Reviews of CAYA

Friendly staff, co-working space very useful for nomads, music not loud, warm, clean and cosy. Coffee is good too - full of flavour. And their cinnamon swirl is fab too

Lovely little cafe. Great quality coffee. The Co working space is simply but nicely equipped, I’ll definitely be making use of it more in future! Perfect place to go when working at home feels super unproductive.

Fabulous cafe with additional pay by the hour co-working space. Wonderful coffee, food and smoothies. Staff are delightful. They also sell juice made locally from wonky fruit ensuring less goodness goes to landfill. Loved it!

London Coffee Shop for Digital Nomads-2 CAYA
Randomly, I went to try this co-working coffee shop near Brixton station. And it is a good choice for people living in Brixton. Here I attach my review report for your reference.
Category: Artisanal Independent
Wifi: Reliable and fast, free to use
Seating: Two separate areas, a cafe zone at the front with sofa and 3 tables, and a workspace at the back with 2 long tables and 3 small tables, 28 electrical outlets, and a small sofa space divided by a folding screen.
Toilets: 1 for unisex
Cost: They provide sandwiches ( £3.8-£5) and baked goods, and the coffee (£2-£2.6)
The price of using the workspace is £2 per hour, £15 per day and £180 per month with bottomless coffee or tea, quite reasonable, isn’t it?
Ambiance: no loud rock or pop music and the smell of food to distract your attention. And people in the workspace are quiet and focus on their staff.
Surroundings: Brixton, located in the South London, is 30mins far away from the central London by metro, but it is a lively, multicultural area with Afro-Caribbean style. In the centre, there are banks and brand shops, cinema, shopping mall. And in Brixton market, they have diverse street foods, grocery and vintage booths, and lots of Caribbean or South American restaurants.
Something special about the cafe:
(1) They provide printer in the workspace, which you only need to spend 20p each page. It is much cheaper than that in a printing shop (normally they charge minimum £5).
(2) You rent space in the back by the hour (£2 per hour) or the day (£15 per day) with bottomless coffee or tea)
Address: 344 Coldharbour Lane, London, SW9 8QH (7mins walk from Brixton underground station)
Opening Times:
Mon-Fri 7.30am-5.30pm
Sat-Sun 8.30am-5pm
Peak Time: 10am-12pm
It is away from the centre of Brixton (not in the central London), so it is not that crowdy and normally there are enough vacancies.
Generally, it suits digital nomads living nearby and is value-for-money, particularly you like Caribbean style. However, if you live in other areas of London, it may be not convenient to access.

Lovely service, tasty coffee and delicious food. The setting is relaxed too and the perfect chill out place. I’d really recommend this spot.

Awesome place, love these guys. So flexible and accommodating, especially when trying to get work done. One of my favorite places in Brixton

Quite reasonable coffee in this relatively new coffee shop on the busy Brixton coffee scene. It's nicely located away from the bustle of the market but it can still get busy - esp in covid times so be prepared to wait. That wait is likely to be worth it with some quite well crafted brews. Coffee flattie was ok but matcha latte was excellent. Cakes were so so

Lovely cafe. Avocado toast was delicious and the flat white. Will definitely be coming back. I will try the working space soon only £2 an hour what a great idea.

Great coffee, delicious food. Just devoured a divine bacon brioche roll and could work my way round the rest of the menu quite easily.
Co-working space at the rear looks really good, will try that next time.

The perfect place to have some food and get some work done for a couple of hours. Staff was super friendly and coffee has a calm, nice vibe.
