I have only been here once and got a rose milk bubble tea. Served by Manuela who was very friendly. She suggested this lovely tea. It was cheap and very satisfying. Probably the best bubble tea place I have ever tried in London! Lovely sweetness level and such a wonderful taste, a rose syrup flavoured milk tea with black pearls and strawberry jelly (I think). Service was quick too. Will 100% go back when I’m around Notting Hill. It’s nice to sit in the shop, beautiful decoration and I can’t find any faults really. They also do half price the next day if you bring your receipt before 11! Wish I had one around my area.

Drinks are good, but cost cutting ruins the experience. I ordered a bubble fizz in supreme size, they use a can of lemonade which 330ml. the cup size of the supreme drink is more than 330ml so to save the cost of opening another can of lemonade they just use ice to fill up the cup. This is despite telling the staff not to put that much ice several times. It has happened on more than 1 occasion.

It's been a while and hearing this place was open for business was unbelievable, but yet true! My wife and I quickly popped in for a collection, was greeted with a very polite smile and received great customer service which, at that exact/specific moment, gave us a very nostalgic sensation of what WE ALL had taken for granted... the essential feeling of the. "NORM". And I'll be returning here on a regular just for that... Highly recommended place as always!

Excellent service.Norbert and Michela are as sweet as the drinks they made.I’m not a big fan of sweets drink, but they made me change my mind. The taro milk tea and the Oreo crush are amazing (although only Norbert actually makes it delicious as it looks on the website adding the whipped cream on top, to most of the other members of the staff I always have to ask). There is a reason why this place is packed.They keep the line moving quick and I’ve never tasted anything like their drinks. A MUST if you love bubble tea!! Definitely be coming back.

Where do I start with this amazing place...so I went there I think Saturday evening at around 8 and a lovely girl I think her name was kiya served me and the service she gave everyone in the shop at the time when I was there was amazing. She welcomed everyone with a big smile and it made the wait for the drinks much more better. She asked people if there day was good,giggling and smiling. I bought four bubble teas which was also made by herself and they were delicious.If your reading this review make sure you go and try bubble tea. I’ve been to a lot of bubble tea shops but this was just the best. It was very busy but because of the interaction she had with everyone it made it 100 times better I didn’t even want to leave.

Olivia who delivered to me and my sister a large mango with tapioca, lychee jelly and strawberry boba was GREAT!! She had a lovely voice whi h was a bit on the high side and had very nice brown hair and wore glasses!!! However, the paper straw that are now provided with the drinks are appalling, they go soggy and dissolve in your mouth. I would personally and behalf of the bubble tea drinkers ask Bubbleolgy politely to keep the plastic straws as they are a key element towards enjoying yur popping drink!!!!! In conclusion i would recommend the place to anyone who doesn't have ANY BIG ORDERS because it holds up the production line and makes the workers stressed. So please order a minimum of 2 drinks!!!! Friendly staff and quick service. I find Bubbleology's milk based teas to be the best around - the consistency is good and not too watery, the taste is great and not overpowering or sweet. The only downside is that at times the tea isn't properly mixed, resulting in a grainy texture from the powder (not only with the matcha tea). Overall, definitely worth a visit, and have a go at the honeydew melon milk tea - it's delicious.

Very good atmosphere. They act as if the bubble tea was a type of science and they act as everyone knows what they are talking about. The area is pretty good and central. Very easy to find. If you like bubble tea you will love this place. If you have never tried bubble tea, you need to come and try it. In case you haven't, it's made from cold tea, flavoured powder and then a selection of add ins such as jellies, and tapioca. I got my favourite flavour which is Taro (a purple root) with tapioca balls. It's more of a classic choice to what's on menu (such as banoffee pie). With all the combinations, the flavours really are unlimited. Keep in mind that it's very sweet and pretty much a meal on it's own as it can be very filling. Prices start at £3.45 and work their way upwards with their additional flavours and additives.

The staff in there gave me a recommendation of a milky version of the mango fruit tea as a sample to try and I loved it alot so got that one with original bubbles! Friendly service and they make it super fast. Taste was really great. Forgot to ask for half sweet which I usually do but it wasn't too sweet which I was super happy about. Eco paper straws are great but they need that little extra help to go through the plastic top! I am waiting for the whole cup to become more eco friendly! 🙂 The only thing was the bubbles were slightly overdone; personally I would rather that than underdone though, which I have gotten at other branches before.

Well, it's boba. Nothing special about it and it's pretty typical to boba that you can get in Koreatown here. I did notice that the tapioca balls were less sugary but still, it was a good drink.
