Cute cosy spot. The waffles are the perfect size for one unlike them massive waffles that you can’t finish on your own so need a minimum of two. I really loved their cute little cups for tea. Great customer service and the interior with books is a nice touch. Their bonoffee milkshake is delicious 🤤

It was my first time here but definitely not the last. Their food is great, service was quick and prices are reasonable in my opinion. The only reason why you shouldn’t choose this place is if you want to eat a lot of food for little money otherwise it is lovely. I’ve had a very very positive experience. Been twice, v nice interior and decorations. Had the dirty chai which wasn't bad but not sure if coffee+tea go well. Staff were friendly. Also ordered a single espresso and was very disappointed with the quality and quantity. Had no crema and was a very small amount (see image). Not sure if there was an issue with the machine or coffee beans were old but the consistency was also poor for the concentrated amount of coffee. Would probably go again with friends and order a tea

Great place to visit and chill with above standard choice of snacks, coffee, ice cream, milkshake etc..... To be honest their Raspberry Ripple milkshake is (in my opinion) the best tasting milkshake in the area. My nine year old is a huge fan and we frequently visit just for that. To top it all the staff are always friendly and greet with a smile - just a lovely place all round. Only issue is if travelling by car then parking can be a problem.

Very nice coffee shop and dessert place. It's homely free WiFi and good place to have a small business meeting. Very nice variety of deserts and drinks. Very pleased with the waffletop and cookie dough. Sometimes the milk shake can be too thin and runny but I guess you need to inform them to make it thick. The staff know how to serve customers. Very friendly and professional. The shop has a app for reward points which is good for people who are regular visitors. Over all very nice place to visit ....liked it.

Today was our first time visiting Bru in Walthamstow and it was a lovely experience. Customer service is perfect - the ladies were so welcoming. I had a cappuccino for my caffeine fix. My daughters had the Biscotti Gelato, which was absolutely divine; and the Nutella Cookie dough with vanilla ice cream with fresh strawberries which we all enjoyed. We will be certainly going back again to try their Pear Gelato and their cakes. I highly recommend this place.

First time coming here, and definitely won't be my last. With friendly customer service,with sound knowledge of the menu and offered food specifically catered to my taste buds. Zara, the employee was extremely catering, friendly and outspoken. The halloween menu in particular I was extremely impressed with, with Halloween specific cakes and autumnal drinks, Bru is definitely the go to spot for everyone! Definitely recommend.

One of the best places in east London for a cup of coffee and cookie doughs. The staff is absolutely great. Ambience is intact, couldn't ask for more. The cookie doughs are a must try for everyone. I personally liked the place very much. It's a complete peace of mind and a great spot to crash the place with a book and seek seclusion. I would love to visit it every day and taste the cookie doughs. I have been trying various spots and variety of foods in different restaurants in this location but this ones got my heart.

Since Brü Coffee and Gelato opened three years ago, I stop by for takeaway coffees and sit in to work at least twice a week. The ambience is always warm and friendly, with lots of familiar local faces and I've never once had to return a drink. The service is impeccable, and the staff make an effort to chat and are very accomodating - I'm always ordering off-menu! Hit items here are the inventive and delicious hot drinks, like the Apple Pie Chai Latte. Defintely a local business worth supporting.

This place is great. By far the best coffee place in Walthamstow. I sat down in this place and actively tried to give some criticism... And the best I could come up with is that the savory menu is fairly small, but in all fairness everything is cooked on site so you can't expect them to have a massive menu. Great taste, great atmosphere, great prices. Seriously try the winter warmers menu before it disappears.

Lovely ambience. Could sit there all day reading and drinking coffee. None of the food is marked as vegetarian, which is a silly and costly error. Savoury Food selection is poor. Better to go to the fantastic Chaiwallah next door and then come to Bru for coffee and desert. Bubble gum and cinnamon icecreams were really nice. Mint choc chip was truly dreadful. Flavourless and clearly very old. Surprised they had the nerve to charge for it.

I stopped by this super fancy Coffee and Gelato parlour today the 8th of August as I was searching for a happy place to work on my computer and secretly treat myself with a cheeky "something". Two lovely ladies cheerfully greeted me so I got super shy so welcoming they were! Straight to the point I mentioned to Imani and Karolina (obviously I engaged with them after we broke the ice!) it was my birthday so I just said: "Surprise me, Ladies!". Et Voila'... they came out with this gorgeous "Barbie Pink" Strawberry BruShake sinfully topped with cream, strawberry coulis and a touch of rainbow sprinkles. What a birthday delight! Loved every single calorie! I love when bartenders put Love, Creativity and a bit of... "Spicy Intuition". I'm very sensitive to everything that's artistic, queer, or simply "élégant" such what I just slurped! I also ordered a flat white. Cristoff (I'm unapologetically intrusive!) with his "savoir faire", like from a distant, mysterious world, politely served me the great tasty, rich, coffee all Londoners and "habitués" deserve. Strongly recommended... ça va sans dire!

I have a lot of time for Bru, especially the shameless ice cream desserts. It's warm, spacious and does a good range of coffee and cake, but it's the ice-cream/brownie plate that really brings me back. I haven't seen one as perfectly made or presented since the glory days of the Haagen Dazs café in Leicester Square. Credit to the smiling chap who concocts these resolution-breaking confections and to all the lovely people behind the counter who keep this excellent coffee lounge as the go-to place for all coffee goodness in Walthamstow.
