Reviews of EZ & Moss

Popped to Ez & Moss on my way to work to grab a soya moca.
The place makes you feel like home, they do bake themselves and you can actually see when everything comes from the oven.
The moca I had , was one of the best soya moca I have had in my life - and I love my drink. The take away cup looks so cute and it made my morning!
Everything looks so nice and cosy in there.
Defo coming back for a food!
You my fav in Highbury x

Lovely cafe to enjoy vegan meals, pastries and a hot cup of hot chocolate (or coffee). Nice vibe, music and friendly staff. They currently have a no laptop policy which was quite inconvenient for me as I traveled there to work, but I ended up having to do some other tasks from my phone. However if you're not looking to work from you laptop, you can sit in, use your phone and enjoy the free range egg omelette with mushrooms and brie cheese- it's delicious! 👌🏾

After meeting one of my friends living near Highbury & Islington station, I was looking for a space nearby for my work. And I was attracted by a boy focusing on his laptop with his back to the glass window of a coffee shop named EZ & Moss. Ok, maybe a good place, why not try?
It is a quiet small vegetarian coffee shop but still full of good vibes. Unfortunately, there are only two power points. However, another thing made my day is their toilet with a special sense of humor. They named the bathroom “interview room”, which makes people confused the first time you come. And interior design is quite industrial, quirky and vintage. There is a label above the toilet——Do not use the toilet while the train is standing in the station.
As usual, I enclosed the review report for people needed.
London Coffee Shop for Digital Nomads-4
EZ & Moss
Category: Artisanal Independent
Awards: TimeOut-Love London Awards 2016 Runner Up
Wifi: Reliable, free to use
Seating: 1 bar stools with the glass window, which could accommodate 3 people. Just 2 power points. The tables are quite narrow.
Toilet: One for unisex
Ambience: The music is low and distraction-free. There are some remote workers here. Cozy, industrial, quirky painting and full of good vibes.
Cost: Coffee £2.2-£3.0, Tea £2.7, Brunch £5-£9.5 (Porridge, toast, omelette, burger, sandwiches), they provide a good selection of vegan and veggie food and bakery stuff.
Something special about the cafe:
(1) Quirky and funny toilet.
(2) Free tap water with lemon.

Lovely little cafe, very clean, super friendly staff and delicious treats!
We had the French toast, nutella brioche and banana bread with our tea and chai latte. Would definitely return if I'm in the area again!
D. L.
Great cafe, reliably delicious coffee, lovely staff and food! Great latte art even with alternative milks - or milk flat white pictured.
C. D.
Very nice cafe, eggs could be organic ones and it would have been perfect!
Great coffee

EZ & Moss excels in the food, coffee and service quality. It's easily the best place on Holloway road to have breakfast or brunch.
R. G.
Nice and cozy location. Great coffee. Excellent banana bread. What else do you need? 😊
T. T.
Good quality but prices are steep: paid £5.90 for an oat latte and plain croissant
E. A.
Good food, vegan and vegetarian as it’s mentioned. They have a bit of everything. Vegan omelette was delicious. And the bread is so tasty.
N. B.
amazing choice of veggie/vegan breakfasts. Super cosy atmosphere as well.
L. D.
Amazing food, tea and coffee and lovely staff. Best breakfast you can have in the area!
A. C.
One of several cafés in this immediate area and one of the best. Lovely coffee, imaginative breakfasts with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Friendly people, plenty of seats and a good atmosphere. Not cheap but generous portions.
D. B.
Just had a coffee and pastry. Both delicious.
M. D.
Lovely staff, seriously delicious coffee and while I didn't eat the hot food it looked very tempting. I enjoyed a vegan croissant (one of the best I've ever eaten) and a blueberry friand (not vegan but GF and also tasted great). Super cute inside, too.
H. D.
Friendly and good food 👍 had the home made chai latte
S. S.
Lovely coffee place. The menu is small but the quality is fantastic. Portion size is huge so one doesn't come out feeling ripped off. If you're looking to have some simple but soul satisfying brunch, Ez & Moss is great.
PS - try the Hot Chocolate for sure!

A truly lovely cafe, a short walk from Highbury & Islington station. Delicious vegetarian and vegan food, coffee and fresh juices. My friend and I had brunch there earlier this week, and will come back again soon. Great, super friendly service, too. A new favourite!
S. L.
Lovely little French cafe.Great brunch menu with everything from fresh produce for smoothie-making to gluten-free range of sweet treats. A little hard-pressed for place at busy times, but worth going at non-peak times on weekends. Reasonably priced too.

