If you are looking for a literal quick bite to eat for work or a picnic here would be an ideal spot, but if you wanted to fully sit down and relax I wouldn't recommend coming here. The lobby is small but does have a wide variety of sandwiches and drink options. I got a chicken panini and enjoyed it very much!

Freshly fried egg made on the spot. He'll make your roll any way you'd like. Way better than going to pret down the road...and you're supporting local shop owners. Go here instead.

The people running this place currently are way too good! They're friendly, always smiling and warm. This place has the best Hot chocolate in all of London! Loved it. Had two to three cups in a day.

Cafe fresco is one of those food places that are welcoming. Serve amazing quick food. Has such variety and is very welcoming. No matter how busy it gets it does not take long. Well worth a visit.

Really lovely, friendly, independent coffee shop, serving great panini's and sandwiches amongst other goodies. Just off the tourist trail but worth a visit. I used to go regularly until I moved office, but go back when I can.

While visiting London for the first time, I stayed at the Sanctuary House Hotel on Tothill Street in Westminster. We immediately found Café Fresco on our walk to visit Westminster Abbey. It was nice to hear some Spanish being spoken so far away from home in South Florida. This little cafe is owned by Colombians and offers fresh sandwiches, cold refreshments and some darn good coffee. The café is very clean, has friendly staff, and offers exceptional service. It was a hit on our list.
