Such an amazing little spot. Always used to go there with my kids, great for young children. Brilliant accommodations for everyone, food never disappoints and always some sweet snacks. Never had a bad experience at Barmouth Kitchen, such welcoming and lovely people work there.

Stopped in.for a light lunch - Eggs Benedict and coffee. A bit of a let down - The coffee was good, but cooled quickly. (Possibly cup wasn't warmed). The food was tasty, however the toast was the wrong bread choice for this dish and the plate was cold. The toast flattened to a sliver with the ham and eggs on.it, and due to being served on a cold plate, the food quickly went cold. (Cold eggs aren't great). The kitchen being open.was a bit noisy.

As Italian and Chef, I can say that you find delicious italian food and a great atmosphere. The owner is a very professional and friendly person, welcoming you with smile and treats. A small oasis of enjoyment where you can drink wine and eat very good food. Highly recommend for children too. Been there twice in a week, with family first and friends after.

Amazing little and quiet coffee place serving excellent Italian food. It's an hidden pearl and you will not regret visiting it: have a coffee and a piece of cake while reading a book or choose a starter and a main from the menu along with a good glass of wine, alone or with friends and/or family, it will become your must to go place.

This cafe / restaurant is a hidden gem. In the evening the Italian menu is authentic and the atmosphere in this lovely little restaurant is lovely. One star deducted for the pizza base - it's quite a basic pizza base like salt dough, so while the pizza toppings are lovely, the base lets it down. With another authentic Italian restaurant to compete with down the road (girasole) having a good pizza on offer would make this place amazing. Tiramisu on the menu is Oreo, which is lovely, but there's no option for normal Tiramisu which was a shame. Will definitely continue to come to the restaurant, wine list is good, coffee is great, pasta is the best thing on the menu.

Having to work on a construction site in the area, I scanned carefully to find the right base to work from. After testing around, the choice fell on Barmouth. The atmosphere is laid back, the music si good, there is great attention to quality of coffee and food, and the staff is amazing. Definitely the place to spend a few hours in the area.

From 5 pm the place serves italian specialities both as a cafe and as a restaurant. One of their specialities is the mushroom risotto (difficult to find that good anywhere else...), overall quality is outstanding and prices really honest. Will come and visit again very soon!

Popped in after work for a quiet sit down and fell in love with the place. Exceptionally friendly with everything room children's seating to fine dining on Fridays. Have booked myself and the wife in for an evening next week. It's just how places like this should be.
