Reviews of Ace Cafe London
A. C.
Best matcha latte I’ve had in London so far! They have really nice staff who are very attentive to detail. I love the quaint and calm atmosphere this cafe radiates. Seating is a bit limited, but people will leave periodically. Would love to come again! Thanks Ace Cafe London !!!
D. L.
Bit quiet, but good service. Food was nice, well cooked, and flavoursome, polite staff and good atmosphere. Only downside is the location. It deserves to be in a better part of the city, not West end, but maybe somewhere near a road with better traffic flow.
F. C.
Great to be back my last visit was the day it closed Sept 69 and we rode to the New Ace the other side of Staples Corner that was then controlled by traffic lights.
The Ace today has kept a similar look but is much cleaner and the food is good. Back in 68 it was a bottle of coke now it’s double espresso ☕️
S. B.
Listening to Ace Cafe Radio on radiogarden in the Philippines.
Lots of great nostalgic music. Keeps me going these days.
I used to stop over at Ace Cafe when I was driving in England years ago. Love the place.
M.
Superb history to the venue, and definitely a place to visit if you're into your bikes and British bike history. Sadly showing a distinct lack of investment in the building, but it sort of suits the old transport cafe roots I guess. That said, I'm sure there's a way to improve the tired toilets/kitchen/shop area and the rough outside area while being sympathetic to, and enhancing, the period features of the place.
Finally, a real mixed bag of staff, some are great, others are stressed out, rude and don't at all live up to the image this place holds in a lot of bikers minds.

Stopped here early morning to grab a quick coffee. Just loved the entire setup they have. The service was quick and really friendly. They let me grab a coffee and sandwich even before they officially opened up which was at around 8am. I like an idiot reached there around 7.30 and they were kind enough to let me tour the place too. This place is filled with history for motorcycle enthusiasts and also has a perfect hangout spot. Would recomend a visit. You ll go in time during the old school cafe racer days!
R. B.
I was there for the Christmas Carol service as were many others. Wonderful to be among so many Christian bikers and in such wonderful surroundings as the iconic Ace Cafe.
J. I.
Always cool place with a really nice, basic utilitarian vibe, I left one star off because I always imagine this is a place where burgers could be excellent, but they are always a bit off par, but the baked potatoes and breakfasts and main dishes are usually good solid fayre
If you are there on a meet day for vehicles, classics. bikes etc it can be very exhilarating and interesting!
e.
Such a great venue, great staff,,,,great atmosphere as allways,, people from all walks of life, how it should be!!
went for harley day which was so buzy in previous years,,very quiet because of Covid I guess,,,hope the cafe stays strong for the future,,,,
B. B.
Wow fantastic milkshakes and usually something happens. Cars ,,motorbikes lots of excitement BUT THE police shut down the bikers last Friday check the website to see whats on
D. J.
Excellent food enjoyed this evening with nice friendly atmosphere and a car meet too! What's not to like.
C. H. s.
If you fancy a visit to an iconic biker cafe then it's a must visit place. Loads of pictures from the rocker days in the 60's. However if you just want a coffee there are better places.
C. S. D. f. L.
It's a brilliant place full of history and vibrant atmosphere for anyone that loves Motorcycles, Cars or any other motor vehicles.
It has excellent Dinner facilities and the staff always looks after you.
Mark, the owner, is someone with plenty of Knowledge of the past and present days of motoring ( not only) which makes it a pleasure to chat with him.
You can meet and chat with people you've never met before as the true spirit of Bikers , like myself, which is a Big plus.
It doesn't really matter what you Ride or Drive as Everyone is always Welcome in there.
I just wish they had a Live Feed Camera so Everyone in the UK or Abroad could see what's happening there in Real Time - just an idea :)
Keep up with the good work guys and girls :)
C. P.
First visit, ever. I cannot fathom why I didn't visit when I lived in London, especially when I was as close as East Acton and worked off Hanger Lane. Had the Pork Ribs. Massive flavour and a happy portion and without going into debt! Can't wait to return.
J. F.
The bikers cafe. Beautiful Art Deco building on London's North Circular Road. Dripping with 20th century social history. Today you meet the most interesting people there, gaze at some incredible bikes and eat a decent burger.
j. c.
I have been here on many an occasion, really good atmosphere and friendly staff.
This place is oozing motoring history and is a must for petrol heads, some lovely bikes on display too.
The food is very good, try the Ace sausages, very tasty and sully expensive either.
There is always something going on, check out the events page, the choice of vehicles on display at most meets is huge.
The carpark has been resurfaced and redesigned, so more space for parking now.
Well worth a visit.
C. B.
Just love this place lucky to have a friend live round the corner ..I like to visit everytime am in London
s. l.
Superb breakfast 👌 their ace sausage was absolutely full of flavour 😋
Y. L.
Great english breakfast! great environment.
S. H.
It's the Ace Cafe, what is there not to love about this place. Deep in petrolhead history. The place hosts events on a regular basis. Its a great meeting place as it has a large carpark and is easily accessible from the North Circular, A40 and M1.
P. M.
Incredible night spent here with the great bar team, knowledgeable events organisers and enthusiasts and Thier cars.
Very special venue and on my dad's bucket list for breakfast so will need to go back.
r. B.
Good place to meet fellow riders whilst the restaurant offers delicious food and very reasonably priced. If you are going to meet other bikers make sure you check events and go during busy times as it can be quiet during certain times of the day. It’s a must visit place if you love bikes.
J.
One of the oldest havens for the petrol head.
Ace cafe brings great atmosphere with good food and a very welcoming environment.
Usually a car or bike club meet on when I'm there so always a pleasure to mill around the carpark and take in whats on show. Classic cars, Motorbikes. Campers even a monster truck. All can be found at one time or another at Ace cafe.
Live music in the evenings at weekends and a fully stocked bar too.. great place to visit!!
T.
Perfect experience.
Food Wass freshly prepared and very quick served. Many and different bikers. I simply call this paradise
S. M.
Excellent customer service and I highly recommend the sausage and mash! Ice cream for pud too. Wish it was closer to get to!
P. W.
Been there today. Didn’t have to wait long. Excellent service. Excellent prices. Comfy cafe. Took my mum here for Christmas dinner to try it out. Definitely very please. Clean and tidy place. Plenty of ventilation. Well decorated and welcoming. 10/10.
(I would have liked a Yorkshire pudding with my dinner, wasn’t on the menu but it was quality regardless) lmao.
I also highly recommend the Christmas pudding with brandy sauce. Simply delightful.
They has a small ace cafe gift shop inside. Got myself a key ring dog tags and a cool t shirt for the memories. :-)
Definitely be returning. Thank you ace cafe.
Meet Christmas to you all. :-)
c. s.
Wasn't much going on there midweek but it didn't matter, the experience was enough. The food is really good and very reasonably priced. Would go there again.
A. Q.
Absolutely fantastic place to eat highly recommended
P. H.
Great events, very friendly staff and cool atmosphere
M. H. S.
Ace Cafe London is famous for its motorcycle riders favouritism.
Actually during the week days is a place for local office and building workers to meet, eat and drink.
We had coffee here which we didn't like their taste and quality but I saw many costumers who enjoy their meals and drinks.
Maybe next time we'll have some breakfast or other meals instead to find out more about their foods.
However, the environment is interesting and worthy to visit with a lot of traditional motorcycle riding related staff.
As far as I know there are some riders gathering on weekends and some holiday and they arrange some riding programs around the city.
m. g.
Great cafe and a great place to hang out. There's food and drink here the same as any other cafe, but what the other cafes lack, is the character and feel of this place.
Its proper old skool, original and retro and if you like your bikes, yours cars and your classics, then pop in here for a brew and just see what pulls up outside.
Many events staged here and many meetings through out the year. A really cool place 👍
T. F.
My son and I popped in there today for something to eat and drink for the first time. My son had a Big Breakfast and added Chips to it, as well as a glass of water with ice. He thought the chips were a bit under done, and the plate a bit greasy. I had a 1/4 Pounder Veggie Burger and a cup of tea at a cost of £13.95p. Car parking is free, ladies and gents toilets are upstairs, but they do have a disabled toilet in the main area, key is available from behind the bar. Great interior design and history, as this place was years and years ago a bikers venue, the challenge was to put on a record on the Jukebox using their motorbike to drive as fast as possible up to Hanger Lane and back again before the record finished.
C. M.
Good place to stop for a coffee, parking available. Motorbikes fans at the weekends are there
A. B.
Great meeting good catch up with everyone 👍
P. A.
When no events are on it's quiet n relaxed. You could then walk around the place and read up about the history of it and see posters of past n present events, photo's on the history of the cafe, the people of that era, the music, the movies, etc.
You could also keep a record of what's on over the coming months, etc. And, there's plenty.
If you've never been, it's worth a shot.
The staff are warm, welcoming & friendly and eager to help.
There is a large selection of food choices of differing diet preferences. Coffee's only a quid.
Enjoy! 😎
G. A.
Great live band played too.
M. M.
Great service and such a history of the place!
D. B.
Popped dwn for bike night ...Good atmosphere great food an good prices for London
J. P.
Great place to stop and watch the world go by. Lots of bikes to view and staff could not fault.
J. L.
Fantastic Christmas lunch. The decorations were great, the staff were fantastic and joined in our fun. YOU MUST GO, YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!
S. W.
Glad I visited so I can say I have been. Wouldn't recommend it tbh as what makes it is the visiting vehicles not the cafe. Much nicer venues to go to see nice cars and bikes. The staff didn't really seem to want to be there which was a shame.

