I was meeting a friend for a day out in Knightsbridge and arrived early. I opted to try Caffé Concerto for an espresso to kill some time. Although it’s a high-street chain, it tries to be located in upmarket areas around London. The place looks to be decorated in a pseudo Venetian style, with crystal chandeliers, gold, and polished wood. The coffee was good and the pastries looked very nice. Staff were friendly, kind, and efficient. I was dining out later in the day, and decided against having eggs on toast from the breakfast menu. It was nice and quiet when I was there, early on a Saturday, and it was a pleasant enough place for a quick espresso.

Classy joint. Great for catching up with good friends. Quality is sublime, lovely coffee. The staff are very friendly. The decor is extremely elegant and the place has a lot of grandeur. Great for building up some much needed energy before perusing the floors of Harrods.

We came here for drinks and dessert. Fabulous atmosphere. the Virgin moJito had perhaps only 100ml of drink and rest was ice mint and lemon. Smoothies and desserts were amazing! I would definitely recommend . Everything thing had a unique individual taste.

This was my second time visiting this branch of Caffe Cobcerto. The first time I visited on a wekeday evening with a friend, and the food was delicious but the staff were not very nice. The second time i visited on a weekday at lunchtime on my own, and the staff were lovely but the food was just okay. The establishment is clean and offers hand santiser at the door. Staff are wearing face masks and keep their distance. Tables are set close together but i think they only seat every other table so are still social distance compliant. The restaurant offers QR code ordering but this never works on my phone so i ordered with my server, who has happy enough to help. I ordered a chicken escalope sandwich which was served with fries. The chicken in the sandwich was pounded soooo flat, and is was very hard and quite unpleasant to eat. I ended up having just the fries (which were really good) and salad and leaving the sandwich. So this was a waste of my money and because i was on a timed lunch break i did not bother asking for a replacement as it would have made me late back to work. Anyway it was okay and I think if I were in the area i might be back.

It's always nice to be here for just having a tea, nibbles or having a pizza if we're hungry, every time we are near Harrods. Had a chicken patte, it was delicious. Soup taste great. Service was good (as always).

After a very disappointing Brunch at The Tiffany Blue Box Cafe in Harrods, the nearby Caffe Concerto was a perfect pick me up one gloomy Saturday morning. The numerous golden chandeliers managed to pull me inside and secured myself a table by the window. I needed some sweets to cheer me up from a not so remarkable brunch. So, I ordered their only pancake on the dessert menu and a cappuccino. I was very pleased where I was seated, at table 46. It had a good view of Knightsbridge overlooking Harrods as they began to open their doors that Saturday morning. The pancakes we’re not the best, to be honest! Try the Buttermilk Pancakes at The Hansom in the Renaissance Hotel at St. Pancras, they’re one of the best in town. The capuccino was so-so. But I must say, I’m surely gonna be back again if I get to secure Table 46 all to myself 😁

Escaping the madness of harrods Boxing Day sales. This place was a godsend and we were seated quickly. We were hungry so I ordered the beef and lobster and an açai smoothie. The beef was cooked medium which was great. It needed salt though. Unfortunately the lobster was overcooked and dry like it had been sitting under a food heater for a bit. They also did not provide the correct cutlery to eat the lobster. Overall friendly service but 3 star because the food was just okay. The chips was great

I got the Strawberry Cheesecake, my partner the Tiramisu. Apparently the cheesecake was the best cheesecake ever: right amount of sweet, right amount of fluffyness. Perfect. The Tiramisu was OK. Next time I can't wait to eat what I ordered! Server was Ionut: top marks to him too.

The caffe is an excellent environment. I went for a drink and ice cream. The mocktail had lots of ice and was quite heavy on the mint. I have the Virgin Mojito mocktail many times before and I think this was a poor example of one. The ice cream was great. Also due to the fact they are exceptionally busy the service is very poor. They take ages to actually take your order and then ages again to bring it to you.

Lovely Caffé scenic location.. Had afternoon here with my sister in law for her birthday. Staff took pictures of us and made us feel welcome. Some dishes had stains and dirt which was off putting. This venue is social distancing compliant. I would definitely visit here or another branch again.

Fast service and friendly. You can feel the selected quality ingredients. The taste is better than normal chain restaurants, but still nothing to mentionable. Both my girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I'm a bit surprised at the other negative reviews as we experienced none of the issues mentioned. We were greeted with smiles, shown to our table and tended to flawlessly. The food arrived promptly, it was cooked satisfactorily and presented well. We both thought the food tasted very nicely as well. The waiters were all very friendly and didn't mind going out of their way to do things when asked. I would absolutely go back again for a wonderful breakfast and experience.

