You cant beat this location. Right in the heart of Shoreditch. An estate agents nights, a coffee lovers wet dream. Abstract staff and low fi music. An international meeting point. Make mine a hot choco with cream.

Nice place, really a good atmosphere. The guys are all friendly and the coffee is not bad. There is not too much choice of food but there all necessary.

Very good coffee and amazing pastries. This is one of my favourite coffee shops in London. The queue can sometimes get really big in the morning, so maybe avoid peak times if you're in a rush. Staff is chilled and friendly. Honestly, it's worth a visit!

Love this place to sit a while with my laptop. Coffee is excellent, and they have a small but mighty selection of sweet pastries (brownies, pastel de natas, etc). There's also some boring pre made sandwiches and yogurt's available in the fridge. There's always an energetic but cosy vibe here, and this attitude is replicated by the baristas. Toilet available. WiFi has 1 hour limit.

To have a seat best to come in on your own or in pairs. There are seats for larger crowds but you’ll have to turn up super early or just wait. Coffee is good quality but not out-of-this-world-spectacular. Lots of alternative milk options available!

my go to place for working. coffee is great but service is very inconsistent.. staff can be unfriendly at times. no simple ‘sorry’ for getting my order wrong ? there are a range of tables and window seats but the place isn’t very big and it does get quite busy in the late afternoon. will continue to come here regularly though :)

This coffee shop has been my go-to for the past 2 years, and I'm never disappointed. The coffee is delicious, and the staff cares about quality. (They're only serving take away at the moment, the seating area is closed off.) It's a lovely place for coffee and pastries with friends when things are back to normal!

I can't tell you how much I love their oat milk cappuccino, it's genuinely the best in London. (I sometimes come to Hackney just for their coffee.) They also play amazing tunes throughout the day, have healthy vegan snacks on offer, do an amazing mushroom and spinach sausage roll, and their staff really know what they are doing. I can't recommend them enough.

Amazing place to study and work. Great coffee quality and friendly staff. However, if you want to work in quiet avoid peak hours between 13 to 15. Also, wifi sucks, so be aware and use your own data if you need Internet connection.

This coffee is lit 🔥, is what someone born around 2000AD might say, as that is how they express exceptionally positive sentiment. And indeed, the place is most agreeable. It offers excellent preparation of caffeinated beverages, fruit and herb blends and small items of delectable food - toast-able on request. The servants are healthy, jovial and of interesting character. And the other patrons tend to be polite, friendly and of fine esteem.

Fantastic tasting coffee. That’s the aim, and in my opinion, the coffee served here ticks the box. It’s a small place and so you sit fairly close to people when sitting in but still feels relaxed. Good spot to sit to do some work or reading.

Great cafe to come any time of day. Crowded enough to be interesting, but always a seat available, Great set up for communal, individual and meetups. Great service, coffee solid, not spectacular. Lots of plug points, good wifi.

A perfect little coffee shop in the heart of Shoreditch. Excellent quality coffee here, the flat white and espresso are stand out highlights for experience the rich quality of the beans and the brewing method. They also have a selection of food available here, and free wifi so it's good for working, though there is limited seating so it can get busy pretty quickly.

This is one of my favourite coffee shops in the area. It's such a hipster joint, but the staff are friendly and know their coffee. My favourite thing about the place is the Tap and Pay machine. It makes buying coffee here frictionless without the need of having to carry cash or pay a minimum amount on card.

Nice place! Cool vibe and good service - what else do you need? Perfect place to have a chat or do a bit of work. Had the hot chocolate and it was delicious.

Stopped in here on the way to an event (for the aforementioned quick fix) with low expectations - I'd been here before and it wasn't particularly good - and was pleasantly surprised at the coffee - I seem to be late to the party as there was a line literally out the door. La Marzocco machines, their own blend. Staff know what they're doing. I think the shop or the coffee might be new: there's been a place here for years but the coffee was always rubbish. If you've been here before, give this place a retry. PS: coffee and pastries are fine, but they don't have a kitchen.

Fix does just what it says on the tin- a "fix" of coffee, or whatever liquid stuff you fancy, on the go to somewhere else or sitting at one of the wooden tables. The window stools are especially nice for people watching! Coffee is good enough, as you would expect in the area and from the numerous baristas busy around the coffee machine, but food is a let down. I went there for breakfast twice and both times my pastry was underwhelming - soggy and greasy. Cannot tell about sandwiches but not sure I'll risk it with so many options around. Good for plugging in your laptop and get some work done whilst watching Shoreditch bustle in front of you.

An ok cup of coffee, slight burnt coffee taste aftertaste. Gen decor is standard fare for modern coffee shops. Could be a good place to work from, with wifi, space for laptops and provided locks. PS If you like your gluten, steer clear.

Hipster coffee spot popular with freelancing types. The interior is typically Shoreditch cool, with wooden school chairs and tables seating intended to look edgy rather than be comfortable. I like the atmosphere here and the service and coffee is great, but it's far from a cosy spot to sit and enjoy a drink.

Flat white was more of a cortado. They don't bring your coffee to your table like most places do so you have to hang around for a bit. Staff quite grumpy.

School chairs, long tables and big blackboards means this place looks cool rather than cosy. (On a day when the rain is lashing outside - and a van may have just soaked you - this is maybe not the place to attempt to warm up in!) Soya milk drinkers you have two options to choose from - both of which will cost you more money on top of whatever coffee you order.