Fascinating place to bike and car watch and also to watch bike-heads and motorheads of all ages, ethnicities and nationalities. Very reasonably-priced English nosh, probably not good for your cholesterol but FUN! Great staff.
M. K.
Great place to eat as well as The Porsche meeting too A great experience
S. R.
After spending several days in London we decided to stop by and check out the ACE Cafe on our return. This place has a unique vibe and is exactly as other comments posted. Good food served by friendly staff. Will visit again when in the area.
B. E. G. R.
One of the most iconic places to be in London, great food, great beer, great bikes and a wonderful atmosphere if you like motorcycles!
Definitely worth to go there!
J. V.
An Iconic and legendary motoring cafe since late 1930s. It was even damaged during the war but has been rebuild to the same spec...well more or less. A lot more to read about its history inside the cafe itself. I have visited multiple time on Friday evenings which is bike nights and the experience and environmental is electric on a good summer day. Food is decent and you get your money's worth. They breakfast which I think is an all-day breakfast has a very good selection and good in taste too. For those looking for Ace merchendice there is an Ace Store inside the cafe where you can buy stickers, labels, t-shirts, hoodies, mugs and much more. A must visit if you are in London as a visitor and also happen to be a petrolhead.
T. S.
This iconic location in its 80th year has a large parking area and large eatery. It attracts motoring enthusiasts globally and has a small shop for memorabilia and a long serving area . Prices are ok and the menu is varied with plenty to choose from . Tea and coffee are plentiful and beer is available on tap . It's a great place to visit . Check out group meetings, special days and car or bike runs on the internet . There's a bus stop virtually outside too .
B. V.
Famous bikers place with musical events and true bikers mood. Great food and drinks.
d. m.
Very cool American style diner with a fairly good sized menu. The chips were good. We went on Porsche night but the sweet parking attendant let us park in the lot because we drove in with our vintage 2CV
J. M.
Nice undercover outside seating area. Staff seemed overworked coming in and out with orders but great environment.
T. K.
Kind of unique and popular biker's and vantage cars enthusiasts meeting place with long history. Number of Clubs associated with it but as you may know it, their website gives comprehensive information.
C. T.
Im a big fan of this place and its history 🤩🇬🇧📷 but since i moved back here iv made it my go to place every Sunday ☠️ even in this icy cold weather 😉 the coffee n the food makes it worth the trip every time 🤩🏴☠️ love the triumph 🖤
P. R.
Ace cafe known as sports cars and power bike. If you want to see different CC than you should have to go on weekend evening. You can enjoy DJ music of cars and Magic sound of bike silencer.. personally i love it.....
T. G.
An iconic location that was a bit of a letdown due to lack of customer service. The people working the counter don’t seem to care much except for doing the minimum. The fish-n-chips was delicious however.
C. C. (. r.
One of the best experience in my life! One of the best place I ever seen!! Fantastic place, good music and incredible and delicious burgers!! Good vibes, good times spent inside!! Yeah!!
N. B.
Iconic transport cafe with a 50's Rock & roll vibe. Prices aren't too steep, the food is typical transport cafe fare but done well & there always seems to be something interesting going on.
A. V.
Great atmosphere, nicely preserved. Nice food.
G. L.
3 stars for the meal but 5 stars for the experience. If you were reading Joe bar team when you were a Child, you need to go there. Prices are really cheap
R. B. -. E. k.
Been going here on and off for around 30 years.
Bikers paradise at weekends, but during the week standard crowd looking for a good fry up.
Pretty spartan place with basic tables and you often have to sit with someone you may not know.
Basic but good food, some people call it a straight "greasy spoon" but guess the odd fry up does not hurt you as long as you exercise properly.
Great place, a local landmark in Stonebridge Park.
A. B.
Lovely clean place ,very empty at the moment but will fill up again when th be and car nights start again
Highly recommend
W. R.
Great place for car and bike meets. Lovely welcoming staff and good food at a decent price.
K.
One word; Awesome! This place has it all: History, attitude, authenticity, characters, stories, good food, beer, souvenirs and decent people to share stories with. Just watch the dodgy London traffic. Nightmarish for new riders. Be safe and stay the shiny side up.
V. V.
It’s great to come here, myself and biker friends have been here many many times for breakfast before a ride-out and I still pop up for breakfast on the weekend. But they’re having a bad day today on both wait times for a fry-up (25+ minutes when very quiet) and cooking standards (floppy pale bacon with the fat hardly rendered out) so I’m hoping this will be better next time.
M. A.
Brilliant meeting venue with anything to do with wheels and a motor. Catch up with friends or enjoy a beverage and a bite to eat. Petrol Heads paradise ;-)
A.
A decent bikers cafe and meet-up place, Friday night bike night is busy and a good group. The breakfasts are also nice, could have a little more variety on the menu but still nice if you like a fry up.
S. E.
This is a great place to meet up bikers. I have done few times club run etc. Such a lovely place with good atmosphere. Highly recommend and surely will be returning in the future.
* if you have a club, better inform them earlier to arrange you parking etc. The guys do a good job. Also don't forget to visit weekends to see some great events happening there.
s. o.
Legendary rockers diner. Faded 50s glamour still has great programme of live 50s music
k. a.
London's best motorbike cafe. Great food and lots of bikes, scooters and cars to keep you happy !!
J.
Staff are brilliant very friendly. Great events all sorts of meet ups will visit again soon
J. B.
Really worth a visit. Great atmosphere, good food at reasonable cost and some great memorabilia.
N. P.
Awesome meeting place for car and bike enthusiasts. Food is decent, but that's not really the main attraction. Check out the meetings schedule and go for the banter and social aspect.
T. S.
Great meeting place for petrol heads. Good prices and good selection. Friendly staff. Not posh, but clean and just what you want from a busy cafe.
G. K.
Great cafe, was my first visit, recommend the full English, 🍽️🍴☕
J. D.
Never been here but always wanted to go while me and my wife desided to stop for a bit of lunch it was lovely and I will be back on a busy Friday night
M.
They have regular car & motorcycle events & rock n roll music.I have only ever been to the Ford 100e club rally there which is held annually & have gone for 3 years as I used to have one of these cars.Food is good & reasonably priced had a breakfast there last Sat.
C. s.
Visited this iconic cafe for a quick drink whilst in the area.
The atmosphere was friendly, but quiet (probably due to the time that I arrived). The service was quick and polite, and the prices very fair.
Worth popping in if you are in the area :)
C. C. H.
Everything I dreamed it would be - average coffee, dingey, cold inside, filled with truckers! A genuine nostalgic treat for those looking for a piece of history that hasn’t been turned into a nouveau Hardrock Café. Would recommend to anyone with an interest in Café Racer history, or anyone looking for the dying English coffee shop.
H. “.
Very cool American style diner with a fairly good sized menu . The chips were good.
T. G.
Got to be the worse breakfast in London, great place but the food is rank, uncooked mushrooms and bacon toast rock hard and burnt, such a shame
A. S.
Iconic place, stopped by breakfast.
B. B. K.
Cracker place to stop on a ride and soak up the atmosphere. Be rude to miss it if your in the area..!👍😉🛵💨
C. D.
Awesome food and nice EV car meet👌🏼 The canteen serve nice veg options too and the breakfast veg and non veg is delicious! The events here are great from music to car meet. I have been coming here for 15 years and it hasn't changed one bit since then. An authentic experience for petrol heads🔥
A. E.
Amazing place always something to see food is great and price you can't beat 👌👍👍
N. B.
Great atmosphere! We had a break here while we were riding from Paris to the Midlands and always wanted to stop there. A nice mix of bikes of all types and cars. Very relaxed place ✌🏼
G. R.
Always a good place for petrol heads to come together cars and bikes. Also don't look down on you when you randomly turn up for a late night picture of 2. Easy to get to in London right next to the North Circular, always get service with a smile and such a heritage. Long live Ace!
M. G.
Love love love this place. Good quality food and drinks.
Plus you get to see bikes and cars, you know what I mean if you're a petrol head.
J. S.
Great place, good food and always fast and freindly staff.
M. C.
I've been regularly visiting the Ace Cafe for years and as a meeting place or when an event is on it's fine. Otherwise there's no reason to visit, especially as the food is invariably very badly cooked, to the extent that I no longer order food there. Friends have complained or sent the food back on many occasions.
M. P.
Always a fun place to visit - very reasonably priced food and drink too
I. R.
Brilliant place. Great food and fast service. Bikes Galore!
N. S.
An iconic pit stop for traditional ("Big breakfast") and healthier biker food options. With more bikes than a showroom to admire (especially on sunny weekends) its long bench tables encourage interesting conversations. Quieter mid-week...
D. O.
It's an iconic place.
Food is average. Coffee is overpriced but that isn't why you visit. You go there to see cars, bikes and mingle with others who share your passion.
I'll never stop going to the ace cafe!
R. W.
Always good to meet similar bike enthusiasts
A. F.
Ace cafe what can you say. A great place to car meet. Great food and a nice place to go to. Cheese chilli chips you have to try standard!!! Five stars from me.
C. D.
Friendly biker place. Lots of cool events for petrolheads, decent food and drinks. I usually take time to wander around the car park and look at the wide variety of bikes parked there. Well worth a visit, any time of day.
A. M.
Great breakfast, friendly staff and a great selection in the shop. Glad I finally made it there.
S. B.
Very nice cafe, I like to go into it and have a coffee with sweets. A little short of the highest mark.
I.
Cheesy beef burger is excellent. Nice interior as well. Loads of parking.
G. B.
Brilliant as ever. Been going for years & always have one of their Ace brekkys (and they are exactly that) or the equally good Chilli, Chips & Cheese with some added Tabasco sauce but beware.. you get a lot for your money 😉
n. p.
ALWAYS WONDERFUL PLACE where to meet people that share the same passion. I am visiting Ace Cafe regularly in the last six years that I have move to London. Mark is a really nice man that has always a good story to tell. Thanks for the hospitality and for the organized meeting for motorcycle. 🏍
c. b.
Great place for motor bikers. Food is also good .
S. I.
Porsche club night was great and so was food & drink 10/10 can't wait to go again soon
o. m.
Quite a nice place, service good, food not too bad, a bit expensive for what it is, especially if you buy the polish donuts at £3 each, dry and horrible, shocked, never again
P. H.
Awesome place. Have the all day breakfast. Fantastic
S. B.
Love this place, always quick service, great food and nice staff. Always worth going out of your way to pop in when near!
s. v.
Great to have it open again bikes beer and sun.. and lovely girls
S. J.
Was my first time at Ace Cafe had a lovely time had a cup of tea and some cake great price not over expensive do lunch and dinner also live music 🎶. Love the atmosphere here, definitely coming back again. 😀 👍

