Reviews of Fiori London
R. S.
Great late night dinner after the ballet. The latte was delicious, staff was friendly, and pasta was pretty dang good! I'd recommend just for the different options they have.
D. M.
Lovely cafe with lovely staff. Stopped for a spot of breakfast, sausage sarny and toast. I asked for a pain au chocolate but got a choc muffin by accident which I was more than happy with and didn't want to make a fuss. They were pretty busy so had a small wait but not very long at all and we were happy to people watch.
Sausages were very nice and meaty, good quality. My hot chocolate was top notch and the toast and tea was great.
When we went to pay we got the pain au chocolate for free for our wait, very very kind of you.
Very pleased and would come back.

This place is not glamorous, but it's clean and brilliantly situated near Leicester Square Tube and Square. If you are off to a show, film or just want to eat before some serious drinking, thus is a great place to come. Excellent menu, something there for everyone. Portions generous and tasty. Staff extremely professional, It's a very busy place, staff need to be good at their job and they are. If you want to eat something decent, and not have to wait ages for service this is the perfect venue.

Great cafe near Leicester Square station. The cafe is open till quite late (beyond midnight). Staff is friendly and helpful. The menu contains Italian and Mediterranean food along with tea/coffee and dessert. They have a very big menu so there is a large variety of food options. They also have a big seating area, so there is enough seating for everyone inside and outside. Good place to get food.
A. S.
Went to "Fiori" to have our breakfast. The food and hot drinks were delicious 😋 Definitely worth if you're in London 😊
J. U.
It was the only open place in the centre of London open at 8.00 in the morning and the breakfast was sooooo tasty !!!!
G. A.
Great breakfast and generous portions.
They need more staff or introduce technology to pay via mobile online app to save time.
Also please fix your wobbly tables, this is a huge bane when eating and cutting food and the whole table shakes.
K.
The service at Fiori was excellent and our server Alesea was very accommodating when I asked her if we could have a birthday cake we brought with us to celebrate my friends birthday along with our coffee order. She lit the candles brought it out and served us and we were all very happy 😃 She was very kind, positive and polite and put us all in a good mood 😊. Thank you Alesea, thank you Fiori!

