I've always liked Caffè Concerto for their cakes especially and they've become a bit of a tradition for my partner and I as we come every week if we can for tea and sometimes cake too. We finally came for a sit down meal this last Valentine's Day and the food is really delicious too! I have to say we both feel that the staff in this branch in particular are super friendly and accommodating! Thank you to Caique, Daria and Camilla for always being warm, kind and welcoming! They give a lot of attention to detail and care for their customers! I'd definitely recommend you give this particular branch a visit if you're ever considering giving Caffè Concerto a try!

One of the best meals we had had in a Caffe Concerto, the sandwiches are not both the price but hot meals are good. Speedy service and clean environment. Good choice for substantial lunch. 12.5% service charge is automatically added but it’s central London so to be expected.

Ok cafe with good customer service. The cafe is slightly more expensive than a normal cafe though I guess it's because of the location. I had the chai masala latte which looks really pretty and was not bad at all. Had not had food here so can't really comment.

I went here last October and had dinner of a starter, follow by wild mushroom risotto and truffles and a glass of Chardonnay and mineral water, even though food was hot and tasty, the only thing that bugs is the price, it cost me nearly £45, just to feed myself, I'm in limbo at the moment, wherever to come back or not.

They do offer a large menu and surprisingly the dishes are delicious (as opposed any place having large menus and have a ‘cafe’ in their name. The purely vegan salad which I ordered was flaky and fresh but oily. It comes with a tomato 🍅 chilli 🌶 paste which has a hint of bitter olives and is rich in flavours. The chilli paste also goes well with the Italian bread 🥖 platter along with butter. The prices are a bit too steep.

The food was okay and the service could of been better. It was only 2 waitress working the floor (The lady in the black coat with blond short hair was my waitress) and she seemed to forget to take order after a while of sitting her tables down. I will say the waffle and ice cream was really good but my main course could of been better. The flavor was lacking.

Not impressed. The caffe looked good from outside and appeared busy. £5 for a pot of tea ???? and a hidden service charge. Our meals looked good until we came to eat them Eggs Benedict with the hollandaise sauce served in a small paper cup, the eggs were watery and so the bun had a very soggy bottom. Staff were ok but little eye contact or engagement with customers. We saw another couple leave more than half of their meal uneaten Not for us, we certainly will NOT BE RETURNING

Great place for breakfast. The food was well presented. If you order pancakes you may want to ask for some maple syrup on the side as they really soak it up. The place is well located and fairly busy which is a good sign of a nice place

Very well executed Italian food and excellent friendly and swift service. The dessert selection is the cherry on the cake.. couldn't help the pun.. and I am going to make it my goal to try at least every one they have on offer at least once. You can dine in or take away a dessert which is beautifully packaged in a pink and gold box with matching bag. This will definitely be a great way to treat someone special.. or just to show off. The price is absolutely reasonable.. a takeaway fruit mousse slice was £3.20 including packaging so definitely good value for money. I highly recommend this.

I came here when in London 3 years ago and really loved it so decided to come again. I had the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. Firstly it doesn’t look anything like the picture on the menu and secondly, the eggs were overdone. The staff seemed to be more interrelated in chatting to themselves than providing what could be great service. The coffee was a little underwhelming as well unfortunately. I do have to say that the selection of cakes does look delicious so perhaps if I was coming for tea and cake it would be worth it.

I visited caffe concerto on Haymarket on a whim. They sell my favourite vegan pistachio cake there at a reasonable price so I had to stop by and take a slice away. The recipe has changed a bit (it's a bit less sweeter than before) which is even better. I will always drop by wherever I am to take a slice away :-D. At the time i was served by Jose Maria who gave me a nice welcome. There was also a couple of times that me and my boyfriend had a meal at the one in Greenwich and food has always been exceptional. A lady was very nice to offer to take our picture on our special occasion.

We had a groupon voucher for the afternoon tea earlier this week and had a really lovely experience at this Caffe Concerto. Ahmed, who I assume was the maître d', looked after out table and he was fantastic & very friendly. Decided to have dinner here and I can only presume that the chef is new to have to slice the steak in the middle to check if it was rare before serving it... Which resulted in the steak itself being quite rubbery. It was also lacking severely in seasoning. My partners gnocchi was tasty though!

The best Americano I ever had in my life. I've lived in the US, Canada, Hong Kong and Tokyo for the longest time and I had Americano in highly rated cafe in each country. However their Americano is to die for! It's like a latte without milk. Their espresso is so delicious and creamy I didn't even need to add milk it was that good!! I also had their berry tart, and it was descent, and its kind of interesting that they had a white chocolate coating inside the tart. It would have been very sweet but with nice espresso they served it went well. I will go back there again when I stop by in London next time. As others stated, the service could be improved a bit, but for the killer Americano and espresso I honestly could care less as the waiter served me well in the packed cafe on Saturday late afternoon.

We were sitting outside and came in to pay our bill, I asked the Barista can we please have the bill? And she responded that's not my job....... Wow alright. All I can say the customer service was excellent and the breakfast was lovely, but that said afterwards we were waiting outside for our driver and he was stuck in London traffic because my mum is very ill and frail they came out once to ask if she needed a chair we said no were fine thanks 10 minutes later they asked if they could get us a cab they came out 4 times to see if we were ok and if there was anything they could do for us amazing. They didn't need to do this but we were overwhelmed by the caring staff. I have never wrote a review but today this touched me so much so a big thankyou .i hope this gets back to the staff at caffe concerto haymarket so say you are all wonderful.

Came here for breakfast. Staff were very polite and service was fast. Food options were great. So many cakes to choose from and they all looked beautiful. Poached eggs were cooked perfectly and attention to detail was nice. Watch the 12.5% service charge which seems standard in London. I prefer to offer my own tip reflecting the service and food recieved during my visit. It should be personal choice, not forced but everything else was lovely.