P. B.
They do a nice breakfast plenty of parking very strong smelling canabis in carpark
K. B.
Always wanted to visit this cafe since owning motorbikes. Turned up on a Monday lunch time it was really quiet. Had a coffee and left
r. s.
Great place to visit, good food, nice people, you should have a look.
T. R.
Interesting experience everytime I go there, beautiful bikes and bikers and like always good food.
t.
Ace cafe in london is where i go to relax and enjoy the food its also a place where i gather on a regular basis to meet up with people from the BMW car community where we all get to see each others cars and the crazy modifying scene that car guys get up to, ace cafe is an iconic place in london and worth a visit.
M. J.
Nice place to enjoy food, drinks and nice people, with and without motorcycle...
Y. S.
To be honest I didn't try any food or drink here and don't know the prices either, but to be honest that's not the actual reason you'd go there. It's to actually see the cars and/or motorbikes! Went quite recently for a BMW event and it was amazing!
G. C.
Nice clean and tidy, great food ample paeking
J. C.
Love this place. Good food in great surroundings.
R. J.
Great atmosphere today great weather for the ACE cafe
S. G.
This spot gives superb service as well as delicious menu. The best place around here. The drinks and food came out quickly and the rates were reasonable. Recommended.
A. B.
The 300MOB's 2nd meet at ace cafe.
A. S.
Great night at the BMW meet, but can't believe the cafe had run out of burgers, hot dogs and chips, unforgivable
C. I.
Good trip back in time but with good modern quality and quantity of food for price
R.
Top hang out for all bikers, open 7 days a week, food , teas coffee socialize, recommended :-)
H. C.
Went for brit bike night with Triumph & royal Enfield bmf from 6 pm had burger couple turned up all disappointed poor communication would have been easy amend site updated info
M. N.
Was Busy on Bank holiday Monday food and drinks were all good.

