C.Amazing!!!!! We were running a experience pop up shop for the RNIB in the area for 7 days. And to be honest took over the place several days with visitors. They have a great back seating area inside with tables, USB charging points, internet and toilet.
Everyone was super friendly, even bringing my chai tea latte out to me as busy with the shop. And taking part in the experience in what we were doing.
You can tell its a family business as everyone is so caring and lovely and the service is great. The panini's are cooked to order, the chai tea latte was lovely, and the ice creams immense!!! (Lots of vegan flavours, so caters to everyone)
Lots of seating inside and out, and the two half scooters for the young at heart.
This is certainly one of those hidden gems, you feel like your not in busy London as has a lovely laid back vibe down Hammersmith Grove. Only a 5 minute walk off the high street - Wish I knew about it sooner!!!
S. Y.I was also served by Charlie who could not have been more polite or courteous. I asked if I could eat in and he made sure all the tables were re-disinfected before I sat down, then checked on me twice, asking if I needed anything (he got me a napkin!). His colleague Natalia gave me a very generous dollop of Nutella topping on my heaving Oreo ice cream and was also extremely friendly. This place has a really nice vibe and a lot of it is down to their staff. I'll be back, with friends.
S. K.Loved the place, though it would have been better if they had Pistachio gelato not Pistachio cheesecake gelato.. the portion was large and the staff on Sunday was just awesome. It seemed like she knew everyone visiting. I will be definitely visiting again soon for the pancakes.

N. J.First visit to this little hidden gem in Hammersmith, earlier today, to collect an order. Very pleasant staff member who was efficient and friendly. The food is lovely. Another visit soon to eat in and try their lovely looking ice cream, good selection. Situated in pleasant surroundings too.