Centrally located restaurant near Leicester Square. Enjoyed a delicious full English breakfast. Excellent service, great reasonably priced menu. Recommended.
B. O.
I had Ann excellent English Breakfast whilst staying nearby. The service was friendly and very helpful. The place is clean with an excellent location opposite The Hippodrome Casino on the entrance to Leicester Square.
B. C.
This cafe is like an institution for the area. From a great selection of breakfasts to midnight pizzas, cakes and other cafe food.
Our acting and comedy groups often come here after a gig.
M. D.
One of my favourite eateries in this area when I'm, up for a show. Breakfast is really good and reasonably cheap. Early morning is so much quieter than later in the day when this place gets packed. Bag a window seat to watch a lot of the world go by, as you relax in the warmth.
Have never been disappointed. Get there tickets then wander around Leicester Square or waddle off to Covent Garden. Both are close by.
A. B.
Popped in here for a quick light lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Had a huge toasted sandwich and chips, huge plate of food and was delicious. Staff friendly and good prices. Only negative was the toilets could do with a bit of TLC.
A. R.
I visited this cafe today with my 5 year old son. It’s a great location just opposite the tube station and near the theatre we were visiting. I ordered a hot chocolate for my son, which was a real treat, as it was topped with cream and biscuits! Unfortunately, my son spilt it over himself. The staff were so helpful and kind in dealing with him and helping him as he was burnt. I really appreciated their kindness and will definitely visit again if I’m planning on going to Leicester Square.
N. V.
Pizzastykke in the exhibition was AMAZING but the service provider was 👎 déficit of ingredients, less mushrooms, less pepperoni, less cheese anyway they have to sell the same that they offer never will be less ingredients. Loyalty includes a good service.
M. H.
Great taste coffee, fantastic ambience and good service one sunny Thursday afternoon in September.
H. L.
Good menu choice and portion size. Food freshly prepared unfortunately my husband's ciabatta and chips was ready well before mine and sat there which meant his was not hot just warm it finally came before mine was ready and the taste was good. This wouldn't stop me going again. Price wise London prices says it all I think.
D. S.
Went here 28 years ago when I met my wife, had falafel, decided to try it again as we were going to the theatre, wasn't disappointed, everything was cooked fresh, just as good as it was 28 years ago and still reasonably priced!
R. R.
Wanted a late night dessert/coffee after a show and it is quite hard to find a place. Fortunately, Fiori serves cakes and other hot drinks as well as pizza and pasta so managed to sort our cravings
M. T.
I've been dining here for over 17 years. Always a pleasure when I'm in the area. Great service and menu.
M. G.
PLEASE.
PLEASE.
3 pounds for an amazing slice of pizza??
I'll take two please.
Open 24/7 so when you're wasted outside of the club, and looking for a place to get some nice greasy pizza because you're STARVING. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE.
THANK YOU FOR BEING MY HERO!!!!!!!
B. F.
Lovely place to eat and watch ghe world go by on the end of Leicester Square. I had smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel and it was delicious and good value. Definitely worth a visit.
J. W.
Great place for breakfast, little inflexible if you only wanted one egg, but food OK and service was good. Coffee excellent
B. M.
This review is saved by the lovely drinks and food that they serve here. Apart from that, the place itself looks quite shabby and not very clean. The table service is quite bad in regards to timing and customer service attitude.
M. K.
Decent for take away pizza at the door, but you don't want to sit down here. They didn't dress our salad; they use the tasteless black olives instead of much tastier green ones. Forgot the cream cheese on my bagel. Forgot my drink.
d. n.
Lovely freshly prepared sandwich and a fab strawberry tart
J. Y.
Pizza base is very crispy and the flavour is mediocre but still somewhat enjoyable. I ordered the spaghetti Al pomodoro and my spaghetti was drowning In too much sauce. The flavour is there but it required a lot of salt as it was very bland. Price is too high for this level ps spaghetti. The real should be £7.50 but I do like how big the portion size is.
A. L.
I visited Fiori with a couple of friends. We had a coffee and a coke and the overall experience was positive. Service was quick and efficient and the coffees were ok. However, the premises looked a bit old and outdated, and the toilets were small, disgusting with no hot water.
S. L.
This was a very surprising little gem on the corner across from the Hippodrome. It's a disaster of a corner on a Saturday afternoon and we only came in here because the place across the street was full. WELL...luck has it this place was so well worth it! The servers, all beautiful women with great smiles, were working so effectively and efficiently and greeted us immediately. The coffee was EXCELLENT. I ordered the falafel on pita and it was so delicious that I'll definitely go back again for it. Great service! Delicious food.
The cost was so inexpensive compared to the surrounding places. If you're out for the day or off to the theatre, stop in and give them your business. A+
C. D.
Staff were lovely the food was great, and the prices were pretty reasonable, you got a decent portion for the price which was good and the food would definitely go back
C. F.
Wonderful staff. Very clean and food was great. Would love to come back.
D. J. T. D.
Very nice place to have lunch with lots of menu options. The staff was very busy due to tourists and they were very kind and the order was correct and the food was excellent.
S. L.
This place has been here for a long time. Returned with my sister after a few years and we were really impressed today! We said we would share our food and we were even provided the extra plates. The service was very fast, the staff were very smiley and the food was lovely. Good menu selection with coffees as well.
E. H.
We always come to eat here when we go to London, great food service and value for money
