Great coffee, and an amazing variety on the menu. It's just hard to figure out what exactly is available because they only have the menu sheet at the till. Also a little cramped inside, not the most comfortable.

I love illy Caffè. I have been a loyal customer of illy Caffè in South Kensington since the day it opened in September 2016. The coffee is excellent as is the atmosphere. The best and perfect place where you can find the correct atmosphere! All the girls are amazing and treat you well! Denise, Vanessa and the amazing Giulia, can be the perfect person for you after launch with the correct coffee! For a perfect pre dinner, their spritz is cheap and tasty. I really love this place

5 stars just for the coffee and their menu but 0 stars for their customer service. One of the girls working their is so rude, short straight hair. No smile since we walked in, attitude behaviour is on whenever we were ordering with her. We also mentioned that she is being rude and she didn’t even accept it. Will take this professionally and not make a big fuss out of it as we work with illy cafe team. But everyone prefers better customer service. Thank you

I’ve made a review of another Illy Coffee in Regents St which is a quite larger coffee shop and I decided to visit this another unit to be able to make some fair comparison and a more realistic review of their standards. I had again an almond moca and everything was perfect - taste, warm and mix. This store however a small one, also have a range of nice options for snacks and a cosy environment. By far better then any Starbucks for example. Recommended.

In a beautiful area right outside of South Kensington station, illy offers a wide array of coffees. From the classic filters and Americanos to specials like Viennese cappuccinos and Neve fondente, there's a lot of drinks to experience here. It's fairly small with limited seating inside and a few tables outside, but staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when I was there. The coffee I had tasted brilliant and I'll try to visit again in the future.

Illy is an absolutely classic brand and this store definitely delivers the classic illy flavour with delightful service. Really beautiful area and cafe for a drink and to read a book or relax. Coffee is one of the smoothest I have tried. Low acidity (bitterness). I like the core a lot. The atmosphere is nice. This Illy Cafe is a bit small. Perhaps sitting 20 people Max. There is WiFi (login with email) and at least one power outlet. Possible for work. But not all the seats are comfortable for hours of sitting. Staff were nice.

Normally the service is good, but on this occasion I wasn't too impressed. The barista overfilled the cup & when she handed it over a lot of it went into the saucer & over my new shoes. Unfortunately I didn't say anything because I would have probably shouted at her & I'm not the sort of person who likes to make a fuss. Word of advice to your staff is don't overfill cups.

Really nice coffee and lovely staff. It's a place for a quick coffee but not room to chill out or stay for longer than a quick drink - seats are like stools rather than sofas etc. Really great for a quick stop.
