G. G.This is a wonderful place to get a coffee. They make all their own syrups. The interior is beautiful. They clearly put a lot of work into this place. It’s nice and quite. So a good spot to study or chat with a friend. 10/10 service.

to take your friends for a matcha break after shopping in busy regents street. I ordered the lavender latte with almond milk and my friend ordered the tropical matcha🍵. Staff were very friendly- and the place had a great vibe! Will be back again!

I am not a matcha lover at all, but they convinced me it's worth trying the one that Busi has and I am so happy I've listened to their advice, they are totally right ♡ I like it in my "iced tropical matcha" drink, with the homemade syrup (psst, they know the secret) 😅
P.s. And the way the decorate the drinks - that's an art, a have a whole collection of pictures on my phone 🥰
W. B.Not my personal preference. The place has been manicured for the Instagram age and the general clientele seemed only interested in taking pictures of everything and ordering the super sweet lavishly layered drinks.
I think their regular tea and gesha coffee offering is incredible and this is something London needs, but it is completely out of place with the decor and the accompanying drinks.
This shop is such an eclectic collection of various aspects of the coffee industry and its trends that I think it misses the most important one- a welcoming and comfortable presence. There is a veil of superiority over this shop that gives it an unnerving nature.
V. R.The owner of the place is obsessed with the idea of making the best taste possible, and you can tell that. Definitely one the best coffee that I’ve tried. Also loved the look of the building. Highly recommend this place. They also use the best of the best matcha and actually care about the quality! LOVE THE PLACE! Always happy to spend my afternoon at BUSI with my friends. Honey cake tastes amazing! Just look at the pics, so stylish!!

R.My partner and I first visited BUSI CAFE the very day it opened and it has been our favourite ever since- it introduced us to a whole new world of how amazing coffee could be and now its our thing. The coffee is always delicious! I always come back there after my shopping on Oxford street or when I want my little treat for the day! Highly recommend this lovely spot!

The space is simply stunning and the incredible warmth and hospitality of Anna and Emil was utterly remarkable. What they have done with Busi is really quite extraordinary and I just cannot wait for the Covid restrictions to go away so I - and everyone else - can get back to this dream-like environment and get another Lavender Latte in my hand! I'm a huuuge matcha fan and these guys are serving my favorite ceremonial grade from Lalani & Co.
The taste is so smooth and dense - it is quite the opposite to other that feel like burnt and bitter! The coffee here is also outstanding - they're serving up the finest single origin coffee selection including Panamanian Gesha!
I would highly recommend to try their Iced Tropical Matcha, Chill out latte (with camomile) and honey cake!!!

A. W.Came across this place via instagram and it’s the coolest place I have ever been to very Art Deco, super relaxed and had the best matcha ever !! Really cool and friendly staff as well very polite.
Looking at some of these reviews I am a little shocked to see the negative comments because I go there so often now and I always have the best experience the place is so tidy and you can tell that allot of money and thought has gone behind the creative process and design. Hate to see people write fake reviews to discourage a small business that is not a Starbucks or a Costa, especially during this pandemic.
Anyways I would definitely recommend to visit this cool little spot to hang out and have great beverages with your friends definitely the it spot in London right now.

The coffee is really, really good - I highly recommend the turmeric Latte or the Busification (it was infused with collagen). The owners were nice enough to show me all the ingredients and it's crazy how much effort they put into making the coffe just right.
The atmosphere is one-of-a-kind, never seen anything like it in London. Everything was so Instagrammable: Basquiat, Abloh, and all types of cool interior design pieces made the atmosphere very enjoyable.
Right next to the BBC building and Oxford St... it was 2 minute walk away, will make sure to pop in next time I am in centre!
