S. d. p.I regularly go there for a latte. Occasionally I stayed inside to drink, mainly takeaway. Their drinks are always fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend it!

J. T.Very nice place after they reopened. Almost every day coming here for coconut mocha with caramel or with their special festival chocolate syrup. The staff is lovely with customers. Apart from rush hours.))

A. K.Seems very disorganised - long queue, nobody socially distancing. Two baristas making coffee, one person serving (albeit very slow) - only came here for convenience, but I could have gone to Brazil myself and made the coffee quicker!

Buy coffee here pretty much daily in the mornings while traveling for work. Very quick service and friendly staff. And most importantly - good coffee!

e. m.As a regular customer, I have seen major improvements in both, service and general cleanliness, recently. Staff are always ready to greet me with a smile when I walk in. That, and nothing beats a double espresso to start your day!

I've found the staff at the nearby Starbucks to be MUCH more polite and welcoming; it also has faster free WiFi and is a bigger store so it has more places to sit.
However this Costa is good for a takeaway coffee if your jumping on a DLR train.

I. K.The usual costa experience, at least we didn't have to get our names written on the cups! Quite a small place but at the time we were there there were plenty of seats available and a short wait for drinks to be made.
A. N.Ok for a quick bite and go. Not ideal to spend more than 10min, it's small, crowded and in 15min two beggars came asking me for stuff (and eyeing my laptop) while I was working there.
M. V.All the stuff there are friendly and nice , except the rumanian Menager, he thinks caught the sky because he’s Menager in there, is so rude most of the times and no respect for him costumers.
Shut be an investigation from COSTA company to it.