We visited here Saturday morning after stumbling across the place. We felt like we had the best breakfast experience. Our food was delicious and they were very helpful. My sister put too much milk in her coffee she went to ask them to microwave it, but they made her a fresh one. If you haven't tried the matcha latte, do it! You're in for a treat. I went straight out and bought it. My only wish is that there was one in Cardiff!

Went to this place before we went to shop in harrods. Went with the family. The place is beautiful the menu looks amazing. Ordered our food 3 came waited on the 4th one and there was a piece off hair on the egg. Called over the waiter he apologised and took it away and said he would get another one. Another one came after 5 mins guess what the same piece off hair was on it. Now to get the attention of another waiter took another 5 mins by now 3 off us had started eating so I took that egg and put it on a side plate and gave it to the waiter. So all 4 of us could carry on eating. Dont forget we drove 100 miles south for wedding shopping so we had already been hungry and we were meeting people in harrods to do shopping for a wedding. The place was busy and there is demand for their food which shows they are busy. But what happened was out off order when I paid I did mention it to the women at the till that the egg had hair on it twice she just shrugged her shoulder as in what do you want me to do. The over sized women was wearing a very very tight white shirt if she moved abit to fast would rip. I understand the staff need to wear fitted cloths but you must wear it to the proportion off your weight ratio. Heard so much good things about this place was really disappointed about the service the man brought me out the same egg. Lmao and to top it off the 3rd egg never came back. And I paid service charge and for an egg I never got on 3 attempts. I feel the only way you get good service here is if you are Arab and pull up in a Rolls Royce's. Bit sad as we all bleed the same colour blood once cut. Money and status does not define us as human beings. Was rather upset at the service and the lady at the end who just ignored me and gave me the look like you low class south asain citizen! Even though the place was magnificent and the food was good I would never go here ever again even if they were to offer me free food. It's a matter off principal.

A really lovely looking restaurant, with superb food but sadly we found the service could have been better. We waited a long time to have our order taken but when the food came it was great. A few service issues but when we complained to the manager he behaved impeccably and went to lengths to resolve the situation. I have given the whole experience 4 stars based on his actions and good food. Worth a visit if you don't mind slow service. It is usually busy which gives an indication of how popular it is.

Food was exceptional. We had the Black Spaghetti alla Pescatora and the Ravioli Lobster & Crab with mille feille for dessert. All absolutely fantastic with a couple of Aperols to accompany the lunch. My only note would be the transactional service delivery from the team. The staff were literally putting plates and drinks on the table without so much as a smile or actual care for the people they were drivers the meal to , pity , it would have made the lunch absolutely perfect if they had. Judging by other review , service is an issue.

Delicious food but we had to wait for it for almost an hour. The staff need to be more attentive and quick. The manager (with blue shirt) was yelling at one of the waitresses when we first came in. Plus there was a mice running around. We told the waitress and she said it might came from outside but no attention was taken. The price was reasonable.

The place looked fabulous and was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the staff didn't reflect this. My order was Wrong and took ages to come, my partner had finished their meal. The manager was Shouting at a member of the waiting staff in front of me. My partner waited for a member of Staff to come down the stairs and was passed with no thank you and as if he was not there. All this for a five pound service charge. I will say the food was excellent.

Very good food and cakes! From outside we thought it was just another cake shop but this place has everything from light food and main course to deserts, all very tasty! The cake itself is so much better than places such Patisserie. I thought it would be very expensive consider it’s located opposite to Harrods but it’s actually quite reasonably priced. The only downside is it’s always crowded, narrow spaces not very comfortable to sit around, and the staffs look very exhausted and frustrated every time I go in there, so don’t expect any nice attitude from them. But overall I can justify the poor service for the good food and good price.

A very pretty restaurant for an afternoon tea - red velvet, brass, big elegant chandeliers, and lots of natural light through huge windows. The service was friendly and efficient. You can get a pair of scones with jam and clotted cream and a pot of tea for 8 or 9 GBP, or if you go for the 14 GBP “luxury cream tea” you get a few cakes or mousses as well. Our kids shared a chocolate fondant (cake) with vanilla ice cream, but it was hard to resist the red velvet cake! Looking forward to returning in a future trip. Right next door to Harrods - a great place for a quick bite during the day’s shopping.