L. M.
Excellent value for money in central London. Staff are fantastic. Always pay a visit here for coffee and bagel.
P. W.
Nice breakfast and a brew, polite staff, prices are reflected in it's location( tourist trap)
J.
Perhaps the best place for a quick bit in this area. They provide a wide range of choices, savory or sweet, hot and cold, dine in or take away. I recommend the freshly made and toasted sandwiches. The process is similar to that in Subway, you could choose the bread, bagels or ciabatta etc, and the fillings. The price for take-away is very reasonable. Staff are very friendly and helpful so I assume the dine-in experience should be good too.
S. W.
Friendly staff great choice of food the pizza was amazing and all at reasonable prices. Would recommend a visit if you are in the area
B.
Extremely slow service today. Food & drink were fine, but took far too long to arrive. Staff could have explained in advance.
S. W.
Food was good and reasonably priced and the service was friendly. Just don't visit the toilets before you eat as it will put you off your food!
D. L.
Lovely coffee and cake. Busy but nice atmosphere and staff cheerful. Toilets not good.
D. G.
Nice with good cakes. The mocha wasn't great but the coffee was good.
N. M.
The best fresh bagels, very generous, staff friendly and attentive
D.
Very good, we ate there twice in our vacations. Trying to know the name of this to prepare at home. If anyone knows please tell me
A. H.
Nice restaurant with excellent service and friendly staff. Have delicious foods with a range of food options (pizzas, pastas , grills , desserts, falafel and Halal foods as well as beverages.
In front of Leicester square station.
P. A.
NOTHING MORE THAN YOU'D EXPECT...
This corner cafe on the outskirts of Leicester Square is as exactly as you'd expect it to be.
Food over priced, not particularly good and the location full of tourists.
The only advantage it has is on a Friday & Saturday night when getting into the preferred option for late nights at the Hippodrome Casino directly opposite is the preverbal pain in the butt, this establishment also still serves food at 4am.
While the bagels & sandwiches are actually reasonably priced nobody can justify £8.50 for a chilli jacket potato or nearly £10 for a club sandwich in these surroundings.
My guests, in an alcohol fuelled state had the Chicken & Falafel Kebabs. The latter seemingly OK, the former raised questions about whether the meat was indeed chicken and then whether it had been properly cooked.
Service was efficient but couldn't be deemed pleasant (stress of working a night shift possibly) but was ok.
Food arrived reasonably promptly.
As stated, this is exactly what you'd expect from the tourist trap that is Leicester Square. However the superb Cork & Bottle is a few steps away (though closes at midnight), the Hippodrome Casino (open 24 hours too) directly opposite and a plethora of far superior eateries and bars within 2-3 minute walking distance.
This one is definitely best left for the tourists and even then, only if it's late and there genuinely is nowhere else to go other than your typical fast food outlets.
L. C.
What a great café. We have visited on many an occasion on every visit to London we have done. The food is always fresh, with generous portion sizes and the staff cannot do enough for you. One of our favourite eateries in the Leicester Square area.
J. S.
Back visiting London after 2 years away and always head straight here for food! Can't be beaten on choice, quality and quantity.
M. C.
Only had a coffee, but it wasn't anything to get excited about. Good for watching the world go by!
K. H.
Really good full English breakfast but only order if your hungry or a builder.
P.
They have delicious dessert and nice coffee.! But I'm afraid the restaurant is not enough clean.
M. D.
A nice place for either a bite to eat or just a coffee. Great location and friendly staff
E. B.
Decently priced, really good food and coffee, open most hours and always great service....would definitely recommend if in the area
T. M.
Fast and efficient service. Reasonably priced and great tasting food.
C. B.
We went in for a bite to eat and drinks staff were lovely ....
P. R.
Great value for central London quick professional service with tasty food
K. M. B.
Good breakfast range and delicious coffee although the service was slow- I can let it go as they had 2 staff for the whole place on the day
I. A. N.
We enjoyed our coffee twice at Fiori Cafe! Recommended!
D. M.
Amazing location on the corner of Leicester Square. Ideal stop for a coffee and piece of cake.
T. S.
Great place for a late snack or meal, especally when everything has closed for the night.
J. M.
Lovely food and very good service. A tad expensive but the location justifies it.
K.
Good food but a little bit too expensive. £10 for a full english breakfast. The pancakes didnt taste that good.
R&K
J. R.
Food is okay, unfriendly staff and very strange costumers. Cold.
S. H.
Great value and great staff. Handy for everywhere.
m.
Nice friendly staff .breakfast was good quality food and not overpriced
T. M.
Delicious and very filling breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon on brown toast.
J. W.
The best place for a late night snack after the theatre. Place nice and close to Lester Square and Piccadilly Circus it's easy to get to and have a good range of food when you don't want to go home hungry.
J. B.
Great food, quick and efficient service. Staff were very busy but made time to be polite and welcoming.
E. M.
One of my favourite places. Good vibe, food and service. I try and go here whenever I'm in London. Pricing is OK too given proximity to Leicester Square.
S. E.
Lovely place nice food but I'd call it a no muss no fuss place
C. a. P. (.
Nice breakfast. Nice staff. not too expensive for London.
J. P.
Great food and atmosphere, excellent service
T. L. T.
Chicken kebab was totally awesome, wish I could go there everyday for lunch
T.
Every time I come to London, each morning we go for breakfast here. The staff are wonderful, the service is relatively quick and I do have to say their Nutella pancakes and fresh apple juice is amazing. Would reccomend.
G.
Service was great! Food was amazing and was served quickly.
t. k.
Great food service a bit slow good prices for central London

