Caffe Concerto, it a lovely choice for breakfast and brunch. My family and I came for dessert and coffee. ☕️ 🍰 I liked this branch more than the one in Knightsbridge. The manager was so kind and funny. I really enjoyed my time. It’s so good and the outside seating area is very good. Even though it was very very cold 🥶 they had no heaters only covers.

Food is generally really nice, but prices are a little high, and the service was REALLY slow. More than 2 hours for a main and dessert. Don't come if you're in a rush, unless you're just having a coffee and cake.

Enjoyed our second time at this newest branch just off Oxford street. It's always busy but the wait to be seated for 2 or 3 people is never more than 5 minutes. We had a selection of cakes and teas. All good but the raisin scones are supurb and not to be missed. They are not the usual dry and baking soda filled variety and the best this is the price at £3.60. Exceptionally good value for money. Service was good to and the bill was anticipated which is always a good sign. A very nice break from the hectic pace of Oxford street.

We arrived late around 10 minutes to 11pm. The chap Armondo was under incredible pressure due to staffing constraints. We needed a coffee and a cake as my friend had arrived from overseas and we were meeting after 30 years. Armondo was excellent and was so accommodating. He gave us a table and took a quick order as they were closing soon after. He even prepared a takeaway bag for my wife. You get 5 stars for not allowing your circumstances come in the way of service...

Classy restaurant outside bond Street station! I stopped here for a quick lunch with my mum, and the food was pretty good, I got the pistachio gnocchi, which was quite tasty and a good sized portion, however it was a little heavy for me but I think would be fine normally. It was a tad bit on the expensive side but the service was good and the food was fine.

Loved this place! I came to London for vacation, lived near the place and wanted so badly to get in there because the place looked fabulous to me. We finally came there for breakfast on the last day of our trip, and ordered Croque madame which was fantastic and Eggs florentine which was delicious and truly recommended. The staff treated us kindly and the manager was nice and patient as well. The price is fair for the quality. Really liked the place and the atmosphere in it.

Lord oh Lord! Pros: location, staff and ambiance Cons: food My experience was very poor. it was overly priced. The starter was not bad at all. Then came the lamb shanks and that was HORRIBLE. tasted like European food, bland, no flavours and no crunch. I'm very disappointed. Wife found hair in her food. I'd advice anyone going there to not expect great food but just enjoy the location.

The menu lacks many items available in other Caffe Concertos, If you want to fully experience Caffe Concerto visit the one near Harrods or the ones in Piccadilly.

Generally nice cafe. Staff pleasant and served us well. Atmosphere- very good. Food: Chef overcooks all food. We had quite a few meals on our table. Pizza very nice and fluffy. Salad also fine. Lamb shanks are tender. However all chicken like bullet- very hard (escalopeand chicken breast - tried both - they are extra hard). Chef overcooks meat. The same with french fries - very hard and taste like yesterday's. On my opinion Chef needs a little more training. And another minus is very filthy chairs. Please reupholster or steam clean them time to time. Overall 3 star max. Considering prices food must have arrived better than you would choose in any pub. It's unfortunately worse. Thank you

We stopped here for lunch and I must say that the place was really busy. We were sitting upstairs where I think it's much quieter. We ate “gnocchi vegan“ and “spaghetti with salmon” and they were delicious! It’s really hard to choose desserts but in the end we chose ”crepes with fruits” and “pancakes” with a very good taste!! The waitress (Martina) was really kind and helpful, it's nice to get good service especially when the place is really busy. We will definitely come back here!

I visited with my family today (13.12.20) at around 5:30pm and was greeted and served by the nicest staff member, Romel! He was incredibly sweet and helpful and just all round lovely! This place is a little expensive, but I do not know why people complain about the price. I think the concerto hot chocolate is one of my favourite drinks to order. The cakes are delicious and I like the breakfast too. I come often, to different branches and love it every time. So nice to take pictures in, really nice to go for a nice brunch with your friends or family. Can be really busy on weekends so I always go in the week to avoid queues. This morning my garden breakfast was amazing!! The waitress Martina was really friendily and fast.

If you want a fantastic Italian meal in London, come here. It’s likely to become your measuring stick for other restaurants going forward. We ventured in last night and were blown away by the food. This place always has amazingly fresh and tasty deserts and a lovely sitting area inside and outside( which has cute blankets if you are feeling cold). However, most importantly is the staff there and the manager Billal. They are extremely friendly, helpful, welcoming and you can feel how well managed and bonded the team is. I had a groupon voucher for 8" cake. On the 23th at 13:23 I called on the number state on the voucher to arrange a collection for the next day after 6pm from Oxford street brunch. The woman, who answered the phone ( can't remember her name) was very uncooperative. She didn't asked for a voucher code or any other information either my name. It was surprising for me, but I don't know their policiy and after asking her for a third time she said that the cake will be ready for collection for the time I require.I had to pull her words out of her mouth to make sure that she still on the phone and keeps her attention on me. On the next day I went to collect the cake for my husband's birthday and the guy behind the till told me that there is not such a cake for collection. He also told the woman with who I spoke the day before had to redeem the voucher code and right down my name, as they can't do anything with it. Basically he told me that he can't help me. I was shocked. I said that I'm not working for their company to be familiar with their policiy and I'm no going away without cake. Luckily, Ciprian (I think their manager) was around and he tried his best to help me. Unfortunately they didn't had the cake, I want but he give the option to choose any other cake and he explained me about the cakes ingredients. Despite the poor customer service from his two other colleagues, he really did his best to help me. At the end I left with a also nice and tasty cake. I was happy that I was able to surprise my husband. Thank you so much CIPRIAN for your cooperation 😊

Today I was at caffè concerto for lunch with my family. the food was very good ( Risotto king prawns) for my daughter kids menu, ( you can choose some food, drinks and if you want also dessert a good idea for children.) Sandwich was also very common. In short Caffe Concerto, which is a chain cafe, came to us very fabricated, sloppy. Once we tested it for dessert it was not bad but not necessarily a place to say let me go. I mean, don't go with a lot of alternatives. (Original) Fish and chips, Somon salata, mozarella domates sandwich sipariş ettik, hemen hepsi de vasatın altındaydı. Fish and chips çok aşırı yağlı ve balıktan çok buladıkları sos vardı. Daha önce başka bir çok yerde yediğim soslar Harika idi. Somon salatasındaki somon kupkuru geldi. Sandwich de çok sıradandı. Kısaca zincir kafe olan Caffe Concerto bize çok fabrikasyon, özensiz geldi. Bir kez de tatlı için test ettik o fena değildi ama illa da gideyim diyeceğim bir yer değil. Yani bir çok alternatif varken gitmeyin derim.
