Hands down one of my favourite little go to shops. Great selection of groceries that you can’t get in bigger supermarkets and lovely, welcoming staff. Beautiful little cafe there too with great food. Highly recommended

I’ve been coming here for the past few years now and the service and food are amazing as the first day I walked in. Staff are friendly and always helpful. There’s always someone at hand to guide you through the different food options. Coffee is the best and way better than many high street coffee shops. Opening hours are just perfect for me. The place is immediately clean as I know staff spend hours a day making sure higiene is to a perfect standard. Atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming even therapeutic. Keep up the good work guys!

I've discovered this place just recently as I was passing and the que looked reasonable which must mean something good is in there. I went in to find it's a combination of cafe/ restaurant also a mini supermarket on the other side. It's a very nice and clean family run business I think, a gentleman called Hakim served me both times and both times exceptional tasting food, his very friendly and made me feel very welcomed I'll be back for sure with my friends and family. Keep up the good work

Lovely local, cafes/store... Good quality food and a lovely Cappuccino, outstanding service every time I've visited one of my favourites to visit... I would of given it a five star if there was more seating space, other then that I recommend anyone to visit it's more then just a place to eat or have a coffee.

This place is a real gem, the food is amazing and the service is outstanding. The guy who makes the coffee speaks about 5 languages and he is always so helpful, you can also find a very good quality of meat. I definitely recommend this shop.

A family cafe with staff which work nicely together to deliver delicious north African food. You can even go shopping after your nosh. The food is good, and the cakes are nicely displayed at kids eye level. Normally moderately busy when we've been.

This place is always filled with locals enjoying a coffee, like much or dinner. They make amazing Arabic specialities and their coffee is really good. The range of items inside is pretty impressive and their butcher secrion is super fresh. Prices are affordable, reasonable and you c an ne sure to have quality. The staff is very attentive and friendly, one of them speaks 9 languages!! A little local gem.

When the alarm goes off at 4:50 in the morning, the one thing that gets me up is the thought of Al Madina, the coffee, the lovely people, customers and staff. Hakim makes the best coffee south of the river, possibly in London, (no pressure now) and Hamid always has a smile as he opens the door on an early morning visit. Rarely do others customers greet each other especially in London. Here, all are welcoming (maybe the coffee puts people in a good mood after all). The cauliflower croquettes make for a scrumptious breakfast treat coupled with hummous which is unlike any other (sadly not to take away), and for something a bit more of a wake up call, the chilli m’hadjeb, a sort of chilli pancake, is a good choice. A place for kindness, a chat and really, really good coffee made I suspect with the best ingredient, respect for the bean and the people.

Went to find orange blossom water, and they had it in many different sizes, also tasted very affordable and delicious makroud, staff was very helpful and smiling. Keep it so !

This is a really lovely small market a long way away from any other Arabic shops and the Algerian owners are incredibly helpful and the food is high quality it's also a really nice cafe area