A. M.
Best lamb kebab in London. Nice staff.
J. R. H.
Last time I visited was before the lockdown and they remembered me. Lovely staff and good food.
I drifted into Leicester Square from the rim of my cup.
J. M.
Nice authentic Italian restaurant very friendly staff and good food and drink. Only thing that could make it better would be some Italian music too
J. L.
A very pleasant dining experience and a very helpful and pleasant waitress
N. T.
Lovely breakfast and drinks and great view of the world passing by
J. L.
Loved the black forest gateaux. The Pizza is always very welcome.
The staff have a sense of humour and are friendly. Even late at night when customers are not as friendly as they should be.
M. S.
Fast service, reasonable food, great position in West End. Great cafe for quick bites
P. V.
What a lovely cafe and very relaxing. The food was delish and reasonably priced, the staff were very friendly and helpful,
a lovely pre meal start before going to the theatre
Definitely recommend this cafe!!!😃
P. D.
Good food, great atmosphere. Have been going here for many years and never had bad food or bad service
K. H.
I honestly could not fault the food or the service. I found for the location the value for money was great. I could not say a bad word about the service, although the restaurant was busy the waitress was attentive, offering to fill an empty drink, quick to clean our plates and all with a smile. The food was exquisite, the pizzas looked so inviting and the lamb kebab was so fresh, you could tell it wasn't processed meat. The portions were great too. I would definitely recommend to anyone and can't wait to go back.
L. N.
Okay for a quick breakfast: food is good, prices are fair.
Services and facilities could be better though.
R. R.
Nice place to have a drink or some food. Great service and good food.
S. E.
A welcome coffee and hot apple pie after open top bus ride around London
A. B.
Lovely restaurant, in a fun and busy location. Tasty pizza and pasta that I would highly recommend. My friends and I had so much fun in this social and buzzing spot. The staff were really helpful with catering for my allergy. It was so nice, I can't wait to go again! The pizza was just incredible.
R. L.
Lovely little Italian with friendly staff.
J. H.
Went there before the show. Was impressed with the staff, rushed off their feet but still smiling. Order was quickly taken and brought to table quick too. And it was hot. Makes a nice change not to have soggy cold chips and tepid food. The portion size was big. For a place that I expected to serve mediocre food I really enjoyed the meal and was impressed. Would definitely go there again next time we go to theatre land. Thanks to the staff, your hard work is appreciated
J. C.
Overall food and experience was just ok.
K. H.
So i came here for breakfast after a lovely evening in london such an amazing bistro cafe, perfect bagels and more!! I wish i took a picture of mine they were so attentive and i asked for a fresh orange juice to takeaway which is even better! Nothing better than fresh orange juice
P. R.
Very busy but really nice coffee
A. G.
My husband and I found this central spot while holidaying in London. It was in the center, and it was just delicious. We ate here a few times as it was in the center, quick, good prices and their menu was extensive. I tried pizza, pasta, salad , smoothies and coffee. All were superb! Definitely worth eating here.
M. H.
Excellent food and reasonable price. Great for lunch with delicious sandwiches or more substantial meals. Spaghetti is superb. Kebabs looked nice and seemed popular. Wide selection of cakes. Pizza available by the slice to takeaway. Pizza is very tasty.
I. K.
Very special selection of quality sweets.
L. A.
The best cooked breakfast my brothers and I have had in a long time. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Despite arriving past the cut off point for a cooked breakfast - they still allowed us to have it. The food was perfect - we were lucky enough to get a table outside too as it was very busy when we arrived. Great location to eat in amongst the hustle and bustle of Leicester Square. It was the perfect start to our day!!
P. T.
My friend and I have a lovely Kabab here
T. B.
I love this place and go regularly with my friends after a night out, as its open until late. The portion sizes for food are generous and the lattes are delicious! I do have to agree with some of the other reviews however, the waitresses can be a bit stand-offish. Whilst it's understandable that they are tired and have been on their feet all day, they do work in public service. Therefore being friendly and helpful is a major part of that service. I have knocked off one star for this, otherwise it would easily get 5 stars from me.
s. f.
I love Fiori! Me and my partner love coming here for cheap food and drink. The location is lovely, and the food is great especially the chips, carrot cake and pizza! I've been in there at around 3am and you can still order food etc so perfect if you've been out to a club or bar and fancy something other than macdonalds.
J. S.
Can't understand the bad reviews really. These poor girls are on their toes running around all day to keep the tourists happy. Have only been there a dozen times only, when I stop by Leicester Sq, very convenient location just opposite the tube exit. I can't find any fault really. It is such a busy place and would be hard to please everybody. The food is fresh and nice. Wine is good. The waitresses, (and oh! the pretty slim brown hair pony tail girl- what a stunner!) are very professional and polite. The food is the same price as in the surrounding cafe with better decor .Only drawback: beware, the credit card gratuities do not go to the waitresses - shame on the management! So leave cash tips only. Otherwise highly recommended.
S. M.
Superb. I love big menus, healthy food and quick food. This spot is my ideal location. It felt so sociable, friendly and fresh quality food. It was comfort, quick food. Delicious. There was something for everyone I was with from pizza, pasta, salads, smoothies, coffees, wraps, just divine!
G. J.
Spacious cafe opposite the Hippodrome, Leicester Square. Reasonable prices for the area, but no itemised bill was given, so who knows.... Tut.
