Loved it, Illy coffee is so nice and it's very cool to have this coffee shop within our hotel! The man who served me on Sunday morning was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

Popped in for coffee after some sightseeing. Had visited Starbucks earlier but their tea was next to useless. The tea here is much better - proper boiling water on a tea bag - and the Illy brand coffee is lovely too. Not too busy at all which makes it ideal to get away from the madding crowds. Great service and overall a top notch coffee shop.

Top marks, top coffee. And funny little story, double espresso , soon as I got it and went to give it a stir I tipped the cup over and spilt it everywhere! The team made me another coffee on the house straight away, and this was totally my fault. Very friendly classic service. Top marks

A hidden treasure, inside the Park Plaza Westminster Hotel, this cafe serves to satiate the hunger pangs in case you are waiting to check in or are waiting for your cab, after check out. Don’t expect a full menu - basically cappuccino and the odd sandwiches. However, service could do with a lot of improvement. So, if you have time and feel like a nibble, go to this cafe.

I poped in for an Italian coffee, I was a little disappointed because it is just take away but the girl who served me make me forget about any inconvenient. She is very polite and a very good barista. My coffee was perfect! Great staff in this hotel!

Nice place inside a luxury looking hotel. Friendly staff, helpful and serving nice and tasty coffee. We tried their new blend that supposed to be less bitter, which was true and the coffee was nice relax after half day of site seeing.
