The good bits first, the coffee was really good, nice strong and smooth, just like I dream of being...... The breakfast wrap was really tasty, like a full English you eat with your hands - The sausage sandwich was fine, initially served only slightly warm, however, we advised the waitress and it was taken away and a new one prepared without fuss. Summary, worth a try for the coffee and the wrap.

Was craving an iced caramel latte for the longest time and I thought I'd give this cafe a try and I was NOT disappointed. I'm very fussy when it comes to my cold drinks but this one was so pleasant. I also ordered a freshly baked Victoria Sponge and ABSOLUTELY loved it. I had a look at the back of the cafe too and they have a cute little outdoor place to sit in which was intimate and pretty. Will deffo go back to try out what else they have to offer because I'm sure it's going to be lovely.

I do frequent this place often and there's a good reason for that. It's just great! Friendly, good food and drinks and a great atmosphere. Usually bump into someone I know. The seats in the windows are great to sit, eat and drink, chat with friends and watch the world go by. The cakes are made locally I believe and a very good quality indeed. You won't be disappointed.

What a nice place! Friendly staff, and very friendly, professional management! The establishment is very clean, superbly laid out, and calm. The food is brilliant! I love the English breakfast, and they have PECAN PIE!! My favourite! You can tell the manager is very kind and has a good relationship with her staff, and they're quick too. Lots of variety and a good price. Great outdoor seating areas at the front and at the back, for when the weather permits!

A lovely family friendly cafe in Pitshanger, it looks small but there is another room with seating down the back. The staff are friendly and helpful even when they are rushed off their feet and there is a box of toys for young children to play with, so it's a great place for the family to go for brunch, but there are plenty of locals just popping in for a coffee too. They don't have baby changing facilities in the toilets, but there is plenty of room to lay out a mat, and it's clean.

Would have been five stars, but the cream tea was short of one scone and, er, cream. Apart from that, a very pleasant place for a chat, a tea or coffee, excellent, friendly staff, busy enough to know it's a good and popular place, but not so busy as to be uncomfortably crowded. Fav coffee place! A nice place where me and my partner love to come every Sunday mornings. If you love coffee this is the place to be. Coffee is great, baristas passionate and there's a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Food and beverage is good. While service is swift and generally good, the staff could do with smiling and engaging with customers more. Each time we go to Cinnamon, the staff look moody and we get the sense they're not happy and want to be elsewhere on a Sunday morning.
