pleasent. I was surprised at how cheap it was compared to some other coffee places.

Great coffee, like the discount for using your own mug and the fact that the customer can use however much milk they need in their drinks. It's a shame the high street shop isn't bigger as they'd have many more customers. It's always busy and bustling.

Served by Casey. He was quick, polite and charismatic which is awesome to see but the highlight was our drinks made by Dan. Being a Starbucks barista myself, I understand what goes into making the drinks and the latte I had was honestly the best one I've had. Structure wise and taste with some art on top to... well, top it off. These are signs of a good Starbucks team and I will be coming back to this store in particular for this team.

Nice coffee obviously but i am most impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular a young lady by the name of Jade, she was a real breath of fresh air in todays modern dont really care attitude. This store has such a nice feel and the staff are all amazing! I go in multiple times a week and quite a lot of the staff know me by name and ask me how uni is going and stuff like that. It feels really personal which is what brings me back so often, that and the good coffee!

We used to always go to Costa but after being let down a lot with poor coffee, we decided to try Starbucks and haven't been anywhere else ever since. It has a lot more of an orderly process, moving across the counter to then get your coffee at the end. The coffee is always good but my only issue is the price, it's quite expensive.

Starbucks is pricey anywhere in the world you go, but you do pay for quality and quantity. I hate getting a large coffee just to get handed a small cup. The one lad that makes my Skinny Venti Latte, makes it so well. There 🥐 are quality. (Mushroom & Cheese and there Ham & Cheese) Yummy.

Amazing service by staff and a very clean coffee shop. One of thing things that appeals to me just as much as the coffee is workspace, there are lots of tables each with 2 available plug sockets and USB charging outlets, the WiFi is very reliable and speedy! Just what I want from a coffee shop

Overall this Starbucks situated on Lincoln high street is good. I suppose it's Starbucks so you know what is to be expected. The staff are normally pretty good here and so far they've always been friendly and polite. The only reason I have docked 1 star is because it can get awfully busy and therefore slow to be served. The coffee shop itself is a bit on the small side and can get very crowded. If you have the time and would prefer a little more space, then I suggest visiting the Starbucks on Tritton Rd on the opposite side to Morrison's.

I went into Starbucks High Street Lincoln and you can get a Pike Place filter coffee for £1 with a free refil, which is available all of the time, also they have a plastic reusable cups available for £1 and 25p off any drink, then reusable at other times. It is clean and tidy if you want a cheap coffee when out and if compared to wetherspoons coffee is a lot better. A nice treat for a nice price.
