Nice place to stop for a coffee or hot choc and cake. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Dog friendly too. Just very expensive. £8 almost for 2 hot chocolates! They were nice admititedly though. Plenty of seating in back.

Lovely spot with not much more around so great for a quick stop for coffee. The food was a little overpriced for the quality but the staff were friendly. The place could do with a little refresh and there was sand on the floors which can’t be helped.

My dad has been coming here since it opened, and the staff has always been very helpful even when he couldn't do much himself. The staff helped my dad a lot with good service, he a lot better and still I insist to go as much as he can.

Lovely coffee shop to pop in after a walk along the beach, reasonably priced and lovely staff. Facilities are very clean! Ive called here a few times now throughout the year. But I was here a few weeks back around 4pm ish by the time I'd walked from ainsdale, and it was closed not sure if the their times have change as the seasons change.

Just what is needed after a long beach walk. A wonderful cafe serving well prepared teas and coffee, excellent home baked cakes, award winning pies, and sandwiches. Great friendly staff and loads of cosy warm seating.

This is a lovely little cafe by the marina. Great with small kids and toddlers with very friendly staff. Generous cake slices, good coffee and the menu looked delicious and freshly home made. We will come back next time we are in town!

Visited today, staff were absolutely brilliant, very welcoming and even ran to the shop to get cream because they'd run out, just so I could have a luxury hot chocolate! The cake was lovely. It was really festive, clean, a lovely ambience but the staff were the best. Really friendly, upbeat, couldn't do enough for us. A lovely place. I live out of the area, but I do hope I get the chance to visit again some time. Thanks for a really lovely experience.

I have had so many stops here. It's like tardis . When you walk in. Seating to left seating right and seating in middle. Great stop off if starting a walk or returning. Location is brilliant and well worth a visit. Food is good. And they do great pies, sandwiches and good coffee. Place is kept clean and staff always pleasant. Stones throw from lakes , beach and garden walks . Parking is free on side roads and that's what's so nice about this area. You can take family to a great cafe / restraunt/ walks, with out digging deep in pockets.

Lovely cafe, great for taking away, hot chocolate tea,coffee, there is nothing like having a hot drink while walking in the cold. Also sell a variety of cakes and biscuits too. Always very busy. The staff are lovely too!

Popped in here yesterday with 2 grandsons. The hot chocolate was a meal in itself. Clean, friendly, pizzas and quiche homemade. Service was quick and professional. Great pot of tea. Will try coffee and cake next time.

Really great coffee and top choice of great cake. Very dog friendly, but if you are worried that your pooches will cause chaos, they do takeaway and you can sit on the benches in any of the parks 10 yds away.

What a surprise 1st visit and thought it was just a takeaway service, but like a Tardis inside plenty of seating overlooking Marina and lovely friendly staff. Had a toastie and coffee. Quite a few people eating the delicious cake available. Well worth a visit after a lovely Marina walk

Love this place. Great after a walk and the glass Swati g areas are fab when the wind is blowing and you still wanna feel like your outside. Staff are friendly and the food good. Prices are reasonable and I believe nearly all the cakes are homemade. Dogs are welcome on a lease.

The staff here are really friendly and care about their customers. Soup choices were good, especially for vegetarian diners. Tea is loose-leaf and very good. Fabulous cakes! Great place for a light meal and a drink.

Lovely little place. So pleased to see it thriving. Tasty pies and the sandwiches looked delicious. The soup was very good. Only thing to let it down was no brown or granary bread with the soup and the rolls were not the best Apart from that a good experience and we'll be back hopefully.

What a lovely experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had delicious pot of tea for two, although cakes looked tempting, we were still full from our lunch. Cafe was very clean throughout, including the toilets, (always a good indicator). Having been in the catering industry all her life, more recently running a guesthouse in the Lakes, for 10 years, my wife knows when an establishment is trying, and succeeding, to satisfy the customers by giving VFM. Will definitely return to sample the cakes.

Being situated next to Crosby coastal parks makes it very handy for refreshments especially after a long brisk walk around the marine walking the dog or getting out and about. Free parking close by on the main road and within walking distance from Waterloo shopping area and local transport connections. Also close to Waterloo parks and gardens for a much gentler stroll.

Stilishly decorated. Small intimate place. Great for family days out. Good food. Welcoming and friendly staff. Pets are welcome which is great since its so close to the beach so we can enjoy our dogs walk as well as a good coffe. Great range of coffe and tea.

Don't mind paying a little extra for basic items e.g cheese and ham toastie but to then be served it to my table inside in a paper bag and paper cups was ridiculous. Is it to much to ask for a plate and a little side salad or coleslaw when you paying a premium.

This is my favorite place to go with my dogs. The service is lovely and and the servers will go out of there way to make you happy. The coffee is amazing to and the cakes are unbelievable so i highly recommend it to everyone.

What a fab find! Visited Crosby beach yesterday to see the statues and on the way back to the car noticed this hidden away little cafe. The 3 of us had Scouse and a drink each and it was lovely - such tasty and tender meat, a perfect lunch!