You've got to go to Ace Cafe London at least once. The vibe and atmosphere is something else. If you own a motorcycle then your welcome. Mopeds, choppers, super sports and everything inbetween are welcome. Easy to get and reasonably easy parking with employed marshals directing parking on busy nights. There are a few unofficial live stunt riders on the public road it can get very choppy with big royal mail lorries and small fast bikes but just be alert and your be fine. The cafe has great food and drink and a great shop. You need to go here.
m. g.
Good GT4 owners meet at ACE CAFE.wasnt a bad turn out some nice motors and like minded people. Lovely burger and chips.
A. Q.
Ace cafe is a great place. More a transport cafe than a restaurant. Still good food and drink. It's noisy but it's great for petrol heads of all kinds.
a.
Good for social gathering, although the rudeness of staff lets it down due to being shouted at and forced to leave the site because my face wasn't fully covered by mask. In addition, the selection of food in the menu is small. 3/5.
M. A.
Great place, great atmosphere and friendly gathering of motorbike/car enthusiasts. Went to join members of Audi quattro classic owners.
Nice staff, working hard , following covid guidelines. Had a great day.
J. O.
Great place, full of history & character. The staff were friendly and the grub was decent & good sized portions. what's not to like.
J. S.
Was great to get back inside for the special breakfast. Was odd without the usual shared table set up but obviously due to COVID they have no choice. Food was the same great value and quality. Oh Ace how I've missed you .
P. W.
The original and best. Great service and staff
S. G.
Excellent place for car and bike shows... lovely food in cafe

A great venue, with a lovely menu, and friendly helpful staff.
Nee was particularly helpful, and a credit to the establishment

The Legendary Ace Café. If you're a biker, you should go. There are some vegetarian options if you're eating there. Fast service.
S. F.
Great food. Well worth a visit if your that way and if not head out to it, you won't be disappointed

An iconic must see place! Great food, nice atmosphere and plenty to drink - whether you're fueled by tea, coffee or of course beer!!

I'm a regular and have really missed going up there during pandemic so really glad it's reopened and went on last saturday of month(American car night)my favourite🙂usual great service, friendly staff, great food, took my son and we had a lovely afternoon(helped that weather was great)only downside was parking on surrounding area which is constantly becoming less and less due to traffic calming measures outside Ace and further along under the arches, but that didn't spoil our visit.

Every petrol head should visit here. My Ma grew up here and it's still a favourite place of mine to vist
L. D.
Great place to meet up and see bikes or cars . Had a good day , only big disappointment was the breakfast , we had one normal and one vegetarian . Both were a big let down value for breakfasts was very , very poor 😔
N. H.
Amazing place, breakfast good little cold but that didn't matter been wanting to go for years
R. K.
Classic transport cafe popular with bikers but appealing to all.

So nice to be back at Ace for a meet. There are thing I've not missed over lockdown but Ace Café was certainly not one of them.
Lovely to get back in and have my favourite chips, chilli, and cheese 😋
A. M.
Great place for a proper english breakfast. Great food and even better staff.
J. C. L.
Great place hope to see it someday. I live in Pennsylvania my mum's side is from England here's my jacket and bike in progress
M.
Staff were polite and kind, not what you'd expect at a bikers cafe though! But everyone\thing else was. I'm only 23 but I love all the mods and rockers stuff, and my Dad is a biker, I hope to follow in his footsteps, or, at least, drive in his bike tracks! Food was delicious and great atmosphere
D. C.
Well priced delicious food with excellent service and a friendly atmosphere
J. B.
Great meet up with cars
M. C.
I've been regularly visiting the Ace Cafe for years and as a meeting place or when an event is on it's fine. Otherwise there's no reason to visit, especially as the food is invariably very badly cooked, to the extent that I no longer order food there. Friends have complained or sent the food back on many occasions.
M. B.
Great place with friendly people and nice bikes....
v.
Great place. Great grub too!
D. C.
Well priced delicious food with excellent service and a friendly atmosphere

I was surprised at the efforts the council have gone too to slow the road down, better really

First visit to this cafe, was nice to see a good mix of bikes, all other bikes were nice and friendly. Service was promt and the food was good. I had a freshly bbq'd burger
L.
We usually go to the Ace Café on a night of the Chelsea Cruise, or any of their car meets.
It's a great place to visit. The food is really great, but a little pricey too.
Nonetheless, it's a great cafe for anyone who considers themselves a bike or car enthusiast.
C. H.

Nothing to add to what has already been said about this fantastic and iconic establishment...except...I rode straight here after purchasing my Triumph Thruxton...where else would I go?
L. B.
Customer services top notch. The Lady that served us was really friendly. 👍🏻 Got two beers and they were ice cold.
J.
Great place to visit for bikers, friendly staff
W. T. I.
Great atmosphere, you can feel the history when you're here.
R. B.
Excellent afternoon and evening BMW car meet. Great food and fantastic atmosphere 👍
P. C.
Iconic place to visit if you have an interest in car or bike history. Regular meetings for classic cars. Good sized portions of food which seems to be reasonably priced. Can be a bit of a pig to get to depending on the time of day and traffic on the North Circular Road.
M. B.
This place is a must weather it's for people with Motorbikes or people with cars it's just the most iconic place to meet up and have good food and a good natter.
You get a friendly welcome and the service is always great, fast and plentiful. Thank you and will hopefully be back soon.

