I love coffee, it's like meditation for me) a table, a cup of coffee, people passing by. I love this place. But coffee is not always made very tasty, as for my taste, it all depends on the type of coffee.

Clean, comfortable place with lovely staff. Hand sanitizer on arrival, clean tables. Less sandwiches but still crisps and cakes available. Track and trace registration should be enforced better- too many people not doing it.

Absolutely manic-it was lunch time, as usual when you ask for a flavoured coffee(happens in all coffee shops) don't know if they do it on purpose, because it does cost more, but how many staff forget to do it??!! The shortness of staff-obvious! , access to the toilets were challenging,must have just had a delivery😡🤕

We had chosen a Tuesday as website for centre says quietest day but it was surprisingly busy. Staff trying to keep on top of clearing tables but customers cross contaminating by putting house their empty trays onto cleaned tables. Nice roll and lovely tea

Food and drinks were good, however the table we picked (only one remaining for 4 people) was left uncleaned from the last customers, even after this issue was raised twice, once the table was cleaned the person cleaning it seemingly ignored us when we tried to explain the situation, but the dirty plates, cups, etc were cleaned eventually and as mentioned above, the food and drinks were nice and tasty

Really like this café. It always feels cosy and homely with the soft chairs. Hope they never lose that if they ever refurb. I prefer Nero's coffee to other brands as it never tastes bitter but that is a purely personal preference. Always had good service here.

I generally enjoy cafe Nero but over the last.... 2 years the Livingston designer outlet shop has been under par... It feels... Poor the toilet is always gross the coffee is awful, burnt coffee with a cup of foam to taste, most of the time the cup is just over half full anyway so atleast your paying £4 for half a cup of an underpaid barista's depression and lack of aspirations

Staff super friendly, amazing coffee, and more comfy seats than Statbucks. If you're up for a change use your stamp card to collect a free drink and then go all out! The staff is great at coming up with special ideas.

Coffee was good but the counter screens where very hazy with runs... enough to make sure I wouldn't go back to this Caffe Nero

Not the best visit. The service was slow and incomplete. Once the order was queried, the missing item was delivered in a take out bag with no utensils to eat at the table with, even though it was obvious we had ordered to eat in. I would not go back on my own, but if I were with my friend again possibly!
