I really liked the loaded fries and the mixed chaat. They are probably the best items in their menu. In another occasion I had the English breakfast but it wasn't worth the price. The coffee isn't too bad but they don't have alternative milk options so for people who are lactose intolerant there won't be other milk options. Overall the service was good and I would recommend the two items I mentioned above. You can't go wrong with these two!

Lovely breakfast/brunch place, I really enjoyed my meal. We ordered two Eastern Smash, priced at £6.90 and also one Full House, priced at £7.90, alongside a mocha, latte and cappuccino, all priced at £2.50. The presentation was beautifully executed and I loved how you could alter all of the dishes on the menu with halal alternatives. We luckily came at a perfect timing where we didn’t have to wait in a long queue, which you usually have to for this place but it is worth it.

Very tasty food! GOT a samosa chaat for myself, a parata as well as a mixed chaat for my family. We also ordered pani puri and masala chips with nimbu pani! Amazing taste Also it's halal

Absolutely delicious food. Me and my husband come all the way from a different town just to eat chips from Cafe East. The chips are extremely delicious and the staff always give me a choice if we want the thin chips or the fatter ones. They serve both types of chips and I remember once they didn't have the thin ones (we prefer the thinner ones) and the staff lady was so kind and generous that she quickly went to get just the thin chips for us. I would give Cafe East above 5 stars, as they have a very fast service, fantastic staff and mouthwatering food. Tbh...that's the only reason why I come to East london shopping centre just to Eat their chips :P! Thank you Cafe East!

Pleasant enough shop, very clean, open, friendly and lots of places to sit down and eat. I ordered a samosa chaat which was delicious and a fair sized portion for the price. My only gripe is the plastic spoon to eat with; my food was on a proper plate but had plastic cutlery. I also noticed that the drinking reciprocals were either paper dispoo or polystyrene foam type which is not the best environmental statement. I am probably being harsh with the two star drop but time is of the essence now with the global warming, environmental disasters and pollution that humans are causing and can do a lot better.

Nice comfy place, it's not very crowded most of time so it's a pleasant to stay there. The food os very good, and prices are competitive. Very polite staff. Overall very good experience.

It's the only cafe anywhere around the area so has a monopoly in that respect. Obviosuly for that rewson Prices are obviously way above standard price for food and drinks. Staff are attentive but are short staffed
