Superb food at affordable prices. All brunch staples can be found here and are all very tasty. We had pancakes with maple syrup and good size crispy bacon with it, absolutely delicious. Very good coffee with dairy free options available. Service is great. Will definitely be back.

Stop here for breakfast with friends after a night out and had breakfast and coffee. Nice wee cafe would certainly return if in the area again.

Ordered via Deliveroo and I'm disappointed that it took so long to get my food. Wanted to support local, but not worth waiting an hour to eat. Hopefully by eating in next time, I won't be so upset.

Delivery was fast. Food was fresh and delicious. Portion sizes massive compared to other places. 10/10

Visited the Bay Tree Cafe as a group of 4 golfers heading to Dalmahoy for a weekends golf.
The breakfasts were huge, good quality and phenomenal value for money. Arrived for a midday t off and didn't need anything else till dinner.
The host was amazing.
Heading back to Dalmahoy again in March and will do the same again.

This has always been a pleasant eatery and continues to provide appetising meals for take-away during lockdown. The place has been thoroughly refurbished and booths have been installed which has improved the overall appearance of the interior. The high standard of food and drinks on offer remains the same as does the warm welcome given to all customers.

Take away buffet catering is well presented lots of choices and very reasonable. I was very pleased with the choice of wraps baguettes and soft rolls that I had recently for my daughter's wedding breakfast to which everyone enjoyed . Also Sheena does a fabulous take away afternoon tea fresh scones , wraps ,rolls and cup cakes which were delicious and again very reasonable .Would certainly recommend the Bay tree tea room.

Beautiful, small and tidy place to have a breakfast or lunch: Sheena is always trying to do her best to make you feel comfortable and to have a traditional Scottish breakfast.
Nice place for everyone: quick take-away for workers, comfortable for students, nice for cute couples!
Enjoy your time in Bay Tree Café!

They were just about to close early as it had been quiet when we rolled up desperate for tea and cake after a hot 8.5 mile walk in the environs of Almond country park. They opened up again and served us lovely refreshing tea in china cups with saucers and excellent home made cakes and scones. Can recommend the chocolate truffles . Sparkling clean and very friendly. (Perth Ramblers).

Had a very nice lunch in Bay Tree Tea room today. Lovely relaxing homely little place run by Sheena who was welcoming and friendly. Tea served in proper China cup with tea cosy over teapot. Food home made and delicious. A banana and walnut cake in the oven while we were there. Will go bk soon.

This is now called the BAY TREE CAFE. Nice we cafe in the West end of East Calder. All the food is made fresh and is very tasty. I had the freshly made tatty soup with a tuna sweetcorn sandwich with a cafetia coffee this all came to £6. Service was quick and friendly. The setting is quite cosy and has like a vintage fell to the cafe. I'd so back again if every I was passing. They don't take card but there is a cash machine across the road at tesco.
