Usually places like this tend to serve good photo worthy food which is overpriced and doesn’t taste too pleasant. But with this place, not only was the food super Instagrammable, it also tasted amazing and was fairly priced, compared to the other similar ones I’ve been to. The passion fruit drink that I ordered was really nice and refreshing, whereas I do have to say the Matcha one we didn’t really like, as there wasn’t any matcha flavour to it and was quite flavourless. But overall I would definitely recommend coming to this place.

Ordered red velvet cake. The sponge was great but the frosting could have been a bit more sugary. It was creamy which was still delicious but I expected it to be more sugary. One bad note is that I ordered water from there which tasted horrible. I don't know how water can taste bad. It was 3.50 aswell! A good experience overall. A delicious cake but awful water.

Thought it could just be instagram hype with the flower wall/booth but the food lived up to standard. Scones and iced tea was particularly nice. The ony downside is service is a little slow if you are sitting downstairs and cutlery were not the cleanest and the iconic milk bottle were well worn out.

Visited the one in T3 heathrow. Walked in and omg it looks fantastic... like a marshmallow, really girly and welcoming. We only wanted a cake. I opted for one of the brownies... its really not great tbh... dry and overly sickly (and I make brownies with so much chocolate and butter so I'm surprised to be saying this) with a bit of lotus biscuit spread on top... really nothing special! Also ended up getting a milkshake. Was thin and tasteless with shards of ice. Won't be returning. Quite sad to be writing this as I don't like posting negative reviews however this was so far below my expectations I had to be honest.

Love this place!! It's a pink themed cafe/ restaurant. But I think it's a popular place for the locals, I see just as many guys as girls are here. The staff is nice and attentive. Great coffee latte, just the way I love it. The Pink Ribbon pasta is delicious and beautiful! The rose macaron is so soft and yummy. The balance between the tartness of the raspberry and the sweetness of the rose milk chocolate ganache is perfect!!

I believe a bit over priced! The drink I ordered it’s size was too small, tasted good though! The milk cake was decent, nothing crazy good! The toilet was in a very bad condition, sink was overflowing with water and no toilet rolls. Overall the place is pretty but I think they need to keep it more put together!

I am not usually a coffee drinker. However after my sister treated me out for a birthday treat, honest to god, it was the best coffee I’ve ever tasted, similar to a coffee I’ve tasted in Paris. It comes at a price, however it’s a birthday treat & I’m just going for the ride. Even the cakes are to die for, check out the pics I’ve added on this review. You eat through your eyes not your mouth. Great place to hang out soon as the non-retail shops open up on the 12th April 2021. It’s time to support our local businesses. If you’re are currently shielding or in self isolation, stick to the government guidelines, because I promise you, you’ll love this place, it’s well worth the wait. If you’re not shielding or self isolating, what’s stopping you......in having the greatest coffee you’ve EVER TASTED!. Forget your waist line, we all piled on the pounds in the last 12 months, was it our fault? Course not! Start your new diet next week! Time to really enjoy yourself! You’ve earned it!

Having visited London for the weekend, Elan was highly recommended by some friends. I must admit, albeit it being extremely busy and there not being a sufficient amount of staff on, the manager (a blonde lady with a nice smile) was extremely helpful, made great recommendations on what to eat and drink; being super attentive to customers altogether. So thanks for the great experience and the yummy food and drinks.

Excellent experience. The place is new and the food tastes amazing. (I would highly recommend it for early breakfast. Try their Green Shakahoka, Avocado on Toast and their Cheese Toast). And of course if your a fan of oat milk your #1 coffee would be Alex’s Coffee (Delicious although it’s a bit sweet).

Very instagram worthy venue with all the attractive deco. Plenty choice of cakes and sweet treats (ranging from 6.95£ upwards for a portion). In my opinion, the prices are incredibly expensive. I mean , for e.g. £8.95 for an average slice of Pistachio and Rose cake ***speechless*.The Latte is good and at £3.50 thats the average price of a latte in London these days....

