Well located popular Cafe close to Underground Tube station with wide variety of options on Food , bakery , desserts & hot/Cold drinks. Seating indoor & outdoor . Set Menu for Tea & Confectionery besides itemized ordering options. Coffee & teas are good, though we were quite disappointed by the doughy & creamy pistachio Pastry 🍰. Service is good , toilet facility is available. Service Charge 12.5% & VAT 5% on all items.

This cute little café in Piccadilly Circus has a beautiful aesthetic, amazing branding, and delicious food. Florentina Alina was attentive to my needs, but allowed me to have my own space. The only downfall has to be that I was told, when ordering my dish, that there would be a salmon sandwich in my “Luxury Cream Tea for One” and only ended up with a few desserts and two scones. All-in-all, it was worth a stop-in for an afternoon tea. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend stopping in for a pot of tea or glass of bubbly/wine.

Seemed to be friendly staff on arrival. Stopped by for a slice & drink. All seemed to go well until my husband found a long hair in the mouthful of cake he was eating. Guess we just get lucky finding these things, though it normally happens to me. We brought it to the server's attention who advised my husband there would be a discount. When we were presented with the bill it was a 15% discount off the final amount. Not even a full refund for the offending slice. After planning on a visit to one of these outlets as we don't get out much from darkest west Wales it has certainly put us off from visiting one of these again.

Such an amazing place. The decor speaks for itself, very classic. Their service is amazing too. I spotted a lady having what looked like heatstroke and they bent over backwards to look after her (she came through!), such good service! What a wonderful experience. Lovely service (even though it took quite some time to get our order taken) but it was worth it. We paid 34£ for afternoon tea. It was plenty of food for two. My fiance and I didn't finish it all because it was a lot. Tasty desserts. There is a desserts version of afternoon tea for 21£ without the sandwiches. (So make sure not to get the two confused) Everyone here is fairly well dressed. Business casual.

Me and my husband visited this brunch recently. Our waiter Cristina was such a lovely lady. She made us welcome from the minute we sat down at the table. Every morning I have a choice of many cafes to choose from in Piccadilly but I have been coming here for my breakfast most mornings this summer. Yes the coffee and eggs are good but the main reason is the superb service provided by Cristina and Vito. They are absolutely charming and lift the clientele with their smiles and attention to detail. If only every restaurant had this ambience the world would be a happier place.

Visited Cafe Concerto to have an Afternoon tea for two. Really tasty food and the best English breakfast tea I have had. They even let us swap one of the teas for a latte which also tasted great. The sandwiches, cakes and scones tasted fresh and we definitely left the cafe feeling satisfied! The service was amazing, friendly staff. We came in with a groupon voucher but we didn’t realise we had to book it through head office to redeem the offer. However the manager Vito allowed us to redeem it anyway which was very kind of him. Great service and great food. Would highly recommend and we will come here again.

Great service, but the reason I am leaving the review is because the food was amazing. The best breakfast I’ve had on my UK holiday. Note: the place looks insanely fancy from outside, but the prices are very reasonable - £8.95 for the biggest breakfast that I couldn’t even finish.

The first impression was really promising, a nice atmosphere and breakfast in a decent price range. But the full English breakfast is not the best one I have had. It was quite average but did not live up to the atmosphere in the café. The coffee is a different story. I had a double espresso. Smooth and with notes of hazelnut, I think it was a dark roasted coffee, therefore it was surprising that it was not too acidic. The service did not live up to expectations. All In all I was a bit disappointed with the whole experience.

Being my first cafe experience in London, I put this place above others. The food was great, fair price (13 pounds for pasta dish) and great coffee! Afternoon tea very disappointing not value for $$$!! I am giving a balanced account of our experience the good and the bad so it would be good for the business improvement plan to take this on board more so for their own sake. We had a 4pm appointment and arrived at the sister Concertto coffee so Freddy the manager there, helped us and made sure we were seen for afternoon tea in the nearby cafe and also went out of his way to come to our table and ask was everything ok, very contentious manager thank you Freddy. Please note Freddy did not work in the cafe where we had the afternoon tea booking. Although we had a wowcher code we still spent £20 here on £40 afternoon tea. It was disappointing because having been to other places for afternoon tea they were much better and it’s competitive. I would suggest you add at least 2 more sandwiches per person and rather than assorted desserts which were too sweet I would suggest you give each person their own selection. This part was very irrating neither the manager or staff working on (5th July 4pm) did not once ask did we need anything else ie a top up of tea or Prosecco would of been priceless to the reputation of afternoon tea and the business whereby some value for money would of been noted for a potential customers return visit and some grandeur restored for the customers experience. This has never happened to us before in particular for afternoon tea, this, we felt like an inconvenience and this left a raw taste to the afternoon tea experience. Only If these bare minimum suggestions are taken on board and the afternoon tea experience improved would we would return otherwise any other reply will fall on dead ears and we won’t be returning. I reiterate at least 2 extra sandwiches, own selection of desserts and some interaction from staff; is everything ok would you at least like a top up of drinks or at least offer some extra food as the afternoon tea selection is lacking giving o value for money or contributing to the customers return visit.

Delicate and romantic place. Blessed hideaway from the crowds of Piccadilly and everyday routine. The food is simple Mediterranean with cosmopolitan twist. The salads are particularly appetizing; the rice balls with wild mushrooms are exquisite. Do ask for advice if the choice is too wide though. We were served by Dara and his gorgeous partner and got pleased with all the choices. As a bonus we were given few takeaway pastries (as they don't keep them overnight, I suppose). For the best seat - ask for the sofa by the window or one behind the cherry blossom for extra privacy...

I have to admit, my expectations were very low, since this is a chain restaurant at a very central place with close proximity to uber touristy stuff. However, it did very good overall. The coffee was also good, as it owes to be in an italian place, but not top notch.

Delicious food. I ordered the salmon nicoise for main but as they'd run out of salmon they kindly prepared the nicoise with seabass instead. It was perfect. My son was very pleased with his lamb shank main and chocolate fondant dessert. Good service and clean toilets!

Great place we always walked past and hesitated because their cakes were not we usually like but we decided to give it a try for the food. We has the table by window which we loved and the croque madame was amazing! Coffe was very good also i guess they are cleaning really well the espresso machine :) Not to mention out waiter Zenur was so welcoming and smiling. I kept watching him he was the only one smiling even when he was putting the orders through the till. That is what us customers want to see well done!
