This used to be my coffee stop in Chiswick haven't been for ages so nice to be back. Coffee is great quite strong and they had milk alternatives and the pastry was good. They would benefit from an update as a bit of wear and tear. Takeaway works well.

Really lovely coconut latte. I've always enjoyed their coffees and find them better value than most big chains. This branch has lovely upstairs with lots of light and space and the cafe is opposite the green which gives it a nice view as well. Very pleasant break stop.

Randomly walked into this cafe nero during my sunday stroll. Was served by Mark who provided AMAZING service. Talked to us, explained the differences and made suggestions. A type of service you get in Cliveden or Cannaught , 5 stars.

Cafe Nero w4 is a good place to go to for your coffee needs. The staff are friendly and the service is prompt. I normally have a medium cappuccino. And you have a choice of how much sugar you put in it. And the coffee tastes great. And the prices are very reasonable. This is a perfect place to relax & unwind.!!! Much better than Starbucks.!!! Would recommend a visit if your in the area.

Made two visits this week and although good coffee as always, I was disappointed with the lack of hygiene. At no time did I see staff disinfect tables and chairs once they were vacated. This was despite not being over busy. Staff really should up their game especially during the current Covid-19 pandemic.

They got a comfy and warm room with views upstairs, and a long table that it may suit 8 people with laptops etc. The coffee is better than the standard for a chain, and they play a good jazz music selection, which helps to make it a chill & cosy place. Is full of locals which says quite a lot considering the amount of cafes around.

A large Nero. A nice environment for coffee. Modern with cool mock-retro/LED lighting. Comfy sofas mark the family area, so expect a horde of toddlers at all times! This branch is also close to Belmont School so it gets particularly busy at school-gate opening and closing times. This Nero has also been designed to attract the growing number of electronic nomads with excellent WiFi and sockets everywhere so there is usually a layer of long-staying remote-working laptop users around the windows and walls. For the non-kid-owning, non-laptop-using coffee-sipping public just looking for a comfortable seat and a natter, there are the seats near the front by the window. There is also a small outside area that is conceptually quite nice in the Summer. However the reality Is that you get traffic noise and end up inhaling second-hand cigarette smoke, so not quite as good as it sounds. So pretty much whatever type of Nero customer you are, this branch caters for you.

A really nice coffee shop. Italians don't lie when they say they make the best espresso in the whole world. Frequently visit this place with my fiancée for a quick cup of coffee. The quality of their drinks is as promised- excellent. When we visit this place we tend to hang out on the second floor, where the couches are more comfortable, although downstairs is pretty nice too. Decorations is great on both floors it really lightens the atmosphere. The staff are all very friendly and polite. One day the barista offered me to try out something new and since then I love their Espresso Con Panna. The place is a bit on the pricey side, but it's totally worth the money. Recommended!

Friendly, hard working staff. Tends to retain the same baristas for long periods, which is unusual in this sector. They must like working there. The view looking out at Turnham Green and Christchurch is wonderful. Great location for a coffee.

Visited the outlet on Chiswick High Road, across from the green. Surprisingly relaxed upstairs where I was sitting. No one hovering over my shoulder wanting me to purchase more, or to move on rather than laze away my time for the price of a cup of tea £2.00. Even though the area itself is well to do, the people seem reasonably normal and down to earth. Perhaps its promixty to Hammersmith up the road, helps in that regard. Based on my experience I will certainly try out another branch of Costa elsewhere.

Popular and busy café on Chiswick High Road and beside Sainsbury's. There's frequently a queue and because of the staircase leading to the first floor, it can be a bit awkward for people with buggys and wheelchairs to get to the downstairs seating area. The disabled toilet facilities are in this area. The store is also not fully accessible as there is a small step up to the entrance and swinging doors add to the difficulty of getting in and out. The staircase is the only access to the first floor. Sofa seating is available just inside on the ground floor, with further sofas upstairs. Tables are available to the rear on the ground floor, and also upstairs too. There are good views upstairs across the street to the church and park, and the first floor has a very pleasant and relaxing ambience. Customer toilets are available here too. This is definitely one of the more characterful cafés in the area, and although it has certain drawbacks compared to modern stores, it is generally a more enjoyable place to go.

A Caffe Nero in an old building on Chiswick High Road across the road from Turnham Green. There's a large, light and spacious upstairs area with leather arm chairs, and a long dinning table. A lot of people seem to use the upstairs to work off their laptops using the free WiFi - but there are usually free seats.