Atmosphere is unique and different. Tried many cakes and drinks from there. The coffee is okay, they have different hot choclate flavours which is a bonus and most cakes taste good specially the saffron one. I prefer this branch than the other as I found the customer service here is the best.

Beautiful and mesmerising cafe. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Great spot for taking photos. We were really impressed with the service and how clean the place is. Menu items are reasonably priced. We were served by staff member Elisa who really went above and beyond customer service, providing us menu, being attentive and approaching us for order at the right time, allowing us to move to the romantic table and taking pictures for us. All the staff at the store were very patient and understanding allowing us to take pictures comfortably. It’s rare to find excellent service and good hospitality like this in London. Drinks were delicious and recommend the host chocolate with marshmallow on top. Best experience for our Valentine’s Day!

Walked in and the waitstaff were very polite. However, it was absolutely freezing and windy outside, and the door was open right next to all the tables. When we asked to close the door, the lady said no because “the cheesecakes would melt.” So I had to eat with my coat and gloves on. The staff was more concerned serving the people next to us, and they got both food and drinks first, even though we’d come in and ordered a while before them. Overall, the food was yummy and fresh. Some of the freshest breakfast we’ve had in London. The French press was lovely, but I would only recommend this place during the summer or are just looking for a quick coffee to go.

I absolutely LOVE this place! It is my new fave cafe in London. The decor is sensational, the food is exquisite, the staff are SO on point and super knowledgeable about the products (they're also really friendly and upbeat), plus the music is great too!!! I'd be here every day if that was possible. It's just such a delightful place and very calming (especially important for me as I battle anxiety on a daily basis) AND, to top it off, the prices are SO decent considering the location. Average spend (I have found) is £25 per person if ordering 1 drink, a main dish and pudding! PLEASE TRY this place, if only once!! The reason for 4 stars is because, currently, according to staff, you cannot pre-book a table :(

I have visited this place with my family. Truly, this place is great for bloggers and vloggers. Place for taking really nice pictures of a place and their coffee. People come here because of the colors their coffee have, and they want to try it. Tried a coffee, and I slightly liked it. It was nothing special about the coffee or food they serve. A two floors cafe that you see the beautiful photos of that on internet. if you want to take some pink lovely photos go there. We ordered a piece of cake (5.5£) that they said that’s their best seller and for me as a cake specialist that was so/so. And I ordered a macchiato(3.5£) too, that was an Italian macchiato. My husband ordered chocolate milk (8.5£) and he was satisfied. I think prices are too high(19.5£ all). (+2£ vat) .

This is a great place and really love the food and drinks. The 3* is purely because of the wait time which is way beyond excessive. We ordered our drinks and 35mins later got told the waiter forgot about the order then waited another 20mins for the drinks and good to arrive. Otherwise nice atmosphere.

Hello! I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while and finally had the time to write! Been coming to Elan in lowndes square after lockdown restrictions were eased and I visit almost 3-4 times a week just because two of your staff are absolute gems. Emiliano, where do I start? He is the most hard working, kindest, purest sole I have ever met. Everytime I visit this branch I hope to see he is working on that day. Always efficient. No matter how busy it is he always makes the customers happy! He is such a pleasure to see and honestly Elan is lucky to have such a person working for them. Thank you emiliano for all your hard work and effort. Ricardo- I’m hoping I got his name right! Hard working and again a pleasure to see everytime my friend and I visit! Hard working and always poilite and friendly. Love to see this!!! You have 2 very lovely people working for elan. So thank you!

The cafe itself and the food are great, the only reason for three stars is long waiting time, and this cafe's in particular (not sure about the others in London) outdoor seating is right next to a busy road and on a busy footpath. Other than that, it's very nice.

