S. D.Ordering process was fine, product arrived nicely presented however I would advise only to order from here if you are able to grind whole beans. Their order page give you a section to specify if you need the coffee ground as part of the order but they ignored this and sent whole bean anyway which I cannot use. Attempted to contact them via email for support however have been unable to get a reply from them so if you need your coffee ground I'd avoid this company.

l.I've placed an order via the online store. The first delivery was incomplete. After a second try, I received all of my coffee. Customer support was polite and responded fast. Nevertheless it took about 3 weeks until I received all of my coffee.
The beans were freshly roasted and they taste really good......