I adore coffee shops. I love traveling. So, anyplace I travel to I always find a coffee shop to go back to, and this is definitely one that I love in London. It's quant but the staff, vegetarian/vegan options, and beautifully made almond milk iced coffees are everything! Ive traveled an hour by tube to come here multiple times. Love this place!
I. L.
I visited last week and went for the Moroccan style poached eggs. It was tasty but the fact that the salad was not fresh at all and muffins were shop bought was hugely disappointing. Coffee was average but pricey.
R. W.
What a great place!!! First time coming here on a whim and boy are we glad we did!!! Best coffee we have had in ages! I got the Moroccan Benedict and it was simply divine!
Can't wait to come back again
P. B.
Cozy coffee place with good music. Come there in the morning, during the week, to enjoy their delicious granola
B. S.
Really nice brunches. Healthy and quick!
F. R.
Excellent coffees, very tasty vegan meals, cakes and cookies. Relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff.
T. S.
Good local coffee shop. It’s simple but it does things right. Strong coffee, well priced, simple but effective interiors, great location on Holloway Red. Usually busy but can find a table if having in. Friendly staff too
A. C.
Lovely lovely little coffee shop. Not quite fit into the exterior style of the street. I walked 20 minutes form where I live to pay a visit of this adorable café. It appears I have came across this coffee shop before in a tour guide book of London. I genuinely love the clourful window glass on the back of the room. I ordered flat white and it tastes great!
M. I.
I absolutely adore this little veggie cafe. The food is delicious - they do the best avocado on toast and their oat lattes are superb. The staff are really lovely and the decor and music are cool too.
R. C.
Favourite coffee shop in the area. Their coffee is great and brunch dishes are perfect, and not too heavy like most places. Great spot to hang out and do work if it's not too busy.
M. K.
Lovely little cafe with a lovely quiet atmosphere. Just what you need for a quick catch up with a friend. Menu is uncomplicated and straight forward which I like very much. Food could be little more adventurous in terms of spiciness.

Delicious falafel pitta recommended by Laura one of the polite girls working there. I will come back again for sure!!
M. H.
I think this might be my favourite cafe in London. This is saying a lot because I frequent many of them, as I am slightly addicted to good coffee. Although I have had better coffees at more "artisanal" cafes (read: snobby but good at what they do) this cafe just has a lovely vibe and really nice food. The coffee comes from Allpress and they make a good flat white and piccolo (with home made almond milk if you prefer milk alternatives). All food is cooked on site and often just behind the counter. It's vegan/vegetarian and even for a meat lover like me, it is satisfying. They bake their own gf bread too. Has a local feel and is hipster/trendy free.

Sweet little cafe.
Great decor, great music and one of the best lattes I had in a very long time.
I have tried the Moroccan eggs Benedict which was absolutely brilliant !!
A great place to start the day .
R. S.
Best french toast I've had, so far, in London
S. S.
My favorite local cafe! Always great coffee, food and chat :) I like that I can customize my plate, and all pastry is baked fresh on site.
M. D.
Love this place! Staff is friendly, great tasty vegan options, fantastic coffee and chilled atmosphere.. Also, the vegan Matcha muffin is to die for 😍
C. K.
I just had the Moroccan benedict eggs. The perfectly poached eggs are served on Moroccan taktouka (roasted pepper and tomatoes cooked in olive oil, garlic and cumin). The bread base is really good too. And another thing I really appreciate is that the salad side is not just to fill out the rest of the plate but actually very good with tasty dressing. Definitely coming back.
M. K.
Delicious coffee! Plus vegan treats (matcha muffin!). Great place to work from, calm decor and good music. I wish I lived nearer!
K. G.

Great coffee and vegetarian food. Everything is fresh and tastes great and a lot of thought goes into the menu. The prices are good.
E. S. H.
Lovely place with delicious smoothie and golden milk. Be aware that the golden milk is not automatically with plant based milk - they charge extra for that.

Excellent food, friendly knowledgeable staff. I went for the special Aubergine stew with Chickpea!! Delicious. Would definitely eat here again! Highly recommended
K. B.
As a vegetarian who is not keen on sweet food in the morning this place is great for me - they make the most amazing savoury muffins which are great for the days I have nothing in the cupboards!!
N. J.
Tasty veggie fare, even for a meat eater. The burger and French toast particular favourites. Very good coffee too.
R. E.
