Had the new raspberry & passion fruit Frappuccino, so refreshing in the extremely hot weather we have been having! Staff friendly & welcoming, shop was clean

Enjoyed a coffee with a friend I bumped into at shops. Just finished our coffee when we were evacuated because of a fire alarm. Staff disappeared out the back door before we were even out the shop.

Can't take Starbucks cards, so my purchase won't count towards rewards. "Socially Distanced seating" pushes everyone into one end of the seating area, which feels less safe than allowing people to spread out. Very few usable plug points, again because of the seating they'll allow you to use. Won't visit again.

Starbucks is my favourite coffee shop. Love their iced drinks. Coffee sizes are big as compare to Nero and Muffin break. The only thing I dont like for starbucks is they are always out of stock for black peppers sachets when u want them for panini😓😓😓😓

Good location but not the best service. They did not want to use mugs to serve us because it was an hour before closing time. We were given paper cups instead. Not the the best for the environment!

Excellent coffee. Staff provide great service creating a fun atmosphere - laughing all the time whilst focused on the customers orders. Think they might need an extra barista when it is queued. Could perhaps cut down in the waiting time?

Beautiful interior BUT its not big enough! The seating is not maximising the space. Products are lovely good coffee and cake but hardly any seating . Layout needs a rethink tho the lighting is spot on brilliant

One of the more modern looking Starbucks, its a perfect place to sit and watch the world go buy while having a warming coffee and toastie before getting on with the shopping. Large windows make it very light and open feeling.

A standard if small Starbucks in the Designer Outlet. There is the usual range or drinks and eats a mix if seating arrangements ie arm chairs, tables and chairs and stools at a high shelf. Staff are friendly and helpful and overall the atmosphere is relaxed.

My favourite coffee shop! not least as they now remember my name, and my drink, and have it poured and ready by the time i make it up the queue to pay for it. really friendly staff and a lovely relaxed atmosphere to sit and have a coffee and watch the world go by

Me and my friend were having a nice day out and wanted to go to Starbucks , we went in and ordered ( we both got the same thing but with different names )and the man who was making the drinks called my name and gave us both our drinks but only said my name so we were very confused and had a look at the names while we were doing this he rudely stated that they were the same when we (11 year olds) were just wondering why we got called with the same name the drinks taste fine but this man made our experience not as great as it could be and I understand that some people think that’s ok but we are only 11 years old and he was very rude to us in his tone of voice .

Very friendly chat who's always pup for a chat. I've been here several times amd once I did not receive any change back, remembered that about 2 hours later, and the cashier still gave me my change. I've ordered unusual drinks on recommendation of the staff who assured me that if I didn't like it I could exchange it for something else.