Colourful and vibrant location. Good food.
B. A.
One of the oldest & historic place for cars & motorbikes , vintage n sporty & ..... meet up . Cold & fresh beer and nice burger with creamy cheese.
A. G.
Good history, nice place, can't go wrong for a cup of tea and cooked breakfast, even better if you're into bikes
A.
Awesome breakfast.
Very nice and comfortable location.
Very friendly service
B. S.
Great food and a nice atmosphere. Try and get down when it's busy or when there is a meet up scheduled to be on (just check the website) to revel in group adoration of all things petrol powered. The building hasn't changed too much and the car park hasn't grown at all (even though on some nights it could do with being 10x larger...). Good cold beer on tap and some good grub too. If you want to leave full and content then have bangers and mash (enough mash for 3 people), yum!
C. L.
Love this iconic Cafe. ♧
K. C.
great place to know more about cafe racer
B. H.
Loved spending some time here has a great atmosphere . Will be come back again
v.
Great place. Great grub too!
r. k.
Ace is my closet bike link up cafe....it’s a little bit dated but does the job. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food is good. Can get really busy when events are on or the weather is good. A good place to use as a meeting point.
A. T.
What a great atmospheric place, full of character and history. A busy place offering good food options at fairly reasonable prices, alcohol is also available but is mainly bottles. The place serves as a meeting point for petrol heads of all descriptions from bikes to class cars. One of the must visit places if you're in the area and with access to the north circular on its doorstep.
C. W.
Good place to eye up other bikes, grab a coffee in a mug, and something to eat.
There is a very full calendar of events for bikes, socials, and cars, so keep an eye out for the things you're interested in, and make sure you go on those days.
Of course, there's nothing to stop you from going on any day!
J. A.
Repeat visit, but first since lockdown! An amazing job at providing indoor & outdoor seating, at social distance. As ever staff are polite & helpful and food just as good as normal. I did miss my filter coffee though!
P.
Iconic, great food and friendly staff 10/10👍🏻
R.
nice and cool staff and cafe!!
F. J.
Great place for both car and bike enthusiasts. I'm not one but heard there was an event for car owners similar to mine so decided to go ahead and pay it a visit. Everyone was very welcoming and offered really sound advice for tweaks and solutions to issues I had with mine. Oh and the food is great also! This is definitely worth visiting on one of their event days/nights.
J. E.
If you love bikes, cars and rock n roll, this is the place to be. Full of nostalgia and the ACE sausage sarnies are great 😂👌
J. K.
Chilli, chips and cheese simply awesome! A must for bikers and petrol heads. Ace cafe hosts an array of meets for popular car and motorbike clubs. Food is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Well worth the five stars. Will definitely be back when visiting the smoke!
s. H.
Amazing place, well worth more visits 😍
R. S.
Travelled up from Somerset few cars .great history .
T. W.
Yes, it's iconic, and I've been there a good few times, but I can't recommend the wine. It's not the best quality and it's not cheap for what you're getting. Apart from that it's a great place for meets and even though I haven't eaten there, the food always looks good. I can recommend the tea and also the merchandise. Staff always friendly and even allowed me to use the disabled loo as the toilets are upstairs, but I'm waiting for a hip replacement.
P. M.
Worth a visit if you've never been.
C. “. C.
Great place to hangout
Friendly staff nice food
G. F.
Always lots of bikes classic cars etc to see if you like those things and good food choices
D. A.
Iconic. Been said many times. A bunch of leather jackets and petrol heads mostly. Nothing wrong with that. Comfort food. My lasagna was tasty but had microwave cold spots :(. Beer also average (boddies). Not much heating in there either but as I said, lots of jackets. 👍
J. B.
Great meet up with cars
s. 2. (.
This is a fantastic place to come to enjoy each other's company and everyone surroundings the host are so friendly the part people and the staff are excellent friendly happy atmosphere You get a positive vibe when you leave the place feeling happy and refreshed if you're feeling tired on the road come to the Ace curve have a cup of tea coffee if you fancy having food the food is excellent to me and my partner has been coming every weekend for breakfast and after Enjoy Alcohol Also you will see so many familiar faces that come on TV on bike shows and motor white shows Here a lot of bikes to see and learn from people who has older bikes well as new ones fantastic place to be enjoy income to this Ace caf been running for such a long time
D. t.
Must see venue that isn't on all London tours, but really should be!
Different event every day of the week. Where else can you get that?
J. C.
Great atmosphere, good food and amazing cars and bikes!!!
M. D.
They have no issues with you just popping in for a cup of tea or coffee. There is a Polar electric charging point.
g.
Iconic HQ of British Biking. Art Deco building. Proper grub, proper tea in a proper mug, John Barry Seven & The Walker Brothers on the jukebox. Friendly service. Perfect in its way.
M. H.
A Great favourite, petrolheads delight, usually some sort of car or motorcycle meet going on. Great value food and licensed bar. Nice place to take your 'pride n joy' or just enjoy watching visitors various machines.
R. S.
Empty on Wednesday morning but fab service, interesting surroundings and delicious food.
I. D.
Really great atmosphere, will be going back
M. T.
If you ride, you know it already, if you don't...just drive there or take a bus :)! Nice place, great meeting point for anybody on wheels (two or otherwise) large car park, large food portions, a bit pricey but worth it. Friendly staff and friendly customers, good spot!
P. N.
Quick service, good food and staff friendly. A little too expensive though so please consider this. Wont stop me going there again though.
C. H.
Great place to come and feel relaxed and enjoy some no-nonsense snap. Good selection of drinks, some fine machines outside too! There's a live band on at the minute and the place is decked out in Halloween decor. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the Wembley area.
M. t.
Ace cafe still the place to go. Approximately 150 bikes old and new. Had a egg and bacon sandwich really good. Bikers from all over the world old and young. learners and experienced riders.
Good friendly atmosphere.
S. B.
This is a great place to meet up bikers. I have done few times club run etc. Such a lovely place with good atmosphere. Highly recommend and surely will be returning in the future.
P. M.
Very good cafe good couple of hours spent at the ace cafe
L. M.
Fab first time experience. Food is good and the background soundtrack lovely. Spent way to much in the merch shop!!

