This cafe is everything, from the moment you walk in - you feel the love and family business welcome. Exceptional customer service. This made the breakfast even tastier! 11/10 for the food. Quality, presentation, portion was everything an English breakfast should be.

Called in on the way to the Imperial war museum. We were met by a very a friendly woman who took our order. 3 breakfasts and a very nice omelette. Served very promptly and with drinks. Coffee was lovely and hot. Would come back next time we are in the area.

It’s been over a year since I last had the delicious English Breakfast at Barbarellas! I live in Australia and was lucky enough to have found this cafe when I was in London twice last year. We have amazing breakfasts in Australia, but we never do a good ol fashioned full English breakfast! I have got to say I haven’t stopped craving the delicious sausages, and all the trimmings! I would come all the way back to London just for breakfast here! (I also love London so it doesn’t hurt) Do yourself a favour and EAT HERE! You won’t regret it, I tried MANY cafes nearby and further afield and NONE compared to here, it’s cheap, quick, hot & tasty!

We went today because we were looking for a place even if it was for takeaway food and were pleasantly surprised that they kindly offered us a table. Even if the time was breakfast, they offered us their lunch menu since that was what we were looking for, they kindly approached to us asking if everything was alright (keeping a safe distance of course) We had the vegetarian burgers and they were quite nice. We were offered with hand wipes and all. Even the chef came out to give us some suggestions. Honestly I really appreciate their effort in making us feel so welcome. It was so heartwarming to see them working so hard on our satisfaction. And they did, I couldn't leave without giving them the best review I could think of. Happy customers indeed!

Just had the most amazing homemade beef burger from this cafe. A lot of places make homemade burgers very tough and chewy, but this one was so soft and the spices are delicious! Definitely worth ordering!! 5 stars well deserved :)

Good simple diner which serves a great english breakfast at a good price. The people there are cheerful and friendly. I had the all day breakfast for 9 pounds which really did keep me full all day. The next day I ordered the traditional breakfast for 7 pounds. Both were very good.

Visited this place on a Sunday morning for an English breakfast. Service was quick and efficient. Staff were nice and polite. Limited breakfast menu on Sunday but what was on there seemed reasonable. Located at the Westminster Bridge Road end of Lower Marsh this is a well run café. Staff greet customers as they enter. The portions are a good size and the quality is very good. Service is prompt and congenial. Prices are on par with most other cafés. The Big B Breakfast is recommended, especially as it includes a free top up cup of tea.

A great little cafe which we came across in passing. The lady who served us was lovely and all the food me, my wife and son had was all lovely and 2 of the 3 dishes were home made. Our son had a tuna sandwich on excellent ciabatta bread, I had the home made Lasagne and my wife had the home made Bolognese with Parmesan. The breakfasts that we couldn't help noticing other diners had also looked delicious. Overall it was also very good value for money, especially considering the healthy portions we had, highly recommended.

I have been coming to Barbarellas during my stay in London and I have to say the breakfast is excellent its fresh, hot & quick and great value I did try out another cafe that was highly rated but it doesn't even compare to Barbarellas. Do yourself a favour and stop in for breakfast you won't be disappointed!
