M. G.This place is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and prompt.ordering process did not take time and I did not have to wait too long for the food to arrive. One of the best breakfast I had in this area in a long time. Food tastes better than most of other cafes in the area but it is seriously overpriced. Almost similar food at another cafe near by was priced around half, taste wasn't very far either. I can recommend it for a slightly better taste but the price is seriously high so you make your own choice.
The only other thing which disappointed me apart from the high prices was that the tea the provided was the weakest tea I ever had in any cafe with breakfast but then the taste of food made up for it.
Location is very prominent, parking is a trouble like any other place at London. I have attached some photos of the cafe.

I often eat-in and the exprience is very present.
Have had a few issues with take away lattes they are mostly foam and less coffee but when I advise staff they are always happy to replace.

R. S.Has potential. Good coffee but food would benefit from polishing up a little. Fresh artisan bread would be nicer than shop bought sliced they currently use. Poached eggs a little watery. And the food display fridge needs attention - currently thick with ice and not so appealing.
B. M.Probably the best cafe I've been to in the Upton Park/Plaistow/East Ham area. Good coffee, better food, lovely staff. Would easily have been 5*s, but there was no vegan option on the menu so my partner couldn't eat.
K.Very nice cafe good little gem serving good coffee, very hard to find a decent place in the area Plaistow so glad I found this place. Offering a loyalty scheme aswell and alternative milk choices! Have to agree with another reviewer would have been 5* if they had a vegan option and opening times that they stick to lolz 😂 they sometimes open late so I guess try your luck you won’t regret the coffee though

C. J. G.Atlast, a welcome revamp of the old cafe that once stood there in the corner of Barking Road. Ali’s Cafe is like a breath of fresh air in a street surrounded by chicken/pizza shops. Lovely coffee in keeping with the name, the lady who took our orders is very friendly, decor inside- minimalist and mood cafe lighting is just right. However, ordered food-was not as exciting we thought it would be, lacking the ‘wow’ and ‘yum’ factors (bread used is like regular store bought). They could rethink about the presentation and taste of other breakfast menus they have, and for sure, this would be win-win!
