Friendly, fast and brilliant range. The pasta itself isn't great. Overcooked and a bit gluggy...not fresh. All other ingredients very fresh though.

Great coffee and friendly staff. I get my coffee from here almost every morning on my way to work. The coffee is great plus I get a 25p reduction as I use my Keepcup, special milks are on the house and no surcharge like in many other coffee shops. And they are dog friendly. What’s not to like?! Go and get your coffee from here.

I go pretty much every day and they're one of the fastest and best coffee places I've been to in London. They have a good range of alternative milks and also the banana bread is delicious. And the staff are always friendly!

I've come to Coco pretty much every day for the last two years and have only once had a not-quite-what-I-wanted coffee or pasta (and that was, I think, because I ended up with the wrong one – which they they replaced immediately without so much as a murmur). The staff are unfailingly lovely and always polite, despite having to cater to people like me all day. They're always quick to know people and their orders, and they also throw in cheeky double card-stamps with a wink and a smile on a regular basis. And I must mention Angelina, of course – the nicest of all – and because I said I would. In short, we should all Coco.

Really, really good coffee at a great price. Friendly staff. Great food again at a great price. Definitely worth a visit. Don't let the long lunch time queue bother you, they fly through it and its worth the wait.

I come here all the time and am disappointed by their stock. They run out of pesto, bolognese and chicken within 2 hours of opening on most days. The seasonal products are below par and they need to bring back the spicy chicken with red peppers, which was the only other product that would sell out. I don’t know who manages the inventory, but they need to either specialise each store through comprehensive category management or just generally make sensible decisions!

Really good coffee - probably one of the best in the area - and similar prices or cheaper than better known chains where quality not as good. Could maybe do with more people making the coffee, as it can be a little slow if you're in a hurry, but it's ultimately worth the wait. Android Pay doesn't work but bizarrely contactless does

Most wonderful coffee on this street, there are a couple of staff members here who are so lovely that recognise you and already know your order by the time you reach the till. There was one girl here who has since left who was always so smiley and always gave out extra stamps for free coffee! Good incentive to come back!

One of the better locations and venue of Coco di Mama. Great and efficient staff with great breakfast and lunch options. The Bankside venue itself is smaller and compact but the table and benches all come with power sockets as well as USB ports, good WiFi and a very easy place to work away from with your laptop. You will easily find a table to work from in the mornings, and the coffee here is much better than the other chains around.

Good value and experience for the money paid. The pasta isn't mind blowing but it's very good for roughly 5 pounds, and the amount of chicken (I order Naked Chicken Pesto) is very generous. Sitting area is not bad either.

Friendly staff in the evening, stayed until they closed (and a little bit longer than that but they didn't mind as they were clearing up). They were ready and excited to serve us, made jokes whilst serving us and came to the table to give us our drinks. Keep up the good work!

The coffee is pretty good for a chain. However they really skimp on the meat and sauce for the pasta so it's mainly quite dry pasta which is a shame.

This was the first thing I had after landing in London on 3 hours of sleep, and a terrible ear ache from the flight (from Edinburgh). And honestly, this porridge tasted like a little bit of heaven. I would highly recommend it.