The drinks and the food are very good, especially the red velvet cake and the peach iced tea. Very cute place as well, and very instagramable for those who are interested in that. However, the bad point for me, is the customer service. The place wasn’t busy at all, there was plenty of staff. There was absolutely NO REASON for the long waiting time to get a menu and some water, especially when a customer is sitting outside in the sun with such a warm weather. My first order took 20min to arrived. Once again, the place wasn’t busy and I just asked for an iced tea. My second order never arrived and I had to cancel it because this was taking too much time (more than 20min) and I had to go. To be fair, I’m pretty sure they forgot my order. Once again, this place has good points. The drinks are good and cakes as well, but omg, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD. I know what it is to work in hospitality, just make an effort.

The high tea is £50, more expensive than the Ritz and Hilton. The tea and coffeees are in the £4-8 range. Cake varies from £3.50-8.50. Began option - Pumpkin vegan cake £3.50 They also sell main meals all £13.95 Beef lasagne is delicious. But Pink pasta is worth the novelty with meat or with feta for vegetarian option. Very pretty branch, recommdnd come dressed up and with a selfie stick.

So the 3 stars overall rating I must give is for the very average sandwich shop type food; served in a very average display and the expensive bill at the end. Not as spectacular as we thought it was going to be. The decor was nice and the little sitting areas planned well for pictures. It’s a very girlie place. The waiting staff were nice and helpful. But it’s an EXTREMELY over rated place for basically selling snacks n various even more over rated coffees. The sandwiches and cakes are no different and not even as good as; dare I say it Valerie Patisserie!!! Or even other ordinary chain coffee shops. Because these coffee shops are located in expensive areas (this review is for the one in Belgravia) the prices are spectacularly high!!!!!! Lower your prices and you may have had a higher rating. But sadly you’re not a 5* coffee shop. Can not recommend.

Good cakes but terrible service. Very long waiting time between getting seated to receiving menus, I went to the front to order because we were waiting for such a long time but was told that because I was here the waiter couldn't take my order, waited for another 10minutes for the waiter to come over (after numerous attempts to get his attention). Wrong cakes served (replaced) but our drinks never came. The table beside us (much bigger group) got most of their cakes wrong too, the waiter doesn't seem to know how each cake looks like, as he was still arguing what's what. Got the bill but couldn't pay because the waiter just dropped off the bill and never came back. Paid on our way out (after waiting and unintentionally hogging the table we no longer need). Such a shame, the cakes were good.

This place is gorgeous, and full of good taste! Best coffee I’ve ever had - the Spanish Royale - with a hint of saffron. Art in a cup, art on a plate, a delightful sensation for the eyes, nose, and tastebuds. Friendly, accommodating staff! Hope they expand across the UK, Europe, and globally!

Amazing atmosphere! - great spot! With lots of space. One of the more spacious locations out of the many locations they have. So it takes a little adjusting to if you have visited a few of there other locations. The staff Sharna, Donaya, Lucas and a few more names which I cannot remember. Provided excellent customer service, topped off with a genuine smile and an attitude to serve. My family and I enjoyed the El&N experience and felt most welcome. Thank you!!!

Yesterday I came with my friends and had such high expectations for your shop. My friends have been here for a week and they are on holiday from New York. Reason I suggested your location was based on what I seen online. And I must say if it wasn’t for your waiter I would of given a very bad review. Your chef was very rude to us. We had ordered and your chef came to tell us you didn’t have the food we ordered in such a rude way. He steered at us with evil look. Later your waiter came to explain to us more politely and gave us some recommendation for food and drinks and he handled the situation, so we took his advice. What he suggested was actually really nice. He was very polite and funny. He changed our mood from negative to positive and took such good care of us. His mentioned his name was’ j-p ‘so my friends and I wanted to personally thank him again. You need more staff like him. Hopefully the second time I come it’s more pleasant experience.

So overrated. Went as this place claims to be most instagrammed cafe in London! Really? Feel sorry for London. The cafe isn't too bad, in fact the food is good, coffee and frapuchino were great. Team is good, even though it was late night on Friday they were positive, smily, we been offered space outside as soon as it became available, without even have to ask. But ! The decor is a big but ... Fake plastic flowers ..not even paper or fabric but plastic ones - I believe London can do better than that. Is it worth visiting - perhaps for the food, not the pictures.
