Estate Coffee is just about the only true coffee house in Steatham Hill. They have typical espresso based coffee beverages, but most importantly, the have drip brewed coffee and cold brew. While I have yet to find a proper pour over style coffee house, their drip brewed coffee is of excellent quality and prepared with care. Today i had a single origin Yemeni. Cheers

Great coffee and pastry. MASSIVE room for improvement: What’s the point in offering sandwiches when they are NEVER available? 9 out of 10 times I order them the excuse is the same: “We can’t do sandwiches because we are too busy” What about preparing them ahead of time? It’s not great, specially when that continues to happen on a Saturday (like today)

You can smell the cinnamon from the street. Open early (smart), the customer service is on point and the dude there is FAST. Pretty sure they cracked the indie coffee shop code.

There’s a solid reason for that queue. It’s worth the wait. Try the iced coffee with salted caramel syrup. The pair working when I’ve gone on a Saturday, Anya & Giselle, are a cheerful delight.

Flat white was too milky, couldn’t really taste the coffee - which is a shame, as I’m sure it’s good. Earl grey cake was dry and dull. If I go back it’ll be for a cortado if anything.

Walking around to find a coffee shop and walked into this one! Was greeted by 2 really friendly barristas and the smell of delicious coffee! The coffee was fantastic and the carrot cake was amazing. 10/10 would coffee here again

Brows through your Sunday papers, in this quite and serene little place of a gem! Outstanding coffee, with a little something on the side, terrific service by genuinely friendly staff and no screaming toddlers or their annoying pets running betwwen your legs!

Great little coffee place, much needed in this Streatham area. Serves allpress which isn't to everyones tasting but done well which helps! Also do a nice filter. Could probably start nitro cold brew but may want more of a following first. Sandwiches were V nice, reasonably priced and responsive to my needs (around Vege friendly when toasting etc.).

After reading some reviews, I was a bit disappointed with the service and drinks here. I got an iced mocha (not on the menu but they said they could do it when I asked) but the chocolate had clumped up and it was unfortunately quite unpleasant to drink. Therefore I wouldn't recommend ordering that, but could be better for other drinks! The cakes looked great too but didn't try any.

I love what they've done with this place. It's a tiny ground floor shop in a pretty little house just off the Streatham High Road. It sells coffee, cakes and pastries. And if you want quality and you're not too fussed to pay for it then enjoy. In normal circumstances there's some indoor seating but in the current crisis it's takeaway only obviously. There can be a queue depending on the time of day. I usually give it a miss when that happens and everyone looses. But it's an indication of its popularity with the discerning coffee drinker!

Really liked this cute little coffee shop just round the corner from Streatham Hill Station. Not able to have customer sitting in at the min due to Covid restrictions but still worth it for a decent takeaway coffee. Really lovely spot! Finally I can get a good coffee when visiting my friends! They have the Allpress house blend on espresso, which is okay, but I think they rotate their filter (brewed on a Moccamaster) offerings which is exciting. Can absolutely vouch for the pastry's, and the menu looks good! No Full English though 😂😢. Definitely looking forward to my next visit when I'm back in London!

For such a simple drink so many get wrong, however Estate Office Coffee from roast to grind to temperature all is done to perfection. Well done and keep up the good work.

A hidden gem that could easily be missed! Charming layout with comfy chairs. Barista was super pleasant and made my son who has a lot of anxiety with meeting new people and doing new things feel right at home! The banana coffee milkshake was incredible but the real star of the show was a slice of cake that looked like it needed planning permission to be on the table. It was enough for two hungry weary travelers. Absolutely make this place your local caffeine/cake fix and support local business!

If there's three key ingredients to the best coffee shops, it's great coffee, cake and chat. This place has it all. Clark, Joe & Laura always brighten my day whether it's early doors before work or at a weekend. They take their coffee seriously, using my favourite Allpress beans, and the milk is noticeably nicer than elsewhere. Consistently good espresso and flat whites, and an amazing selection of baked goods. Go for the sausage rolls, stay for the enormous slab of cake.

Great coffee bar and excellent addition to the Streatham coffee culture. The guys are friendly, make great coffee and let our dogs hang out. A definite must if you are in the area. Edit: they stock Elephant Bakehouse cakes and bread. The Bakewell is amazing!!

Coffee here is amazing! They just introduced a new set of mugs (see related photo) and it's really cool and unexpected. They have oat, cashew and soya milk options along with the usual cow milk option. Very cozy atmosphere, vintage feel and free WiFi as well. I had soya cappucino and also tried the normal milk one, both really good
