The customer service is excellent. I asked for banana split but they had run out of bananas so a friendly assistant ran out to the local shop to buy some. The sundae was of a high quality. I had chocolate, mint choc chip and rum and raisin. The ice cream is better quality than most chain/national brand ice creams. The cherry toppings and cream meant the dish was finished off in the traditional way. There are around 12 different flavours to chose from. It is nice to see a place selling traditional ice cream. All prices are reasonable for the Hammersmith, Fulham and West London area. My banana split was less than 6 pounds and other options were lower compared with some local competitors such as Creams and Bears etc. Bella Boos shouldn’t move away from it’s traditional feel but one or two softer or niche options (like chocolate orange) would be welcome. Children of the target age group might expect more along these lines. I have lived in London for many years, but my favourite ice cream brand is Wallings of Cockerham, near Lancaster. Inspiration for additional menu options can be taken from there (Google). Fouberts of Chiswick (and Fulham) and Udderlicious (West End) also offer other choices. If you live in the Fulham Palace Road area then Bella Boos is definitely worth a visit. I live close by so will be returning.

Amazing staff who ensured my 3 year old had the best birthday party ever. Soft play is perfect for children's birthday parties - safe, clean, spacious and fun! All in all just a lovely vibe. Outstanding staff, together with the traditional ice cream shop, and the soft play - just made for a perfect day! thank you so much.

Ahh I’ve been here a few times with my little girl and really this review should be about her experience but I have to say mine has been amazing too! The staff are just wonderful, so attentive and helpful… nothing is ever too much:) Jasmine always has a great time here! Such a lovely, fun and safe environment to bring your children to. £8.5 entry is a bit too much for what it’s in the play area, other than that the staff are friendly and attentive to anything you ask for.

First stop of the day was @bella_boos_parlour as they had a 2for1 deal as #recommendedbykiddoadventures @kiddoadventures_ A very cute intimate place with attentive staff who showed us where to go and where the toilets were. The menu looked great, we got 2 waffles with ice-cream and that were freshly made! Everything was brought to our table and even when I went to buy extra drinks it was offered to be taken down for me. So that's great customer service! The softplay area was small but had enough for the little thrill seekers and I must say at a good clean standard. Signage to the toilets might need to be made better (actually on the toilet door) A good 1 hr 45 mins spent there, we used @justparkhq as I couldn't justify paying £12 for 2hrs parking near by. Overall a great place and apparently quieter during term time as one mummy told me. Over this uncertain period (Corona virus) I was abit apprehensive to visit but had seen how amazing it looks so we decided to make the trip. I didn't need to worry at all, this place is SUPER CLEAN, there is so much space to social distance and play safely. The food and coffee is top notch! Best panini in town. We sampled lots of ice cream and they were all amazing! Staff were so warm and welcoming. They were really great with my children, very smiley, enthusiastic and talkative. Not only do they sell amazing coffee they also do children's parties, just brilliant! 😱 we will certainly be back again very soon. Thank you for your great hospitality.

After seeing this establishment on Instagram I decided to arrange a visit here to meet up with my cousins and their children whom we haven’t seen since the first Covid lockdown. On arriving the blonde lady who greeted us and another blonde lady were very pleasant and welcoming. The other lady with dark hair was not very pleasant and on our session ending she screamed down the stairs that our time was up. In my opinion this is bad business practice as we were purchasing drinks and sandwiches and we were a large group. It would of made more sense to politely come down stairs and ask us if we would like to extend our time (if that was feasible ) or if not just politely let us know that our session was over. Unfortunately this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I would not visit the establishment again or recommend it to others. It is a nice venue but customer service should be paramount all the children we had with us were well behaved and mannerly and her abrupt manner was totally uncalled for. I hope other visitors have a better experience.

Been here a few times now as the kids love it here they always ask to come back. We went to halloween party on Thursday and the kids had so much fun. When you book a time slot we have never had to wait around we go straight in.The place is very clean and easy to book.

We absolutely adore Bella Boo’s it is the perfect spot to relax while our children explore and play happily. The décor is stunning, safe and absolutely spotless! The vegan ice cream was a particular highlight for us. Our daughter is desperate for us to hold her next birthday party there and we cannot wait to go back again very soon.
