Very good doughnuts! The flavour of each topping is not over poweringly sweet and tastes good. The dough is not too dense and not too light - it's just right (to my liking). The store assistant who served me was helpful and friendly. Definitly my go to doughnut place from now on.

Love the doughnuts particularly in this place the majority were vegan, which is great. It seems to differ depending on location but there are some new flavours now too! At the moment the place only accepts a person at a time inside the premise as it is a small place. Hygiene standards seemed good too. Great location to grab a donut on the go if you are in the city center. Pictured are the donuts, all vegan.

Can order online, however, only deliver to the London area. Shop in a great location and can sit in if you want.

By far the best vegan doughnuts on the market. I purchase them countless times and not ones have I been disappointed. Incredible flavours (coconut and lime in particular!) and consistency. The staff is lovely and helpful too. And yes, everything comes with a price and these doughnuts definitely deserve it.

Coffee excellent. Doughnuts nice but pricey, £23 for 6 is a joke anywhere in the world. Staff need improvement. Two serving during a quiet time on Sunday afternoon and spent all of their time whilst making my drink slagging off the management and swearing profusely within earshot of me and other customers.

The doughnuts look incredibly nice in the case but the prices are incredibly steep, starting from £3+. Had the matcha doughnut—incredibly underwhelming—considering the lack of depth. The doughnut was overly sweet due to the matcha chocolate glaze and the dough lacked matcha flavor. The doughnut was cut in half and inserted with more of the sweet chocolate cream. The lattes, flat white, and cappuccino were alright.

Donut is nice and so many flavours. I had a dark chocolate truffle donut which is not too sweet and strong chocolate flavour is my favourite. And some seeds inside the donut give it a complex flavour. However, the coffee is disappointing. I ordered a cappuccino but it is flavourless. A tea may have a stronger flavour then that I would say. Could be one of the worst cappuccino I've ever tasted.

Tasty donuts and Caravan roastery coffee. It's a tiny shop, but they have 4 bar stools to eat in. Makes a nice put stop if you're in Picadilly. They also have a coffee donut offer for £4. Staff are friendly.

This is a good central location, they are substantial doughnuts, with that sourdough for a body and many many different fillings and glazes it makes them a fresh place to go for doughnuts. I am always torn on which one to get as they are not cheap but they are delicious. Why I took a star off because it's pricey, but maybe being pricey stops me buying a lot and eating loads. The staff are friendly and helpful when one is very indecisive by nature. I love going here and if you have a sweet tooth such as me it is worth it. Doughnuts are great, there’s no denying that. However, the stock doesn’t seem to be the biggest and there always seems to a priority for orders placed on Deliveroo than customers in the shop. Tried to place an order for four separate doughnuts and each time the last one was prepared for a separate order, despite being in the store before it was even prepared. A small grumble perhaps - doughnuts are tasty when you do get one though! Feels slightly overpriced for London (and a doughnut)

Delicious doughnuts! They're pricey but worth it. The shop is quite small but overall clean and the doughnuts are made fresh everyday. They offer hot chocolate too, which is perfect for dipping the doughnuts into! Definitely recommend. Try dipping the chocolate truffle doughnut into the hot chocolate.

Ordered their box of vegan doughnuts and was not disappointed. The strawberry and elderflower (much to my surprise as I don't particularly like those two things) was actually the nicest doughnut I have ever eaten and that includes before going vegan! Will most certainly be back for more and my only comment would be to expand the range of flavours for non dairy, however most do not offer any options, so I cannot complain at all.

I had heard a lot about Crosstown. I wanted to see if they lived up the the hype. We went for their coffee and doughnut for £5. Yes. That is on the pricy side. This doughnuts by themselves are almost £4 each. The store is tiny and they were busy but the service was great. They also give you a discount for using your own coffee cup. They served the doughnuts on a paper sheet which reduces waste so they do have an environmental slant. My partner went for the vegan dark chocolate and I went for the vegan rosemary and thyme. They weren't particularly doughnuty, more of a cake. So putting the expectation aside that we were getting doughnuts they were good. The coffee though was very good and I am glad we opted for the coffee doughnut deal. Not sure I would stop for a doughnut here again but I definitely would for the coffee.

Visited the shop on Wednesday with a friend, and was greeted by the lovely Chloë and Yitzin, which were extremely helpful as they explained the different flavours of the doughnuts! I ended up going for the lemon-thyme, which was delicious and probably one the best doughnuts I have ever had! Definitely recommended!

I had the matcha donut it was incredible 10/10 the inside white chocolate ganache and matcha was incredible the donut was light and the perfect level of sweetness. In addition I had the lemon glaze donut with creme patissiere inside it was very good and had a nice level of tartness. Definitely worth the price and when i visit London from Bristol again will definitely buy more! Also the man at the counter with glasses was very friendly so nice service.

Best coffee and friendliest service in Picadilly! Crosstown has to be the best coffee house in the area, and there’s a lot of competition, but it all comes down to the baristas. Everyday, Jitzen, Rebecca, Dan, Antonio, Emily and all of the staff provide the funniest, politest and most personal service that I have ever seen in London. Together they have made Crosstown the best coffee house in Picadilly through incredible coffee, service and atmosphere. Rebecca and Jitzen are hilarious, always smiling, and your day is always better off for seeing them! These baristas are genuinely lovely people who will go the extra mile for Crosstown and any customer! In summary, this place is amazing!

I would like to point out that it was the best donut dough that i have had but for my taste i would say that the filling inside was too much and the glaze had the same fault.. i think in a donut you should have three tastes the glaze (first impression) the filling (second) and the dough which will bind the two together... if the filling and glaze was half the amount then i would say they would have the perfect donut... I tried the matcha donut and i did not enjoyed it that much (the taste was too strong for me) but i have to say that the milk chocolate one was perfection!