Beautiful place.. heaven for bikers...
P. H.
excellent food at the one an only ace cafe
T. T.
Fantastic place, great food very friendly staff friendly visitors. Full of history if your into motorcycles. But they also have classic car day's
k.
Been here couple of times for car meets weekend evenings get very busy especially Friday & Saturday night food is ok nothing to brag about
L.
Great spot for biker enthusiasts on a Friday night. The cafe is large with plenty of seating! There is a good selection of food and drinks and not too pricey! Really cool place to go!
K. B. (. B. S.
Lots of motorcycle dudes hang out for chat and show off sexy bikes
P. A.
Been coming here for years and I hope I'll be coming until I cannot ride anymore, probably will still come even after I can't ride no more. Staff sometimes are a bit rude, usually the parking attendance but atmosphere on Friday and food is good. Overall 5 stars from me. If your a biker or getting into bikes you must go there. Met a lot of people there which resulted in a lot of memories and trips to Europe.
D. P.
A celebrated historic and current biker cafe. Its where bikers go to meet and show off at the weekend. You don't need a bike to go there ! At any other time its just a regular cafe and meeting point. Coffee is WAY cheaper than Starbucks. They serve regular truckstop food too but its cleaner than a truck stop. The toilets are clean.
A.
Ace cafe's still open for takeaways. But very quiet, arrived today around 3pm , it was disappointing to see so few customers, looking forward to when the ban is lifted and we can refill the cafe' , the price of the food is very competitive 😀
O. O.
Great place even on a rainy day! Famous for the bike & car meetings... but also a great place for a burger and/or milkshake. Check the schedule inside for a particular meet-up or if you ever fancy a ride-out and you're looking for a sidekick, there are always great folks there.
T. S.
Great ambience. You can almost taste the history..
If you're a biker you have to visit.
V. V.
Lovely Cafe, very friendly owner Mark, there were few of us to receive Kumar who drove all the way from Surat, India with 2 biker ladies. They achieved a amazing feat travelling 21k ks through 21 countries.
Mark and his team were fantastic with their hospitality along with all the bikers on site!
R. N.
It's the Ace cafe that's all you need to know
H. m.
I was surprised at the efforts the council have gone too to slow the road down, better really
t. b.
This place is amazing if you like motorbikes and cars.
You will find bikers from all over Europe and I guess is a unique place.
In all London there is not a place like that.
It s magic.
Car rallies , bike stunts and black leather toughs is only a small percentual of what you're going to see in Ace Cafe London.
Merchandise is available , brooches ,t-shirts and much more.
If your soul is seeking for adrenaline ' s pulse just pass by ace cafe on Friday night.
We will talk about it..
Thumbs up!
R. A.
Favourite place in London for a full English breakfast and to check out the local petrolheads
M. M.
Iconic Place. A must visit.
Home of the Bikers...
Plus motorists have been coming for decades.
Just off the North Circular Rd. Easy to get tooooo.
Plus parking space, worth checking if there is car club or Bike Club ♣ using the car park, to show the lovely machines!
Good food and drinks are served.
T. G.
Great Traditional transport cafe with 50's style theme/feel. Nicely designed to near original 60's look. Many events throughout the year. Large seating area, small stage for live music, small dance floor. Lots of parking space for cars and motorcycles. Reasonable price food. Toilets available. Check website for details and dates of events.
v. k.
Place to be for car club meets or bikes, has plenty of parking and restaurant on site which also sales beers & spirits.
M. M.
Absolutely iconic location.
I have always viewed photos of previous meets and thought that I should really go one day.
Today I have ventured and I was not disappointed.
The Ace Cafe is definitely Ace.
You need to come all its glory for yourself so come visit.
H. B.
Probably the most hipster place you'll ever come across which sells itself as a biker meet, but nice place nonetheless. Perfectly alright fry-ups. Nice enough staff. Went there on a Thursday at about 9pm and it was still pretty quiet.
M. Y.
A little bit of history...... if you are a two wheel fan then this is a must and I believe also cars now. Basically a great place to visit and get some good food and soak up the atmosphere.
Friendly staff and great service.
Highly recommended for a visit even if you just have a cup of tea and look round.
They always have something going on, check their website for details.
R. W.
This place is special.. worth the trip (pity the location is not scenic but this is urban and a bit more authenic than shoreditch)
D. d. S.
Still a great place to meet up with other motorcyclists for a long run or demo. Have so many events running so will likely have something to suit everyone.
As good as it is for bikers and car enthusiasts it is also a really fun family day out!
I do wish they just did food service with table numbers as shouting the ticket numbers can be hard to hear with all the noise sometimes.
Y. N.
A legendary place when you visit london by bike, must be really fun when party.
J. G.
My dealing with this cafe has been to purchade items. So far, the order is sent, the items arrive within 3 days, very good service. I will take a trip to the cafe one day.
W. m. o. s.
Nice grub nice atmosphere plenty of santa dressed biker's
R. H.
An interesting place to visit. Food OK.
B. S.
It's hard to get an impression from a place after being there on a quiet Sunday night in November. Truth is that I went there because I've heard a lot about Ace Cafè, and just wanted to go see it when I was in London anyway. Lovely motor related atmosphere and theme, and I can see why this place attracts car and motorbike events. I definitely need to go back for an event.
R. S.
British biking history. Great vibe, easy parking, food is good. Service is excellent. People here up for a good time. Great to experience a British biker community
E. S.
Visited at lunch time, enjoyed, will come again. Tried marinated ribs and they were great. Pleased to see this iconic motorist place is good for simple lunch too.
J. T.
Great atmosphere I really loved the interior and exterior if you love bikes come here! The food was kinda average really and the price I thought I paid did not include VAT on the menu which I find a bit cheeky.
A. B.
I would like to give the Ace 5 stars, but the meal was pretty bad. The atmosphere was good for a place that makes its living on cafe racers, car shows, and other wheeled endeavors. I glad I made it and got to experience it for myself. If you're into the whole cafe racer scene visiting here is like making a pilgrimage, you have to do it.
Z. R.
It's nice place but I was disappointed with food .
P. N.
Every car , motorbike enthusiast loves this place been going there for many years now, delicious food and tea, attractive prices and always busy.
One star taken for toilets, as getleman's is always hmmm....not great, needs better cleaning. I know we could help as well by "aiming" better 🤣.
E. R.
I have been coming to Ace Cafe for year. I just love the vibe. Friday's is the best day , beautifull bikes and really nice crowd.
The food is good price . All staff very friendly . Dog friendly place.
i. t.
Must stop if you are interested of motorbikes. Very Good food. And very nostalgic..
S. T.
Great experience at the ace cafe today totally unique ,and a good value cuppa aswell
P. G.
A friendly, interesting place, it opens early to serve breakfasts, serves food all day and closes late.
The Ace cafe hosts a plethora of motor vehicle themed events. They also have live bands and DJ nights on a reasonably frequent basis.
All in all quite a fun place to go for the whole family, especially if remotely interested in cars or motorcycles.
O. A.
What a great location loved the nostalgia and had a decent portion of fish and chips with a good pint of Guinness. Lots of bikes and expensive sports cars like Aston Martins and corvettes on display and the cafe racer bikes inside the cafe were superb I will make a point of coming again even though I also bought the tee shirt we’ll done.
D. M.
Fantastic place friendly people just hang out with or have a bite if your hungry
A. M.
Cool place to hang out. Look up on website for car and bike meets.
W. E.
Great experience. Bit out of place with my 3 youngsters but still felt welcome and they loved it.
R. R.
I can't believe this places is real. A lot of culture in the same place
d.
Awesome place.

