After such a long time I had such an amazing masala chai (authentic indian tapri type). The breakfast was amazing- chhole, paratha and cheese omlett. Loved the food. The only thing to watch out is that they use refined flour for Parathas which makes it even more unhealthy. If you are going for taste, this is your place.

Delicious and quick Indian food. Great spicy flavours, very fresh. The chili paneer might just be the best I’ve had in London. The butter chicken roll is small but tasty. And the samosa chaat was so delicious and filling. Very reasonable prices and friendly service. Would definitely recommend a visit! The only negative was that the chili paneer is wrapped in a paper cone and it leaked through the paper carrier bag and got all over my cloth bag. I would use a plastic bag for takeaway next time

Love their Karak. Tried their wraps, not bad but yoghurt marinated chicken naan had dry chicken, butter chicken roll has very soggy paratha, it needs to be crispy from the outside. Also, have tried their breakfast tray in another branch, it's good but too spicy omelette. There is no option for regular omelette, which doesn't make sense to me personally !

The decorations was nice, place was clean, and the food was okish. Everything came out fast, the var pow was yummy and aloo roti was good. My masala chips was dry, the sweet toast was OK for the children. They should consider having a menu for the children as well. But the toilet wasn't clean and the seat was broken not child friendly. The girl who served us was nice.

I love Chaiiwala, I have always thought that Tea House culture of subcontinent has great potential as places to hangout for fun and creative people, especially when your creativity and mood is being boosted by the amazing Karak Chaii. The staff is really amazing in this place, everyone from the Front of House Team to supervisors, to Senior Manager Ms. Sharza, are involved in the immaculate upkeep of the place. Worth visiting and staying in for sometime.

The menu offered by Chaiiwala is both simple and relatively traditional. As a matter of fact, we'd go so far as to say that they aren't trying to be bold with their flavours. As such, this menu ought to be agreeable to most palates. Menu recommendation Drink - Karak Chai or Rose Falooda Main - Kebab Roll Dessert - Any of the two cheesecakes

Been a couple of times for takeaway. Tikka nan is good as are mogo chips. Samosa chart was disappointing. Karak chai is pretty authentic. Nice concept and any franchise is only as good as the staff who are pretty good. We went late lunchtime and had a wait of about 15 mins for the food. Packaging and presentation was good.

Just went to Chaiiwala Ealing and it was absolutely amazing. The service was quick and the coffee was delicious mashaAllah. All three flavours of the ice cream were tasty and my brother said the Karak Coffee Cake was the best cake he had ever tasted. And a cheesecake on the house to top it off. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. May Allah bless this business.

Food a bit on the pricey side for the simple eatery like this - but I cannot rate their karak chai good enough! It is just like remember it from travelling to Mumbai except we do have an option to not have so much sugar as in India :)

One of my friends recommended me and my other groupmates to check out this place, It was my 2nd time having an Indian cuisine here in ealing. So we were excited to know how it would taste. Let me tell you the receptionist was the best thing about the place he was soo freindly and his service was fantastic. The food, well it did tatse good and all, but I'm not sure if I should say the same thing about the quantity to the price. Before anyone plans to come here be sure it's a great place for short snacks and not for heavy meals. Other than that its a great place to visit.

Went to the West Ealing branch today. Nice setup and great choice on the menu. The Karak chai and Frappucino was very nice. However, was disappointed with the Malai chicken roll and the aloo paratha. The sauce in the Malai chicken roll was sweet and chicken itself was quite tough. From past experience malai chicken should be soft. Although the Aloo paratha did taste good the portion should be called micro Aloo paratha.

Myself and my family regularly order from this Chaiiwala. The food is always great, fresh and tasty. There have however been times when my delivery has missed an item, which can be frustrating, but they handle this very well. The manager has even been to my house personally to bring the item. She has also came back the next morning with a complimentary Desi breakfast as a good will gesture.

Great street food ! Authentic tasty and well priced. We have been a few times and tried the breakfast with Dahl was totally yum, chicken kebab rolls which have a great spice mix, the butter chicken roll which was soft and spicy but but not hot and the paneer which was huge and had a sticky sweet and sour sauce. All excellent. I know we will be back again. A shout out to Seema and her brother in the West Ealing branch who looked after us so well.

Decided to come here on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised. Was greeted by some of the nicest and friendliest members of staff I've ever met. I ordered a Caramel Chaii and it is the nicest drink I think I've ever had in my life. The prices are more than reasonable, so it's absolutely worth it. The decor is lovely, especially the lightbulbs, really add a nice aesthetic. The atmosphere is calm and soothing, and the seating is very comfortable. Definitely definitely recommend trying! :)

We’ve always loved chaii wala but the lovely young girl who served me yesterday compelled me to write this review. Firstly chaii wala be proud of the excellent staff you have working with you. Secondly to most this is and will be a very minor thing but with the current climate emotions are high at times. I went in yesterday afternoon just for some chai then decided to also order the Karachi bun kebab. I got my tea quite quickly and there was a short wait for the food. The young girl brought my food over to me once it was ready and upon seeing me struggle with my bags and tea she opened the door and held it open for me while i left. That really touched my heart and made me really emotional. Just goes to show how something so simple can mean so much to someone else. I was so touched that i made dua for that female as i made my way home. A true blessing for this company🙏🏼💗