Friendly staff. Wide choice of food: pizza, pastries, cakes, sarnies, omelettes, kebabs, well presented. Wine available too.
S. H.
I eat here every time I go to London because the menu is extensive, staff are helpful, location is excellent in the center of London and while I eat my delicious food I get to people watch. The food comes out fast, served with a smile and always quality. This is not a gourmet restaurant but it doesn't pretend to be, it is the perfect spot to go when you want a fast and delicious meal!
M. S.
Quick and easy breakfast at a great price
D. A.
Great traditional breakfast in London. Staff vibe was good.
J. S.
Had a late night dinner here with friends after having spent the day in London. There was so much choice on the menu I couldn't decide what to order as there were so many options that sounded good. In the end I asked them to make me what I wanted, a focaccia mozzarella with a side salad and fruit smoothie. It was really nice and came so fast! My friends had wraps and pasta and also enjoyed the meal. We really enjoyed the social environment and friendly service. I would recommend this busy spot as it was quick, delicious and had so much choice.
V. N.
Cozy little place around the corner. Tasty Italian food. Loved their sphegetti arabiatta.
L.
Great pizza
A. N.
Took one take away chicken salad. Quality was good but really very SMALL PORTION and paid around 12 pounds. All other restaurants around give u a good size salad for same price. Just did a mistake to go there.
P. M. C.
Outstanding customer service. Dog friendly place, which makes a difference
A. S.
Despite of so many bad reviews I like this place. I had no problems with my visits yet. With all those pricey touristy rip off restaurants in Leicester Square, this restaurant serves tasty and good portions food, good price. It is so busy so it’s hard to get a hang of waitress but with the price you pay this is what you’d expect. I’ll happily go back again and again.
M. D.
Right now probably one of the , if not THE only place to get a good proper Full English breakfast around Covent Garden/ Leicester Square area, and we spent a few mornings trying to find somewhere that isn't some overpriced trendy name eaterie whose meny doesn't contain 'plant leaf', or 'avocado' . The bacon, eggs and toast were spot on, sometimes just what you need. Fully recommend for a 'proper' breakfast.
Z. K.
I was expecting outrageous prices, being in the heart of london, but I was pleasantly surprised!, mid £2 for a latte?, and it was good!, so if you want a quick bite, try them, also they do pizza slices for a good price as well!
M. M. (.
Fiori London is now our go-to place when we are visiting. The food is freshly cooked, good variety & very affordable. There is sometimes a small wait to be seated. But it's worth it. Also, desserts are beautiful.
K. R.
Amazing late night food, perfect for people watching. The pizza slices were huge and smoothies so fresh and nice! The cheese on the pizza was so good and tasty. Loved it! Great late night spot and social scene.
J. S.
Food was great, atmosphere was great. Only problem was that pita was far too hard, rendering it inedible
M. G.
Short staffed. Overpriced for what was on offer.
T. S.
Just what we needed after a late night! Lovely staff
D. D.
Excellent breakfast. Huge portions and friendly efficient staff
m. z.
Nice drinks, good prices
J. T.
Finished work late? Need a place to dodge the summer rain with a decent cup of coffee and quick service in a massive footfall area?
Best late night coffee in London in my experience. And a cheeky pastry never hurt anyone.
This'll do. It'll do nicely in fact.
R. L.
I found this friendly restaurant when walking around Leicester Square. The restaurant was big, spacious, had lots of light, the staff were friendly in recommending what to pick. The food was served really fast, was delicious and I would highly recommend Cafe Fiori as a place to go if you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere, good food and friendly staff.
A. W.
I had late night dinner at Cafe Fiori and it was delicious. My mates and I had some pizzas, drinks and cool colors of different smoothies that were really tasty. Defo would go back to try out more of the menu. It was happening, the place to be and you'll definitely find me at this spot again for their food and drinks and good prices.
M. T.
Good food and friendly staff
P. D.
I was my usual slightly drunken self so I guess I can only really blame myself when the service for me is a little frosty. That said, the servers were still relatively obliging. Food quality, very good, I just kept wanting more and more! As a vegan however, disappointing to find limited options, if any at all. But its a rare treat for me anyway, so I can begrudgingly tolerate eggs and cheese.
K. A.
Great pasta friendly staff
J. M.
Good, easy, comfort food. Very quick and polite staff. Recommended for before or after theatre, as it's right next door. I tried a few things from the varied menu and they were all good.
x.
Friendly staff and amazing coffee. A great place to do some people-watching if you're waiting for friends who are late. There pizza slices are huge too if you're tipsy and looking for that late-night hunger cure. Prices rise drastically on NYEve, but it does in all the places in the area.
D.
Average food and service, place is very busy but mainly due to its location. Prices are standard for this part of London. OK for a quick bite out of convenience but I wouldn't make it a regular spot. Waiting staff do seem to be under a lot of pressure but pleasant enough.
J. B.
Enjoyed a coffee and people watched as we relaxed. Food looked good, especially the cakes. Service could had been a bit quicker but generally ok.
K.
best place in Leicester Sq. I travel from Leeds just for the kebabs - they're to die for! (can be a bit pricey but it's worth it if you take out because while most of the staff are great, some of the young girls who work there are disgustingly rude. My mother got shouted at by a waitress once so after that experience, we decided to get the food as a takeaway to avoid such hostile behaviour from the staff.)