Been coming here for over 5 years.
Nice portion. Hot food to the table.
Pleasent staff always.

Check online for car .. motorcycle events.
A must to visit

Good night at the street legal events tonight.

Got here late as there were cleaning the floors.....still took us in and served despite about to go home and not rushed.
Excellent service and thank you guys and gals
G. H.
London retro meeting place, lots of people meet up at the venue, always something going on.
M. M.
Had a lovely early breakfast here before work whilst I was at a site nearby. Had an Omelette and chips, was impressed with the food and the staff.
I would love to return later in the day when there is more going on.
d. m.
If you have a bike you need to stop there! Nice music too!
N. 9.
Love this place, food and drink good value, comfortable and unique welcoming atmosphere. Great place to unwind amongst a real mix of non judgement people enjoying each others company. - A safe island in a city where I don't belong anymore.
A. c.
Great place friendly staff and good food
A. W.
Awesome place for a cuppa and a sarnie.
Loads of bikes and classic cars to see 👍
A. W.
Other than the racist organisation stickers in the toilets it was great. I'd previously been to Ace Cafe Barcelona so had high hopes for the original. Honestly Barcelona was a better experience, but then I didn't go when there was an event on so will reserve judgement.
D. B.
Food could be better but very friendly
s. r.
Excellent food at fair prices.
Very friendly staff.
M. D.
British biking history. Great vibe, easy parking, food is good. Service is excellent. People here up for a good time. Great to experience a British biker community
S. R.
What a great meet up point for car and bike lovers! Been here on many occasions where super and hyper car owners come and show off their vehicles. I also met Danny Lambo here! Always a great place to be whether or not they have an event running.
N. L. M.
Great to visit and see all the history.
A. C.
Excellent biker's diner serving "greasy spoon" fare at affordable prices. Lovely to come in and read up on the history of the place and motorcycling in the UK. Lots of space, events and styles to suit all kinds of bikers. Always worth a visit when near London - highly recommended.
G. H.
This place is amazing, always come here for breakfast as its my local. The service is great and the food taste's amazing. The events they hold here are also great and enjoyable. Keep up the good work guys
T. L.
Loads of history and character here and a great place for a car or bike meet. Also, the breakfast is one of the best in the UK. MY personal recommendation is the Special breakfast with an extra sausage. Squeaks in under a tenner and comes with a cuppa. Perfect
L. B.
I've only ever been to the German car nights, but the atmosphere is great, the people lovely, the staff attentive and the whole place clean and tidy, but with that well loved patina. It's just a nice place to sit and enjoy a spot of motoring banter. Plus, the food is fantastic, you can't go wrong with an Ace Cafe Big Breakfast.
It's good enough to make the monthly pilgrimage from south Oxforshire!
D.
Nice hangout or meet point for people passionate about motorcycles. Plenty of history there, cool decor, big parking area outside though none of it is covered, hadn't noticed any outside sitting arrangements but It was winter. Above average prices for pretty average junk food and beverages. I've only visited twice so there might be more to the place than I was privi to.
A. L.
Mostly aimed at auto enthusiasts and bikers, but is a great place to go eat and drink no matter what you interests are. Is usually a bit busy, but has excellent service and atmosphere, good prices, is clean, and located right off the North Circular for easy access
M. C.
Great atmospheric diner themed cafe with reasonably priced food. There’s always some interesting vehicles to look at in the car park.
J. H.
I love the ACE very friendly and superb food especially the big breakfast 👌
R. B.
Only ever been on Friday nights which are the fast bike nights. Head on down and watch crazy people do crazy things. The selection of bikes to view is large and fun to walk through.
The cafe is average but that's not why you're there.
g. t.
Great food at very reasonable prices. A must visit for anyone who loves their motor transport. Watch the website for events
N.
A unique venue for avid petrol-heads. If you like cars, bikes or pretty much anything with wheels then this is a great venue to visit.
Food is fair and reasonably priced.
VERDICT: I will keep going back for more motor-mad fun!
M. 2.
Lovley staff! Came here for a couple of hours for a breakfast and drinks. Nice day out!
H. R.
Breakfast was lovely definitely worth visiting
J. C.
Great atmosphere and food was amazing
P. W.
Nice place to eat and always good cars and bikes to look at
J. T.
Had a lovely time this evening. Been going for years. So lucky I live 10 mins away. Great cars & bikes, great atmosphere & friendly people from near & far. A really good cafe too :)
M. E.
Good food, fair prices and a good place to go
R. D.
It's the ACE Cafe! if you have motorcycles or nowadays cars it's a great place to meet and eat. Large carpark and quite a large restaurant. Food is typical cafe food done very well, staff are very good too. The walls are all covered in memorabilia, there is a gift shop for rocket T shirts and the like. Really a very nice experience.
D. B.
This place is amazing super bikes events & they even have live music n the evenings not every evening but a few a week I'd like to go & watch some of these events like London to Brighton on a Harley Davidson I'll be definitely checking out some dates & events on there website watch this space.

A great little place with a lot of motoring history!
Arrived there on a Saturday to find a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO club at the driveway, several motorcycles from different brands and eras and just enthusiasts all over the place! Went inside to grab a coffee (bucket size) and the staff was friendly, helping out.
The interior is retro, sixties style and with a number of long tables, where one and another can enjoy their beverages.
Nice music, nice atmosphere and the whole feeling of being there, rocks! (Literally)
Got myself a Tee shirt for 19 pounds, which to be honest is a fair price. A great place!

Ace Cafe London is a great, historic, welcoming place for excellent food, drink, and good times, all mixed together with motors, music, and authenticity. Mods, Rockers, motorcycles, cars, and coolness have created an atmosphere dating from 1938 that you can't help but feel. Check their online calendar of events and choose your time to suit your tastes.... or simply GO "now" from early morning to late evening. Ace is truly cool.

Biker's place.
I have been coming here for a decade and seen motorcycles of all makes.
But that's not all...
Apart from being able to see Italian or Japanese supercars or crowds surrounding tuned cars, one can have a decent meal and even enjoy a live music...
Highly recommended.

Great place ! Tons of memorabilia with friendly easy going staff.. .The food is Bob on and The Bikes are brilliant ! Def be back, so worth the 2 1//2 hour drive down......

Great place for cars and food, love their omelettes, nachos and Ice coffee's (although on one occasion I believe someone else made the ice coffee and it wasn't as good as usual). I frequent the car meets and they're always great, even in bad weather the atmosphere is top-tier.

Really nice place!
I love it and recommend it to everyone specially if they like motorcycles.
The environment is relaxed, the staff and the customers are friendly.

