The staff are super friendly and really helpful! There are so many flavour combinations and tea varieties to choose from, including a special each week which is great! You can adjust the sweetness and ice level to your liking, which is always a bonus! Even when it’s super busy at the shop, they always make sure to make your drink just how you like it. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for great bubble tea and an excellent customer experience!

Been going to this lovely place for a while now and the staff are super friendly. They are also really informative and explained to me about the different drink options. Such as less ice and more sugar. The pearls were also really nice and I’m not usually a fan of them. I’ve had a few drinks from them including the classic milk tea and the raspberry/peach mix tea. Both of which I highly recommend. Music in the shop is also really good and upbeat 👍🏼 10/10

Best bubble tea ever! And I know because I've tried them all; Bubbleology, Bobar, Mooboo, T4, Biju, Cuppacha, Bubble Lit, Bubble Zoo, Chaatime, Tiger Hill Etc Lol. The point is Bubble Magik trumps them all everytime! They're consistently good, always quick, they have a wide choice of boba and jelly and their tapioca is always fresh! Loveeee them!

First time in Bubble Magic ,the staff was really nice they ask you at the end if you will be having the drink right away so they make a hole in it for your straw,there are no seats available so only take away. First tapioca scoop is free of charge ,I wasn't given any ice option or sweetness but the tea itself didn't taste bad ,but I like more the bubble tea in Harrow St georges centre each time I am buying there it tastes amazing and I am asked if I want with or without ice ,how much sweet etc .Try both if you can and see what you think :)

Bought a mango and passion fruit tea with mango popping boba. Not loaded with sugar. This was the first time I've tried fruit tea boba and it was a pleasant experience.

Very tasty with a lot of flavours to pick. A very wild combination of boba and jelly flavours as well. Big portions sizes with very quick services. It’s one of my go to places for a boba locally :) would be amazing if they offered loyalty cards like other popular boba places !

I have popped into this shop various times over the past few years , always pleasant. recently I went in , the weather was quite hot and I just did not fancy a bubble tea without drinking some water first , felt quite dehydrated , I asked the staff if I could get a cup of tap water whilst we waited for our order ... to my surprise they refused and said they couldn’t due to health and safety restrictions . I was a bit disappointed but completely understood. A minute later (I think it was the manager) he came out with bottled water , my heart was filled with joy because of the thought and gesture ! He did not have to do that but he chose to and it makes such a difference ! Prime example of exceptional customer service ! They didn’t even charge me ... honestly so grateful and really appreciate the kindness . Will be popping in store more often x

Lots of choices of flavours. Most of them are not that interesting and the topioca balls are not as nice as some other bubble tea places I've tried. Coconut and taro was quite nice but coffee and banoffee wasn't to nice. I've had nicer bubble tea elsewhere.

I love this place but lately have found the customer service to not be at its best. I have ordered multiple times and at most have ordered 2 drinks with different fruit tea flavours and toppings. On more than one occasion now which has been experienced by my sister and myself, our drinks have got mixed up (the toppings not going with the requested fruit tea flavour). This has happened at least 3 times. I've noticed a few new staff in there and it has been quite busy (with the weather, everyone out again, school holidays) so thinking it could just be confusion. However, after they got the drinks mixed up (even though it had been verbally confirmed) my sister asked for the actual item she requested and was told that the drink has already been made and to take it. Not wanting to cause issues my sister took the drinks. I'm wondering if this is happening with others too. Regardless, I hope this is rectified soon.

Love bubble magik. I try and get a drink from there every time I go to Ealing Broadway. Highly recommended everyone gets bubble tea from here at least once. The staff are really friendly.

I've been getting boba tea for coming up to five years now and it doesn't disappoint! Prices have gone up a bit since they first opened, but that's just business. I really enjoy the sheer variety in flavours and types you can get with both the tea and the toppings, especially the popping boba. Tapioca pearls tend to be a bit hard. I would recommend getting the mango milk drink with strawberry boba, peach boba and grape jelly!! Super good, a great treat for when you're out with friends. Love it here!

Their bubble tea is some of the best I've had, with many flavours to choose from. Also, the service is fast and the staff is super friendly. Next time you go I recommend you try the Mango and passion fruit tea with grape jelly. It's the best combination ever!

Very nice bubble tea with a short wait and good selection. I made some really interesting creations which were not in the other shops around the area. Could put more tapioca in the large orders though, always seemed to run out at half a tea left.

Nice and fresh bubble tea. Offers wide range of options (flavours of tea, milks, flavours of popping bobas, other "filling" like egg and grass gelly or tapioca pearls). The staff is always kind, cheerfull and efficient. There is also a comfy sofa to sit while you wait or if you want to drink your tea in the shop.

Lovely drinks, I have been going here since they started. They have free tapioca balls and cheap boba. I recommend going for the fruit teas and not the milk. My normal order is mango passion fruit tea with tapioca balls and mango boba or sweet Jasmine tea ( not on the menu ) with tapioca balls and lychee boba

Update: Bubble magik responded to the trouble really well. They took the time to explain the reason and cause of the problem with my order. Apparently option for tapioca grey out on deliveroo when they run out of it (I have been unlucky twice out of two attempts...). I have only ordered on deliveroo and never visited the store so I look forward to try their tapioca milk tea. -- Ordered pearl milk tea on deliveroo, came with no bubbles. Deliveroo app doesn't give an option to add bubbles on other menus. Tea tastes really good but I want my pearls. Very disappointed.