Well this was a great find. Needed some food late one night and decided to try Fiori, very glad I did. Great selection of dishes on their menu and the staff were delightful. I had the Pepperoni pizza and it was just what I wanted. Will definitely go again.

Most probably one of the most popular Cafe in Covent Garden/Leicester Sq, very conveniently located too (opposite Leicester Sq Exit 1) so an ideal meet up place. I settled there after sampling most of the cafes in the area for English breakfast. Very pleasant staff, the manager Andre is always there, and the servers, Tania, Agnes, Simona and the rest are all very professional and polite. The food in general is very good and well-priced and the menu contains enough election to satisfy most palates. One drawback: compulsory inclusion of gratuities of 10 or 12% in the bill on the owner's own accord is very annoying especially that the credit cards tips do not go to the servers - which is equally very shameful. So it is best to leave cash only tips, for those hard working waitresses.

Nice pasta and friendly staff however the menu is very small

We visited this restaurant in the heart of the city a few days ago and it was a wonderful experience. The service, the ambience, the food, the location - everything was just fantastic. Next time we are in town we will certainly stop by for another slice of pizza!

Absolutely love this place. Very vibrant atmosphere in an old school diner kinda way. Fantastically friendly staff and the food may not be the most elegant but it's certainly delicious. Great prices considering it's location. Relaxed atmosphere where you could bump into anyone. Great place.

Limited menu, there was only one stewardess and she had difficulty coping with all the customers. Nice location

Lovely breakfast and helpful staff, would definitely visit again when in London

The lamb kebabs are delicious. Packed full of lamb, tahini and chilli sauce, they're enough to fill you for hours.
Service isn't too bad, but the staff could be a bit more friendly. There's a feeling of elitism from the staff at times.

Food was good, and if I was only rating on the food I would probably rate a 4. However, the service was really slow, and after paying the bill, the waitress completely neglected to bring the change! I was a little put off by that, but the waiting staff did seem to be really busy, and they were generally pleasant throughout the night.

5 stars for the food (cheap, but perfectly decent) 5 stars for the staff (friendly, quick, diligent) -1000 stars for whatever the hell noise you guys have got going through the speakers. Music I am not a fan of I can handle, but the noise I can only describe as sounding like a busted CB radio. Can't believe no-one noticed to turn it off or change it. Distortion, crackle, and spoiled our visit. A real shame.

Delicious food. A good range to select from.

Sometimes good, sometimes not. Sitting in is usually quute nice. The take away bit is good (if a bit pricey) for the pizza. The kebabs in the take away can be good if its not too busy and they take their time, if it's busy then it can be a tad under cooked

A bit expensive but otherwise its clean and friendly

It was a quick lunch before movie. Large portions served in good time. Staff was attentive even though it wasn't really busy. I should try again.

Fantastic place to eat in the heart of London! A vast menu, something for everyone... I had the Penne Al Pollo which was delicious. The staff were attentive and service fast. I highly recommend.