Ace cafe is a great place to go for any car or bike enthusiast.
But be warned the majority of the staff are rude as if they are doing you a favour by charging nearly £2 for a can of drink.
They do a cup of tea for under a pound which is good for the cold nights but for and sausage sandwich nearly 5 pounds you're definately paying on for the Ace name! Without the Ace service!

Nice old fashioned biker style cafe.
Food is reasonably priced for London.
Got a bacon sandwich for under £5, it was ok a bit undercooked and only just warm.

The Ace Cafe London: an iconic place close to my heart with great people, great shared passions and delicious food.
I usually have a burger, but Friday (Bandit) Bike night, I had Fish 'n, Chips.
The batter was golden, light with a beautiful flavour and complimented the delicious fish fillet which was buttery and flaky. Absolutely perfect and without doubt the BEST fish 'n' chips I've savoured in ages!

Great location and wonderful history association too, the menu is quite basic which is not a bad thing, good wholesome food, well prepared and hits the spot, however it is a bit on the pricey side and you can't help thinking that those who are into the historic and social scene of the Cafe are being touched for a couple of bob over the top. more than a fiver for a breakfast is a bit extreme, London Chickens don't lay more expensive eggs than any other Chicken and you can buy 100 Tea bags for a quid, I know they have overheads but the management need to reign it in a little. other than the prices I would say it's a great place to meet like minded people and of course see some awesome machines, Cars and Bikes.

Awesome place, great food at prices you won't believe, great staff and a unique atmosphere at an historic venue. I accidentally left my credit card holder there on the way to the MCN motorcycle show, went to the Ace stand, they called the café and my cards were already safely behind the bar. Went back on my way home and picked them up, along with another great cuppa! My advice is get yourself there and enjoy it. Neil and staff we'll be back again soon.

I love the history of the Ace and never tire of visiting but I'm sad to say I find the food dissapointing. Stopped in for a bacon & egg sarnie pre MCN Excel yesterday and again found it lacking.
Could do better..

This place is AWESOME!!!
If you're a petrol head this is the place to be!
The Ace Cafe London is my favourite stop off place for food and a break whilst on the roads around London.
Not only do they serve great food from 7am to 11pm, but they also have car and motorbike meets on different days and times.
From old classic cars and bikes to supercars and bikes and themed meets like Italian sports cars, muscle cars, Harley meets etc.etc
Call in anytime of day and you will see one or two bikes or cars to a car park filled full of exotic machinery.
Great sixties vibe going on there too from the original decor inside and out.
A cool place to hang out, grab a brew, a meal and natter to strangers about cars and bikes.
Happy days!

Great place to go hang out with petrol heads.

Hard to judge. A cafe which trades on its history and to that end probably stays true to the quality of food available 50 years ago. If you enjoy really good coffee and food.... Well there are better options. As a motorcyclist its a tic in the box to see it and the presence of other motorcyclists to talk to may mitigate the quality of the food.

I go to the Ace at least once a month (I'm a motorcycle rider). The food is great with huge portions (I recommend the steak & ale pie), and the atmosphere is always good. The staff are friendly and welcoming and make it a very nice place to be.

Been twice to the ace 1St time me and the wife arrived we were amazed and just sat people watching what a experience gonna be there for Harvey day and classic Japanese day if you're gonna go do it you won't be disappointed.
And stunt show excellent love it looking forward to seeing loads of people in the future

Good food and great entertainment and nice atmosphere.

The roads leading up to it are grey and dreary, the view is grey and dreary, the food is average quality and high price, the car park and the interior are tired, the staff do their best. Some people love it ...

Amazing place!!
You can really feel the energy and the history of this place!
Its awesome to be able to be here after all these years watching it on tv or the movies!
I really enjoyed the place! Great beer, awesome food!
A perfecr place to hang out and have some beers!

Good venue for all great night is Friday night I do t think they have spent much on the up keep off the place for many years that I can remember . I'm not saying it should be modified in anyway but the parking area all be it is kinda small but that can't be helped 😐 inside could do with a refreshment as it is showing it's age and lack of investment but I'm guessing that's only because there's a lot of development going on around it and the space it takes up you could put a 100 flats or so on it ! But it should be kept as a land mark location in London showing what the building was originally designed for and how it became the place it is now today over all a friendly place too go too stop for quite good food at a fare price
M. H.
More a diner than a cafe these days, don't be put off by the crowds in black leathers outside, it's friendly, good service at a reasonable price. Beware of beer served in thin plastic 'glassses', prone to spillage when full.

What can you say about one of the greatest café stops in the galaxy. Events on all the time for cars and bikes. A great place for Sunday breakfast on your bike in the summer

First time in the ace cafe great service and nice staff super breakfast 😋

Always great atmosphere on a event night. Plenty cars and bike evenings. Worth visiting. Food not bad for a cafe too. Large portions good meals

A place for motorbiking enthusiast. Good friendly atmosphere not so cheap on food or drinks, but we'll worth a visit once in a while. Very busy Friday and Saturday nights with lots of motorbikes on display.

Popped in for a mug and a book for my dad as he used to come here on his Triumph 650 in the early 60s.
80 tomorrow and he still rides his 1200 Triumph and 750 Honda.

After dinner on my first visit, I finally got round to eating some brekkie on my second.
I wasn't disappointed. Just as before there was loads of it with decent change from a tenner.
Ace is fast becoming one of my favourite places to eat and hang out. Long may it continue.

I visited from the nostalgia point of view. Bought a brew and stickers ( well you've got to, haven't you.) Maybe a busier day would be better. Felt the atmosphere was a bit "flat". Cheers anyway.

Staff behind bar treated me well , with straight forward service. Did not flinch at my clothing , or my ordering style. Got what I wanted. No one bothered me. I left when I wanted to. All round, great evening.

Classic transport caff off the North Circular serving basic grub but now famous for its biker and classic car meets. Sit and eat egg and chips while marvelling at the tattooed, long-haired, and now sadly ageing, biking set, then go and ogle the chrome on display outside.
I was there for the Nissan Figaro club meet, which is more my mode of transport. A great day out. Everyone over a certain age will feel oddly emotional looking round the Art Deco building and reminiscing over their own misspent youth. Go and wallow in memories!
If the fresh coffee had been decent it would have got 5 stars.
C. K.
Staff were great very polite and professional.. food was delicious.. good value for money.. recommended for anyone in the area looking for a decent meal in a themed environment

Nice food and friendly service but a little too expensive

Authentic British transport cafe (greasy spoon) !! Bikes bikes bikes!! You can almost feel the history here. has a really cool 50's retro vibe to it ! Food is excellent and traditional, dont go there and expect fancy or gastro pub food though or a "artisan" coffee it will be white or black & with or without sugar they also host bands in the evening we will have a return visit to sample that one evening
I. B.
Great place for a casual drink and diner style food. There's always something going on here, either bikes or cars. Worth checking out if you can bare the traffic around the north circuit!
