Awesome place I love dunkin donuts the staff are friendly and helpful and the coffee was awesome with a wide selection of some of the tastiest donuts I have had in a long time not particularly cheap but worth the money the place was clean and well laid out as you can tell I am a huge fan but to be honest the last time I was in a Dunkin’ was in Miami America and I didn’t know Dunkin’ had shops in the UK they need to open more especially in the Midlands area just my opinion

Probably the nicest coffee I've had in years, and the doughnuts are amazing. Staff here were really friendly and helpful which makes a pleasant change from most coffee shops, looking forwards to returning!

Excellent service very very friendly staff we had a laugh and a joke. Great experience we enjoyed 6 doughnuts and a lemonade with a mango tea infusion which was delicious. Would visit it again when back in Liverpool.

Ever since it opened I have been a huge fan of Dunkin. The staff are super friendly and they always have plenty of people behind the counter. Just a shame this place is quite small and a bit hidden away. If they moved to a bigger shop on church/lord street sure they'd do great busines. I have also noticed the prices have jumped a lot. Especially on coffee

Had my first ever Dunkin' Donut here in Liverpool! And it was gorgeous! Great customer service too.

The gentleman that served me was helpful and cheerful. They had a good selection of flavours. The doughnuts were a good size and had plenty of filling and were delicious.The prices were good, cheaper than Krispy kreme. The coffee was ok as well. My wife said she prefers these to Krispy kreme. I would definitely be going again.

I just wanted to post a review saying thank you to the staff at Dunkin Donuts St Johns Liverpool. I had not long walked in with my family when my 9 year old had quite a severe nose bleed that lasted 15 minutes. There were 2 members of staff (I didn’t catch their names-both female) who couldn’t have been more helpful, offering paper towels, drinks and alerting a first aider. We had to leave in a hurry so couldn’t say thank you-so thank you very much, it was really appreciated :-)

Grouchy pants a few reviews down clearly has no taste buds left because dunkin donuts are amazing 😋 mr happy is my personal favourite, not touched a krispy kreme since finding this place! The staff were super friendly yesterday definitely nicer than my home branch (Manchester..). There are seats for sitting in too and is wheelchair and pram accessible

Doughnuts themselves are great but prices are ridiculous lately, i used to go in and buy 2 dozen doughnuts and they were £12 a dozen at the time, i went the other day and it was £18 a dozen

Who doesn't like Dunkin Donuts. :) I was surprised really,thinking it would be expensive. We had 2 lovely coffees and a donut and it was only £4.50. great value. The more Donuts you buy, the cheaper they are. 1 costs £1.50 but you can buy a box of 6 for £7.50. shop was lovely and clean and staff friendly and helpful.

Staff are really nice and friendly. I have been in a few times to sit in and for takeaways. Nice surrounds and always kept clean although its a very busy little shop. Luke is very helpful and is always eager to please. Donuts are deliciously fresh with a good selection also drinks are always nice and fresh.

Really good place, the doughnuts are tasty and very cheap. I had the Iced tea which I would definitely go back for again. You also get a 10% student discount which is really good. Would definitely recommend if you want something sweet for breakfast.

Staff are polite and the place is very clean. Prices in general are excessive considering they're just donuts. There's one table that hasn't been fixed for at least the last 6 months though, which is a bit of a down point.

Our favourites loads of different kind of varieties and also there is selection for vegetarians as well. They do different deals if you buy 6 or 12 doughnuts or piece by piece. We always had 12 doughnuts pack which cost £10.49 and it is both reasonable and tasty selection.

An American chain famous for its range of fresh glazed and filled doughnuts. The coffee is quite good and tea is also available. Dunkin' Donuts frequently has a range of offers available, making it cheaper to buy more doughnuts. There is a small amount of seating in store, and take away is available. Staff are friendly and helpful for the most part.
