Where do I start.. This cafe has blown my head off! First things first, the coffee (oat latte) is the best in town. I challenge you to find a better oat latte within the M25, whats more the SET 2 breakfast had me at 🥵😍😍😍 back up to glasgow today but I know where i'll be going when im back in Landan... AVALON !!!!!!

I really like this community cafe, and the staff are lovely and friendly. Unfortunately the opening hours are unreliable, and some days they just won’t be open (with no sign on the door or notices on social media) and service can be very slow (15+ minutes for a takeaway coffee). The coffee is hit and miss, but the food is good.

Great place and really good reasonably priced food. I also really enjoyed the funky decor and atmosphere. Had no clue this place existed and finding it was an accident but I’ll definitely come back again!

Food is tasty but service was bit slow. I am giving them a benefit of doubt as they opened very recently and have minimum staff for now. Ambience was quite nice, it also gives you a river view which is an added bonus.

Had a full English breakfast to take away. Swapped my toms for mushrooms. Everything cooked perfectly. Special mention to the sausage....got to be a 85 - 90% meat jobby. Real nice...crispy streaky bacon too. Well worth the £7.50....another visit next week I think...nice people too. Top 🍌banana.

A brilliant cafe with delicious breakfasts, lunch and coffee. Top quality ingredients and top quality people. Really enjoy everything about Avalon. They also have great community events and a vinyl shop too. To top it off they serve ice cold Estrella. Highly recommended.

Simply put - the best cafe for miles around. Quality coffee from a local London roasters and great food options. All-day breakfast is a mega plus too. Staff are lovely and felt very safe inside with lots of space to keep distance between customers. Couldn’t recommend more for a quick stop or a lazy coffee break once lockdown is over 👌

Lovely airy space with lots of natural light, could imagine spending an entire afternoon/morning sat in there. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced, bacon roll for £2 - banging! Coffee was amazing too. V friendly staff. Will be going again

Avalon Cafe is a wonderful cafe catering to everyone! At really reasonable prices, they make amazing breakfast (anything from a bacon roll to a full veggie english!), perfect lunch sandwiches, and one of the best coffees I've had in London! Really stellar team of young friendly faces, and it is also the home to a community kitchen providing free meals to address-less people in Peckham and local kids clubs!

Wonderful establishment, ran by two very charming guys who provide delicious high quality food and coffee at actually accessible pricing (finally!!!). Beautiful, airy, well lit space inside, wonderful customer service, music and work environment. Food is simple and incredibly tasty, would recommend any of the breakfast plates, the latkas, lentil soup and the fresh pastel de nata they serve, as well as the takeout sandwiches. Coffee is some of the best i've found in London, sourced from inside the city like most of their fresh produce. Really great new place, check it out!

Great menu Healthy n hearty -- the vege sausages are delicious -- Turkish breakfasst, bacon rolls -- or lentil soup at lunch. Great vibe too -- a little oasis on the roundabout!
