Incredibly Warm and friendly service.
I ordered a mocha here in the morning , and it was so enjoyable and lovely.
It wasn't bitter, it was incredibly flavourful
I will definitely be visiting this coffee shop, more in the future

Quality fresh food, heated while you wait and my favourite coffee, all served by the nicest staff. Just wish there were more locations to visit and enjoy :-)

A step up from Starbucks, with much better food/nibbles and decent coffee.
Prices are what one would expect next to London Bridge.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely coffee and friendly staff. Perhaps a little pricey, but I guess it's premium coffee.

Fantastic - both being very busy and a bit of a coffee snob, I'm very glad I tried my local (Tooley Street) branch. The coffee is great, the staff team equally so. Yes, a plethora of other coffee vendors are available (there's even an in-house case in my building) but, this is my default choice.

My new favourite place! I'm mildly lactose intolerant and therefore have to order all my drinks with soy milk. However at a lot of places I still get a small reaction even with the soy milk - not with this place. This has to be one of the best hot chocolates I've had, no reaction to it and I love the concept that your drinks aren't made boiling hot, this way I can drink it straight away.
The staff is always very lovely and makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Their app is great as well, and even though I can get the same drink for 40p cheaper elsewhere, I calculated it and with the free drink you get for every 6 purchased drinks, it actually works out cheaper in the long run.
Definitely going to stick with this place and also highly recommend giving it a try!

Was just there today during fast/brunch hour of 11am. Could not disliked the service, because they've delivered it well, of good vibes and the girls at counter were joyful, creating that of their fun and bond sharing along other staff. I wish some other day I'd want visit again for breakfast or lunch.

I love this place, the coffee is just amazing, and they super friendly, I usually have a small talk there, and they remember my coffee what I usually take, isn't enough? Let's go and get a coffee🤗

Friendly staff, wonderful coffee and a relatively handy location. What's not to love? Slightly on the expensive side and hard seats. Despite downsides, it's highly recommended!

The best coffee you'll find in the London Bridge area. It may be part-owned by Tesco but this is as far away from corporate as you can get. There's a family/independent feel to everything and some lovely cakes too. They're very over the top about their coffee which is of course what makes it so good. Note how they steam the milk to the perfect temperature. You'll never burn your mouth on this coffee but neither will it be too cold. Ingenious!!

Isn't it funny how some friendly banter from the person how is making your coffee can completely change your day? Ignore the gripes from the moany pants crowd who want everything organic, bearded and riding along on a fixed gear road-bike - the formula, however manufactured, that H&H have employed works really well. I stumbled upon H&H on Cannon Street and had a superb espresso boost as well as a laugh with one of the many baristas. I like the ordering and pick-up system mainly because I think the Starbucks method is badly outdated.

The coffee is just as good here as at other Harris and Hoole locations, but this branch is more of a kiosk than a coffee shop, with the seating limited to just a couple of stools.

They take coffee seriously and you can taste the result. And the staff is very friendly. Your taste buds will be pleased and you'll leave smiling :)

Polite service and good coffee. The serving does seem to be slightly disorganised at times, I was once left waiting for about 5-10 mins a coffee although the staff were apologetic.

Always perfect coffee, nice trendy, chillout atmosphere, nice retail stuff, stylish simple deco. Love the location.

Some Harris and Hoole coffee can be pricey, but I recommend the flat white, and their coffee in general- albeit this store has only three seats, so you'll need to get it to go.

Great little coffee shop. Went in for dripper filters, left with freshly ground coffee as well and a great customer service experience. I'll be back.

Although not a 100% Vegan food provider the staff member who served me was not only very helpful, but was very knowledgeable of Vegan requirements. The food is delicious too.

Good place to stop by when you are in the area and need some coffee and a quick bite to eat. There is a wide selection of food and pastries on offer.
