Hands down the best bubble tea in London! Super friendly staff, always polite, helpful and efficient. The atmosphere is pretty cool and spacious. The bubble teas are so good they're addictive. Its around £5 a drink so it's a little pricey but well worth the purchase. Best one in my personal opinion is the Fresh Milk brown sugar pearl tea and then the Dirtea. The Pearl toppings are amazing, a little sweet and chewy. They're always quite busy but the service is fantastic so you never have to wait long. Definitely worth a try!

Visited here yesterday. Lovely bubble tea flavours but quite pricey as all toppings are extra. Staff are super friendly and the shop is large enough to sit in and enjoy however we were busy so had a takeout instead. Service was pretty quick but it wasn’t busy when we came.

I am very happy that there is a wonderful local BUBBLE TEA CAFE at GREENWICH TOWN CENTRE!!! It locates near Cutty Sark DLR station. (Just 30 seconds walk from the station). The hot pearl milk tea is always my favourite drink. It is nice with appropriate temperature and amount the pearls. The pearls tastes chewy and amazing. It’s really lift up my mood when I drink it on a chilly and rainy day! Cold pearl milk is also wonderful on a hot day or any day you like. The waiting time for the drink(s) is reasonable. If I have time, I would sit inside longer. Meeting up here with a few friends, having a drink and chatting also great! Their seats are very comfortable!!! The atmosphere is very relaxing. They have got loads of different flavours of tea and drinks. I think you will find your favourite! You could use the touchscreen machines (digital kiosks) to order your drink(s). The staff are very friendly, attentive and polite. I highly recommend you ask the staff to give you a paper loyalty card if you go to Gong Tea a lot. The loyalty card could be used in other Gong Cha branches. *** If you are a student, there is a student discount available (10% off with showing your valid student identity card).

Lovely bubble tea with friendly staff. I was lucky enough to get a free keychain as I was an early customer! I got a large fresh brown sugar milk tea, it was very tasty, but the brown sugar taste is a lot more molasses-like, it’s very rich. It’s pretty expensive here as well but I guess that’s what you get for more quality, authentic tea. I like that there’s so many options on the menu as well :) Last thing to say is it’s one of the only boba shops that’s actually comfy and large inside!! It’s very nice, there is comfortable seating and nice interior inside that’s very spacious.

Oh.My.God. I’ve been waiting for them to open! Nice and clean shop! Friendly staffs! I had the Mango Matcha and it was so delicious! Their tapioca pearls is the best! So chewy and sweet. Highly recommended.

At first I wasn’t 100% sold as I wasn’t blown away with the choices but this is by far my favourite Bubble tea in the area! The tapioca pearls are the most delicious! I would reccomend the Dirtea as it combines the best of everything.

We didn’t realise there was a Gong Cha in Greenwich I was surprised by the incredible customer service and the fast delivery. The actual Bubble tea was amazing too! I’d highly recommend dropping by. This is best Gong Cha shop in town. Highly recommended 5/5.
